I used google to make an appointment and called to confirm it. I went in and got my eyebrows waxed and asked to see someone for a trim. I love coming here and can’t wait to get back. It was easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Horrible haircut, immediately went to another salon to have it corrected. The second hairstylist- who could not figure out the rhyme or reason for the uneven chunks the were cut from my hair, felt so bad that she refused to charge me for fixing it. She had to cut my hair a lot shorter than I wanted to even it up and one area wasnt fixable- I told her that he used a point cutting technique- she said that he must not have known what he was doing because it was definitely not correctly point cut. She encouraged me to complain in hopes that atleast his technique would be corrected and he wouldnt ruin someone elses hair. I spoke with the manager who said that I had already corrected the problem by getting a second corrective haircut. She said I could come back when he isnt there. I know its just hair and it will grow back but that is not the mantra you should have when you look in the mirror when you get home from the salon. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I cant say enough about the service I receive at cost cutters. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. And, I always get the kind of cut that I want.

In hindsight, I would have rather allowed Helen Keller to cut my hair with a hacksaw. I am so embarrassed to be in public with this haircut, and so angry that I trusted cost cutters with my long locks. Never again.

I love this place, All the hairstylists are very good at their jobs except the one guy that works there. I have gotten my hair cut here nearly my whole life, never have I had a problem. Yet the two times the man cut my hair, he screwed it up. He cant even make an even cut!

Made an appointment for 10 am online today! Showed up to the appointment and the gentlemen said he didn’t have me scheduled. Showed that I had confirmation and he said “I don’t know what to tell you” I proceeded to ask if the other clients had appointments and he said they are walk in. I asked since we had an appointment that I can confirm and show proof of if we could go before them because my son has school appointments hence why I made an appointment and he started to give me an attitude. I asked to speak to the manager but she wasn’t in. She will be in at noon.

Checked in online and was told 20mins, which was perfect, when I got there I was told id have to wait another 20mins. The stylist apologized and said the website shouldnt have even let you check in, were are too busy. Whats the point of having a check in time if I cant even be helped right away. Isnt that the whole point of your check in, to bypass the wait once I arrive? I could be wrong, but thats how it has worked at other Cost Cutters locations Ive been to. Didnt end up getting haircut here, left and went elsewhere and made a reservation and didnt have to wait when I arrived and they were busy too.

Efficient good quality. For a straight up mens cut without an appt. never wait more than 10 min

Bloody horrible. Uneven depth, crooked edges (both sides and back). Wasted $20 and had to have it redone anyway.

Very clean and friendly. A great place to go for a quick cut and quality job. Pricing varies upon service rendered but is comparable to most others. The Tuesday is a great day to go here because its a discount on haircuts.

A blind man in middle of a night could do a better job. I basically had to leave because the lady was plain incompetent.

I walked in to schedule an appointment for a haircut and was told that I would have to call back when my stylist is working. The lady even pulled out my stylists appointment book where there were several openings but told me Id have to book it with her. Next morning I call to make an appointment and my stylist tells me that theyre taking walk ins only. Which means you walk in for them to tell you it will be an hour or longer wait. I have had a number of scheduling problems with this Cost Cutters along with many others as seen in other reviews. Why is it this hard to make an appointment for a 15 minute haircut? Poor management. Oh well, back to my old stylist even though its 20 minutes further away.

Drove there to and scheduled an appointment, told me 30 minutes. An hour and a half later theyre taking walk ins before me. Complete disaster with no organization. Avoid at all costs. Staff is clueless.

I told the hair stylist not to cut the sides! I walked out looking like I was a man (I am a lady). She talked non-stop and was very cocky, rude, and loved to brag about herself. It was at 9am so thought I was picking a quiet time and would get someone who would listen to me. Will never go back!

Used to be able to schedule an appointment by phone but no longer can. Messes with your schedule because you never know how long the wait will be when you get there and you never know how long the appointment will take.

Lady doesnt know what half a inch means and plus acted like she didnt want to help me. Also, she couldnt follow directions on how to cut my hair. I now will never go there. I rather driver farther than deal with that one woman. I am never happy after i leave.
