I needed my car towed from a restaurant where it does to a repair shop 1.5 miles away. I was told that the tow truck driver would be there to pick me up in 30 minutes but the driver would call me in minutes. An hour later, the towk was not there and I still hadnt heard from the driver. I called the company back and they said he was on his way. Then the driver called and said he was at least 30 minutes away. Id already waited an hour and a half and I wasnt gonna wait another 30-45 minutes. I called the company and told them to cancel my tow. I would find another company. I found another company that picked me up in 15 minutes! The next day, I had a charge for $100 from 360 Towing Solutions. They charged me for making me wait 2 hours and never showing up! Do yourself a favor and call someone else! Anyone has got to be better!!!

Used them through my insurance company after my car stalled. They were very professional and showed compassion. They even placed my car in my garage instead of the driveway. Will call them again if I ever need a tow.

Well Hyundai broke down in tight spot at apartments how I was paralleled park and they was able to get it out no problems.

I had a flat and needed to be towed to the tire shop. I called and the guy that answered was courteous. The driver arrived within the time frame provided. The driver was nice and knowledgeable. The driver made this experience better. I would highly recommend.

Incredibly expensive. The charge for a 10 minute tow was $ 243.00. It was a simple tow of my pick up. Service call = $129.00, Hook up = $90.00 & Mileage = $24.00.

Reasonable prices for towing vehicles and RV Homes. Fifth wheel and bumper pull options available. No option for Gooseneck tailers or RVs with gooseneck adapter. Schedule early for better arrival time. Depending on distance traveled could affect prices. Always call your nearest Towing service.

They got the job done but it was by far the most expensive towing job that my insurance company had ever seen, they almost didnt reimburse me for it. The driver had a hard time locating the vehicle so I understand charging $25 more but everything else was as basic as it comes so a $250 total was ludicrous but once they have your vehicle on the truck you have no other choice but to pay. I would suggest shopping around if you have the time, this was the first place I called and they immediately went to pickup my car so 5 stars for promptness but price being so high knocked a few stars off

The driver had no idea where I was at when I told him where I was at. Then he gave me numbers to 2 other tow drivers that both said they were too busy. Wish there was a way to give no stars....

TOWING YUR A** DWN THE ROAD

Make sure you know what youre getting with 360 Towing Solutions. They charge $90 just to get a driver to you and another $90 for the driver to hookup to and unhook from your vehicle. After that $180 they will also charge you $4 per mile outside of the city, and if you request a flatbed, a $25 special equipment fee that they wont tell you about. I paid $264 for my tow with them!! I can understand the mileage and flatbed charges, but how do you justify charging someone $90 to make a phone call, and another $90 to load and unload the vehicle. Seriously? The load and unload takes 5 min each, maybe.

I dont exactly know the driver that towed my car, but he handle my car with car and was very helpful. If your looking for a towing company with great service. I do recommend 360 Towing.

Was told 60 to 80 then charged 160 then told they would charge more if i waited. I would give no stars if i could. They litterly scammed me and waited till they had my car hooked up.

Unexpected breakdown on the side of the highway, called them and they sent a guy out within 45 minutes and they handled the rest. They tookto the vehicle right to the dealer for service And I was able to continue about my business here during the holidays. I will definitely use their service again if I’m stuck somewhere in Fort Worth. Well done!!

Overall terrible experience and very unprofessional. They were dishonest with me from the beginning and used excuse after excuse! I was told to wait 30-90 minutes for the tow truck and I never even got a phone call. I had to call them to see what was going on. The guy said, “Oh I highly apologize but its going to be another hour, we’re sending someone right now”. Literally HOURS passed by. Nobody ever showed up and again no phone call!!! I called them multiple times asking for a manger/ supervisor to speak with about the situation and they put me on hold and hung up on me. I Ended up getting another towing company to help me.

Absolutely do not use this towing service said they would call. Never got phone call or any response from them. Thank God Eddies Tow service was still in contact and picked us up and we were home before we ended up having to call 360 to try and get a refund after we got home. Man was rude on the phone and asked if we wanted a receipt for the non refundable $60 service fee. Use anyone else but them.

Wonderful service! Excellent driver and showed up as soon as we called, under 15 minutes and driver was friendly, helped us with our needs and was efficient with the work! Highly recommend.

CROOKS! They insisted they needed the credit card information before they would send someone out, they said once they got here they would let us know how much it was going to be. The charged $175 for a 9 mile trip, they didn’t disclose added costs/ fees, and they didn’t disclose the charge until the sent a receipt and had already charged the account. When I called, they said that’s how they do business. It’s sloppy, they took forever, even thought they said they’d get here right away, and they couldn’t care less about taking advantage/ ripping people off. Use Someone else!!!!!

