Very big and clean place, machines are well kept. The lady working here tonight was friendly and polite as she was busy mopping and cleaning the place all by herself

Clean, friendly employees, clean environment, well air conditioned, clean and well maintained machines get the job done. I like to visit on days when I need to wash larger items or multiple large loads to save on time. Thanks to their great level of service, I can always achieve this goal!

Absolutely baffled at my experience! First, I am a very big advocate that if your job has a rule for customers to follow. You as an employee should be the first to follow...this employee is not wearing a mask over her face for most of the time I was here. Let me state, ALL customers except for one wore their masks the entire time across their entire face. So in an effort to stay safe I stood in a corner away from everyone and turned away from her each time she walked past me. Not to be rude to her but as an effort to protect myself and others.Then as I am standing in a corner completely away from anyone. She rolls a rolling cart over and says “Ma’am, excuse me!” And places the cart exactly where I was standing. I tried to look around and see if there was a reason for this...there wasn’t. All of the other carts are still all around the laundromat. So it honestly was just a passive aggressive attempt to be extremely rude to a customer who has done absolutely nothing but stand in a corner quietly away from people. I would not be okay with an employee treating a customer this way.On a plus side, the facility is set up nicely and clean. The washers are expensive but the dryers compensate for the expense because they are cheap!

The employee that works here during the day does not wear a mask, which endangers the health of the customers here. Please correct this behavior immediately so we can feel safe using this laundromat. I am absolutely confused as to why this has not been addressed yet.

The place was a little dirty but its a laundry mat, just dried some clothes and the dryers did just fine. This place was better that most, I would recommend and would return if I needed to.

I went here for a wash and fold the other day to try it out because I usually go to turbo laundry and I will not be coming back to this laundromat, the staff was rude and impatient when I was asking simple questions about the wash and fold process. The laundromat itself was dirty and smelt very bad.

As long as they continue keeping this place clean, well be happy.

Staff is always available to help and the washers and dryers are always clean a wonderful place to do laundry

Very, very rude employees who are not there to help anyone. They take up a huge amount of washers and dryers for employee use during the busiest hours of the day and then dont attend to them as soon as they are done. It is not clean and prices are super high for the area.

I go here frequently, & normally the employees are helpful & very polite.Until today when I met Jennifer. The laundry mat was busy, so ppl were waiting for machines. They have signs that says Any load of laundry left longer than 15 minutes will be removed by the staff.Prior to today, the staff upheld that rule by removing any laundry left in the machines longer than 15 minutes AFTER IT STOPPED. Today I went to Jennifer for assistance expecting her to uphold the policy, & she was not helpful. I told her that the machine stopped 10 mins. ago, & asked if she would remove the clothes in 5 mins. She immediately got defensive & replied with pure rudeness. According to her, the 15 minute policy does not start when the machine stops. It starts when waiting patrons notify employees, which in my case was 10 minutes after the machine stopped. I was previously informed that the 15 minutes started when the machines Stop, so I had questions. I reminded her of the signs placed on the machines throughout the laundrymat, & how what shes telling me goes against that. I was met with more attitude and rudeness. I refused to let her tone get to me, & I suggested that they display a clear version of the 15 minute rule stating when the 15 minute time frame starts so patrons are aware.She laughed and said she was calling her mgr., so I asked if I needed to speak to them about the matter and provide my recommendation.She later start making comments about who started what as though there was a altercation, & she went on and on about the mgr. taking her side over the patrons. She made comments about skin color, wasnt wearing a mask, & kept saying things in an attempt to get a reaction from me. She was trying to make scene instead of simply assisting me.Im not surprised that she has other complaints

This is the best laundromat I have ever been to! Great selection of washers and dryer‘s! They have a wash machine so big that I can put eight loads of laundry, three blankets/comforters, or even a boat cover in it! I love that they have TVs, vending machine,and even a kids area.

