Called to find out if my car had been towed from my apartments to this business and was directed to call the police about it (without actually having confirmed whether or not my vehicle was there). Fair enough. Called the station and no one was at the evidence desk. I called back to confirm, only to receive a curt Sir, youve already called, youll have to call the police, aaaaaand then a nice old-fashioned phone slam. Kudos on keeping it traditional, but maybe let the person on the other end speak before deciding you have all the information. Im sure theyre a good enough business, but only call if you miss the sound of phones that go on an actual hook.

The lady who helped us was very very rude to me and my mother in law. She was super snappy and had a huge attitude. Everyone else was pleasant to deal with though.

Tow truck driver misleaded us saying only 175. He talked us out of bringing it back to our shop/home. Said it would be easier for our adjuster to come look at it anytime. So i wont have to take off work to meet the adjustor. ALL lIES. The adjustor says cant meet at lot because no lifts to look under car. Contacted owner of Towop to find out its 175 at that time if i wanted it back at my shop and if now its $300+ from Saturday 5pm afternoon to Tuesday 230pm. Asked if they could do anything about the price since i was misleaded and to please call the driver. Because the driver told me 175 and even talked me out of bring it to my location. He knew what he was doing by talking me out of bring it back to my location because he knew its more MONEY for them. Horrible ethics behind this place and take advantage of people that are in a rough spot. I asked if they could work with the cost since I had been misinformed. That was a big NO. My insurance company says they will pay for everything but this is not how a company should be ran. I wished I had pulled reviews before ever sending my car here. The only Good thing I can say is they did park it indoors being it was a 68 camero. I do appreciate that but other than that. This place needs to be up front with thier clients about prices and to not take advantage of someones situation. Ive been towed several times always to collision shop/repair so never any issues. And if i wasnt talked out of it this time it would of been the same. Company has several names so ill post on each one.

Horrible management. Damaged my car would never return my calls. Finally just had the collision shop send an estimate which they paid but didnt want to cover rental for the full time. Horrible experience will make sure to pass that along to everyone I know.

Was overcharge and I called them to inquire why they charged me different fare, she said driver did mistake and she refused to honor agreed fare.

Shady place, had stuff stolen from my truck and they dont care about your vehicle, they only care about you paying and getting out
