The driver I got was great! Professional and courteous really knew what he was doing. Most of the time when you need a tow, its not a good day. But, getting a great driver makes up for a little bit of of it.

He was very friendly and professional! I appreciated that he was respectful to me as a woman who needed assistance.

Tesla sent them to me for a flat tire. A guy came to my house promptly. He replaced my the wheel with an loaner wheel but it was painted orange. Now I have to drive around with a bright orange wheel until I get my tire repaired. I’m surprised to see all the reviews of how courteous and nice the workers are, This guy pretty much said hi and bye. Maybe he was having a bad day. Other than the customer service and orange spare wheel, great job?

I was so very impressed with Marvin. He was earlier than expected. He also gave me a very professional courtesy call, to let me know of his arrival status. Once he got there, he wasted no time. My tractor trailer was broke down on a main road and it had already gotten dark outside. Even though I had my hazards flashing and my pylons out. I was still a little worried with cars zooming by. Marvin immediately greeted me and then hooked up to my big rig and pulled it to safety. He explained everything to me and was very attentive, upon my instructions on where to drop my trailer and then to where I needed the tractor towed from there. I was so impressed by Marvin, that I told him that I was going to be doing a special review on his superb service. I contacted my roadside and this happen to be the closest wrecker for my location. The driver was almost an hour earlier then they said he would be. I wish I got his name but he was new to the company and is definitely a good one. Professional, knew what he was doing. Have zero complaints. I recommend this company to anyone in need.

Called to get my truck towed was told 2 hours well that turned into 6 hours. First i called after 3 hours was told within the next hour. The next hour comes by get a phone it’s gonna be another hour. 2 hours later it finally got picked up and taken to the shop. No one called me that it gotten picked or even dropped off i had to do it myself. And i was there waiting for 4 1/2 hours before i had someone come pick me up

The guy that came to help us was great. I believe his name was Jacque. Our Tesla would not start and it was hard for him to get his truck in our driveway to get it towed. He spent a lot of time and got our car towed. Most people would have given up.

They dropped my car in neutral so it slid off recklessly, aimlessly and dangerously.... it slid off 25 feet from the tow truck.... all the way up to 1 away from steps.... he tried pulling it back with the rear tiers it almost rolled off👏👏👏👏 i had to sayput it in park so the tieres lock which his reply wasO Yea.......🤬WTF!!!🤦‍♂️👎🚫.

Denis Sansoucie has to be the best driver there is. They said wait would be 90 minutes which was fine, I’ve waited almost 3 hours before however the wait was only 30 minutes.Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable! I had been crying nonstop but he truly made me feel better. Our truck broke down on 287 S right before Berry Street exit December 31, 2019.We called Cornish Wrecker Service.We were very impressed with The driver who took the assignment out of no where to tow our truck as soon as, he found out that the dispatched truck was stacked in the traffic by a train with a Fortworth police Officer on scene of the incident.He quickly took over and showed up very professional. He knew what he was doing.We are very glad that he did, despite all the internal communications.

My FOB was not working. I was able to lock and unlock my car, but it would not start. I called my insurance and they dispatched a truck from Cornish Wrecker. They arrived within 30-40 minutes.I am very thankful to the driver, whose name I regretfully did not get. After hearing the issue with my car, he gave it a shot and was able to get my car started without a need for a tow which would have cost me at least $50. He was very honest, since I was not paying attention when he got the car started.I believe this company is a good one.