I needed to do some laundry while staying at a hotel that didnt have any washers. I found this one not far from the hotel and it was very clean and pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is rude, I was literally just greeted with attitude. The hours say open until 10:00pm, it is 8:30pm and I just walked in, and the young lady behind the counter says “did you need something, I’m about to go home, and if you wash anything it’ll have to be here until I come back in the morning because I’m locking the door when I leave”. Once again it is only 8:30pm. They should change their hours or put a sign in the door instead of being so rude.

Consider most people dont have electric or water, they were still running pretty well. Cleaning up, fully stocked Vending machines, coin machines, although the prices are a little steep as in $3.50 or $2 depending on the size machine but were paying for convenience right now.

Clean, sanitary, plenty of quality washers and dryers. Very friendly people. Glad I found them. Will be back until our house kitchen pipe is fixed...

It’s convenient because you can use your card if you don’t have any cash or coins. If you come early enough you can have your clothes washed quickly without the crowd.

Super clean. Lots of washers and dryers. 9 options to set your washer to, including temperature and delicate, normal, and heavy. I find the price reasonable for what they offer. They also have different washer and dryer sizes. They also have card and cash options. If youre like me who never has coins, this place is overall convenient.

A mixed blessing. Large place with a lot of machines. All machines in good working order. The place itself is clean, but the employee that works weekday evenings is NOT. She goes maskless (with mask around mouth only, not covering nose—same thing) inside the establishment, putting customers at risk. I still use the laundromat, but have to keep a watchful eye on the employee and keep a distance when she gets close.

Clean place good machines.

Facility was well maintained. With plenty of equipment available and functioning well. The vending machines were well stocked with cleaning options. I was able to finish my laundry quickly and comfortably. Excellent experience.

How this place could get 2 stars much less 4 is beyond me staff is rude people in there asking customers for money l dont even give you a zero place has a bad vibe

I LOVE the cleanliness of this place & the dryer price is very reasonable. I also like that the dryers produce the perfect amount of heat for me to dry my spa towels & linen.

Came here to find a nicer place to do laundry even though further away from where I live. Did not disappoint. Super clean. Large number of washer and dryers. Didnt have to wait despite being busy.

This laundry promotes covid 19 rules it also very clean you can pay using your credit or debit card quiet you can relax on benches outside and its close to Walmart and other stores.

A clean place to do our laundry. They take change, credit card and they offer a payment card with 10% added. Very convenient.

Nice and clean with perfect air conditioning. Don’t have to bring a million of quarters bc they have a carder reader already on the machines as well.

I implore the owner to please correct the behavior of the employee that works weekday evenings. She does not wear her mask properly—her nose is left hanging out. Pretty disgusting, and also quite dangerous to the public. Thanks.

I come here often because of the convenience of the location and the machines are decent. But, since the pandemic I wonder if the staff is immune to COVID-19 because every week Im here none of the staff wears masks and I never see them sanitizing anything. Business are requiring customers to wear masks, so I would think that goes the same for employees. They dont enforce guidelines for the pandemic. Other then that it is a nice place. I just have an issue with the way they are nonchalant during a world health crisis.

I dont visit often as I only wash my comforters/bulky items here. However, when I do visit the facility is really clean. In addition to a clean facility the equipment works!- . Pricing seems reasonable... I can wash 3 large comforters and 1 twin for $10 bucks

This place is awesome. Very clean, with rows of televisions to help pass the time, vending machines for both snacks and laundry products, and a kids corner to entertain the little ones. The best part is the efficiency of the machines! This saves so much time and money. Youre out in no time without the frustration of spending buckets of quarters just to get your clothes dry

I love this laundromat so I was very disappointed when none of the employees were wearing masks. It was bad enough that only 3 out of 15 patrons were wearing masks. They need more hand sanitizer stations there is only one by the attendant station and it is not very well marked.

Their machines steal quarters from you, and their company policy is to tell you that you didnt place a quarter inside. Beware of their disrespectful customer service team.

This is an exceptionally clean laundromat. I like that the machines and dryers accept cards or cash. The vending machines have laundry detergent and softener and dryer sheets at great prices.

