Ive been to this washerteria about 3 times. My second visit, an employee seemed to be just lurking around me and my items. Fast forward to the day i took the picture. I inserted $2.50 into the machine. The machine read that I was short $.75. I politely asked the Employee, whom is pictured... An old Vietnamese man with a hat for assistance. I explained to him that I inserted $2.50 in to the machine, and i do not owe $ .75. He immediately began raising his voice. Literally screaming and arguing with me, advising I should have gotten change from THEIR change machines (which I Did) .. This is and was VERY UNACCEPTABLE! If my washer machine hadnt given out on me, I never would have crossed paths with this miserable human being! Dont waste your money!

Clean and convient, stocked with anything you may have forgotten to bring. Same prices as all laundry mats no free dry time.

I really like this place, its clean, cool, sell laundry products, and theres a Churchs Chicken next door if you hungry while you wash. Theres also a Mexican restaurant across the street.

This is my favorite place to wash, i get my change with a smile! So comfortable in here. There are some customers who dont keep up with their kids, but other than that its a relaxing place. No drama like other places.

Not even a damn star when it comes to customer service. Everytime i come the lady is yelling a these hispanic people always threatning to call the cops when they ask to get there quarter back to wash or tell her the machine isnt working...this time its my turn and lady starts yelling and saying its not her fault and saying theres no phroof of my money being there. The quarter doesnt piss me off its her damn customer service. 😡😡😡😡😡

Excellent in Two Visits. What I dont like is the people who come in to ask for money and if you dont give them they get angry and attack a verbal one and they even wait for you outside to intimidate you and the lot of children running and the moms good thanks on Facebook

I liked the atmosphere

This is the worst place ever. Do not come here if you have children, this old woman likes to discriminate and mistreat Hispanic children. I yell and mistreat an 8 or 9 year old boy. Nothing of respect this ridiculous old woman began to shout at the boys grandmother. And I threaten her with talking to the police. Just because the boys granny claimed him. I hope no one comes here.
