Completely unprofessional!!! The driver blocked our driveway to the street and refused to move until he was done. I would understand if he has the car on the bed but he wasn’t even hooked! I asked for his TDLR license which he is required to show upon request and he is required to have while he is towing! He stated that he did not have one! He was extremely rude and kept cussing at me for no reason and he wouldn’t let me leave to get my kids from school!Why would y’all hire someone who doesn’t have the correct license!! With that being said why hire someone who doesn’t do a 4 point tie down as required by the state! I know the laws and since I was forced to wait I did watch him work!This little tow company is a joke! Watch out people they might be cheap but they are not equipped nor license to tow!

I couldn’t Thank this towing enough, I was at work couldn’t leave My Wife am kids was out my wife car had completely shut off (Dodge Charger ) while driving, we called to see if they could come out The Driver said 20 minutes an was there within 15 minutes or lesser which made a big difference because they were semi hot due to car shutting off, Driver got there gave my wife a boost (Obviously the battery wasn’t the problem) but then gave her a Deal on gettin her car to a shop to a local shop he knows of, an to topp that off he called one of his great Uber co-workers to give them a ride because My 3childen an her wouldn’t fit in the tow truck, The driver took The car to the shop an I was 30 minutes a way we went to the local shop right when I got to Her, I’m very Thankful, Thank you for your kindness an taking care of my family before I could get to them .I would definitely be keeping this company in mind .Thank god for the caring !!

I recognized his accent from the islands. Some reviews have mentioned him being unprofessional on the phone, but his accent might give you that vibe. Out grocery shopping with kids, and I locked myself out the car. Low Rate showed up within 15 minutes. My groceries weren’t ruined, and my kids didn’t notice what was going on while we were standing outside. Service was quick, and the man who helped us was very kind.

The male person who answered the phone was inpatient, and acted as if I was wasting his time by asking questions about towing service. His attitude toward me was disrespectful and I went with another service. I had previously read about negative phone response in review. I still wanted to give this company a try. However, I would NEVER give my hard earned money to a disrespectful company attitudes. Supporting a business in my community did not work. I went outside this area to get the professional service that I needed. Phone etiquette goes along way. Smh.

I had called another tow service first, and they brought a truck that wasnt capable of towing our high-top E350 van. Low Rate was my 2nd call. They told me theyd be there in 40 minutes, and they were on scene exactly 40 minutes later. Within minutes, the van was on a rollback, headed to the shop. The driver skillfully put the non-running van directly on the shops 4 post lift from the back of his truck. A very positive experience.

I wish Id read this review before calling these people. I called at appx 10:20 PM and after giving the address of my sons stranded car and my home address was given a fee of 100.00 and told he (the driver) would leave in about 40 minutes to an hour. My son called back at 11:50 since we hadnt received a call yet and was told he would be there in 30 minutes. My son went to the location which took about 30 minutes then received a call at 12:45 and was told by the same person (man) hed spoken with who said it was nearly 1:00 in the morning and he wasnt going to go that far. This place is without a doubt the WORST and could care less about people or their safety. Instead of Low Rate they should change their name to Low Quality.

Today was not my first time using this service and i will use them for all my towing needs in the future...he was where i needed him to be within 15 minutes just as he said and i was also loaded on the truck then paid and given a receipt in all of about 10 minutes...very efficient!

I had a doctors appointment and went out to leave and my car wouldnt start. I called Low Rate Towing and he came right away and started my car. He was very professional.

I had our family car towed when it would not start. I told the driver to wait for my son and I to push the car to a level place on the street, and to pick it up from the front, because if he picked it up from the back it would damage the front end. This is a Saturn 4dr sedan. Those who know this car will know that it is higher on the back end by design. Because the cars front bumper was over a curb at the time, it would catch on the curb and pull off the front bumper. But he pressed and would not give me space to move the car to prevent this from happening. He did begin to rip off the bumper, and we screamed and he finally stopped. He put boards under the wheels and got it on the truck, but he refused to produce insurance papers, I called the police. The man was belligerent and even refused to produce insurance papers when the officer asked. The police had to escort us to make sure they tow driver did not try something in addition. He is under-insured. His insurance company says he does not carry sufficient coverage. Do not use this company. The tow driver was only 2 months in the US, as I found out in discussion with him. Completely careless and incompetent.

I called to have my vehicle towed to a dealership, I was told they would be at my apartment complex in a hour. Two hours later i call and ask if they are coming he says yes im on my way..I resend my address information and maybe 30 minutes later still dont hear from the company. I call back to reschedule due to the fact i had to leave the house and my gf had to leave to work and he rudely repliesfind someone else I was very shocked they would treat a customer like this and not meet the appointment time. I am glad i didnt get my car towed by this company they seem to not take customer satisfaction serious and most likely will handle the car unprofessionally. To sum it all up find another towing company these people are very unprofessional, dont speak fluent english, very rude, bad communication.

The owner of this towing company was very unprofessional. Only towed my car 2 miles and it was $70.00. A total rip off and he was very rude. I WILL NEVER CALL THIS PLACE OR RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE ELSE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