This place is pretty well cleaned the employees here wipe down all the machines every 5 minutes it looks like the floors are clean theres no dust anywhere and the girl with the tattoo on her neck of the anchor shes cute

This place was awesome.. I hate doing laundry but the big machines make it all.go super fast. And its clean and safe.

As a woman I love it here, I feel safe coming here day or night even if I’m alone. There’s a children’s area for kids to play and watch tv. The whole place is very clean, washing machines and vending machines take card or cash. Bathroom is clean and well maintained. I feel safe enough to leave my clothes and come back later, I see a lot of other people leave their clothes as well. Staff is always present and friendly. Awesome place :)

The employee just empty my machine after few minutes from stopping, i dont want anyone touching my clothes specially those days...

Ive been going to this laundry facility for almost 2 years...very well kept...spacious facility...the staff is nice...and the prices are reasonable...i have a very busy schedule...so sometimes i drop my clothes off and let them wash and fold my laundry and give them a tip for a job well done ☺... Its Well worth it @ $1.25 per lb on clothes! Paying someone else to do my laundry saves me hours of work and essentially adds more hours back into my day to do other things i actually want/need to do!

Place is okay to wash at but the white lady at the service desk needs to work on customer service skills.

About 5 people did not wear masks and 4 people that masks did not cover their noises (including the workers). Today is September 8th 2020.

This was by far my favorite laundry mat. However they say they close at 10pm. But at 9 they lock the doors and customers who are already inside can not go in and out. You also can not take the carts outside after 9pm. Thia would be a perfect laundry mat if not for these seemingly new policies.

My dryer broke and because I have lazily taken my time getting a repair person out here, I thought it was the end of the world. We wash so often at my house so I needed a solution. Tarrant Laundry has been a God-send! Our loads (which normally take over an hour in my own dryer at home) are dry in 20-25 minutes! I knew my son was impressed when he could barely conceal his smile. The place is very clean and well-run. I am so pleased to have found Tarrant Laundry. Thank you for your dedication to providing a quality service to our neighborhood!

This place is AMAZING! I’ve had my clothes personally washed and folded by them as well as doing it myself! I was skeptical at first with having someone wash my clothes but the staff is amazing and kind as well!!! Would recommend this place to ANYONE who’s hands are full and need some help with laundry!!! Place is typically clean. I used to frequent this laundromat a lot but lately (as in my last 3 visits) the new workers show a distinct distasteful difference in service towards black and white customers.

The place is always clean with on site staff. There is a wash and fold service by the lb. All side load washers prices at $2.00, $2.50, $3.50, $4.50 and maybe one larger. Vending machine for laundry products and within walking distance of Walmart in adjacent shopping center. 6+ TV screens with captioning on to watch and Wi-Fi.

Honestly felt disrespected, the manager that is off today and apparently is unable authorize the return of a few quarters from their machine that took them without counting them.. Ive already spent $20 here just getting quarters.. Why would I lie about 3 quarters. I was told to wait until Monday & call the manager... What?? Theyve lost my familys business.

I love doing my laundry here. Staff is wonderful, and its ALWAYS clean in there (which is a BIG PLUS for me). I like this laundromat so much, I actually pass at least 2 on the way, because I rather go to Tarrant Laundry!!!! 😊

Great place to go wash clothes so glad they open this up right down the street from my house. Its always clean, machines are always working ( a little pricey) but it will do. The staff that be there in the evening time is always nice and she always great you with a big welcome smile.

Having recently moved to Fort Worth and not having laundry in my place yet, I had to find a laundromat. I found this place and was well pleased with the cleanliness of the place, the atmosphere, the price, the services, and the staff. The staff were very attentive to my needs and answered every question I had. I may not even buy machines now and just use this place

I put in a $ 10 bill in the money changer, it give me only 30 quarters and when I contacted the ladies, they provided me with their manager’s phone number and said she will be here shortly. She didn’t show up until I was finished doing my laundry. I tried calling the number that they gave me earlier but it was herself not her manager and she said our manager is not here. I was not helped by any means.
