I was stranded by the side of road with a blown tire. Other Tow companies would not come!! The great police officers recommended this company & they came in about 40 minutes. The driver & dispatcher were both very kind.A few months later my car battery died. I call & made an appt for them to come to my home. They were there on time & got me on the road!

An hour and a half after contacting them they still hadn’t come. When I called the dispatcher at 7:20 she acted like I was problematic for calling. She was rude and stated that it would probably be another 30 minutes. This was an hour after the initial call and the time quote for 30 minutes. The part that affected me the most was her attitude toward me as if I was requesting a free service or they were doing me a favor. This is what you are in business for. Why was I treated harshly and you still never dispatched anybody an hour and a half later???!???Horrible service

Awesome customer service. I spoke with Tammy. She advised me to stay in a well lite area and to keep my phone close. I felt like she was concerned and cared about my well being as I waited to be towed. I dont recall the drivers name but he was just as awesome. I would definitely recommend using them!!!!!

When you call this service, make sure that what they charge you is the right amount the driver was charging me 50 more than what it was, I call to the office and they confirmed always ask at the office, not let the drivers steal your money

Use their services for the 1st time 3-25-19. The driver was fabulous the white wasnt too long everything went will price was even good and thats the only reason why Im given 2 stars instead a one. I call the next day to toe the same vehicle to a shop that would work on my vehicle at 10:00 a.m. at 2pm, I was told it would be another hour but when the 1st dispatch the call it was supposed to be an hour and a 1/2 wait approximately. I made 2 calls in between this time and they were supposed to call me back, 1st call never happened the 2nd call was the one were they added another hour. A hired another record service, it would have been a 5 + hour wait which was 4 hours and 15 minutes whenever I fired them. Communication is the key to everything and they make a thing call the telephone. Maybe the learn to use it? Its too late now to get my truck fixed it was scheduled to be there before noon and they would a got it out same day now Im short another day without my work truck. Very upset about the hole thing.

Yall should be ashamed of yourselves! What you did to 25 plus families on Saturday from the apartment complex is downright illegal and I will make sure your contracts are terminated! Yall put me on a mission! It will really be unfortunate for those you employ.

We needed a long tow, from Burleson to Arlington. Response was prompt... less than 30 minutes (driver was in bed at home, on call) While hooking up, the driver noticed a loose spark plug cable. It turned out to be a spare that had been left out, but we appreciated the honesty considering he could have lost the job fixing our car. Charge was $135. The driver initially refused our $8 tip, but we insisted.

Mind I late about 1230 am I backed up did not see drop off ...One wheel (drive wheel) was not touching the ground....called my state farm road side assistance they said they would call....65 min later I had to call them back and ask w.t.h. (we cant find anybody) ???????? What? . I said never mind I will find someone....it took 3 calls one was ridiculously high 350 after hours he said other to late ...then I called abc.....they a quick quote and on the way they were....about 30 min or less Matt showed up instead of dragging the truck he backedThe flatbed up to my truck lifted slowly slid bed back and I was good to go.......thanks Matt, thanks abc wrecker.....no thanks to state farm roadside.

Worst towing service ever!!!! Schedule at certain time and two hours later still not towed!!!! Why do you tell people’s a t certain time and then don’t keep it. If they company is too busy let the customer know so they can call someone else instead of waiting!!! Oh yes waiting on them to get towed