BEST TOWING COMPANY EVER!!! I had Jesus towing my car tonight and it was the simplest thing in the world! I had a party to be at and I had a needed someone to tow my car back to my place. Jesus was there in 15 minutes, took it to my place with no worries! Highly recommend!!!

Said they would charge 59 dollars to move the car down the street and would be an additional charge for larger vehicles like a heavy duty truck etc. Tell me why they charge 159 dollars to move my tiny nissan sentra .04 miles!? When I asked the guy why his simple unapoligetic reply was we reserve the right to charge u whatever we feel like. If Id been there in person Id have had them just out the car down and called someone else I have NEVER been charged so much for people that do so little. And they claim to be a legitamet business? What a joke would do 0 stars if I could

I originally called for a tow to Firestone but in the end the driver was able to get the tire off instead of having to tow it to the shop and having to pay more money. I highly recommend this company. A++ job. If I could, 10 stars.

Horrible experience. The tow truck driver that showed up tried connecting his chains to my transmission cross member and didnt see anything wrong with that approach. Additionally, I previously had the same truck, towed the same route on three separate occasions. The previous prices were; $170, $140, and $160, they charged $310. Complete rip off

I’m 26 years old and this is the first bad review I’ve ever written about a business. When I get bad service I don’t feel like it’s worth it to write a bad review but this time I did.I’ve had the worst experience with this company.PRE BOOKED a tow the day before, for the earliest they offer on a Sunday.They said time frame was 8-10 am.They told us at 8:30 am they wouldn’t be there til 9:40 am.We call them at 9:50 am, and they said they’ve switched drivers now the window would be from 10-12. (We had to call them to find that out)They switched drivers on us 3 times which made the arrival time later and later. And showed up at 11:45.My husband missed work that day.To tow a truck 4 miles to our house was $194 for service call fee and hook up. And we had a terrible experience on top of that.

Got great, quick customer service from this place. Friendly and helpful. If I needed another tow I’d choose them again.

I feel bad Bc the dude who picked me up was super nice. But on the phone they told me $129. Once my car gets dropped off and everything. I wake up to being charged $129 service fee, $80 to connect to my car, and then $33 for millage. Completely absurd after waiting an hour on the highway. I have NEVER had so many additional fees added after being picked up. Especially that high!

Awful experience. Told me a driver would call right away for instructions. 100 degree heat, nothing for 30 minutes. Call back and get excuses AFTER theyve already taken payment and tell me itll be over an hour. Again, 100 degree heat. Avoid this company.

This is my 1st time ever writing a bad review, but my experience today warrants it. I wish I could give 0 stars. I called for a tow at 12:03 pm. At 12:46, I called to get an eta, and I was told the driver was 5 miles away. At 1:30 I called again and was told there was a mix-up and it would be another hour. The half excuse I received was that there is someone else in their office with my same first name and my tow was somehow canceled. This makes no sense. At 3:00 I called, then was told it would be 90 minutes. So after a 3-hour wait and multiple phone calls, I was then told it would be another hour and a half wait with no further explanation. This is the point where I lost my cool. I had them cancel my card & I called another location.

Id recommend this company for anyone who needs a quick job done. jesus is a spectacular tow trucker who really gets the job done right

I needed towing services they told me 80 over the phone then 2 extra dollars per mile then they did not make it on time 1 hour passed no show so I rescheduled with them for the next day then the guy called and said that it would be 180 just to tow my car to a shop thats only 5 min away then argued with me over the phone asking if I wanted to listen to the recording very unprofessional I dont recommend

Terrible company. Dude came very late. Asked me for $90 and I told him they had my card information. He claimed it was for reservation purposes. They charged my card on top of what he asked for.Just to help me change my battery, when he was coming from Richardson to Carrollton. They told my dad theyd charge him 59 for the trip, ended up charging 149 (59 for taking the call and the rest is for the guy doing the towing). Complete scam.

If I could give negative stars I would. Called 360 after another company was going to be super late. Received a quote for double what the other company charged but went with it for the sake of time. Driver arrived and gave me a price that was an additional $120. When I called dispatch the customer rep was literally the rudest person I have EVER spoken to on the phone, did ZERO to help, and even threatened to impound my car if I didnt pay the quote. The only person who even tried to help was the driver who wasnt responsible for any of it. Worst experience I have EVER had at any company ever and absolutley highway robbery on the prices. I have never taken the time to leave a negative review for a company, but this was so bad I had to.
