I made an appointment for a state inspection online was told you cant do that where the mechanic then began to attempt to extort a very large amount of money out of me. Also they do not know the requirements for the inspection. I will not be returning ever again.

Hello guys! I am happy with your works of the second time. As of now I have not heard any noises from the brakes. However, my first experience was not so good with you. You were not able to diagnose the problem correctly at that time and you replaced front brakes instead of back brakes. As a result, it cost me extra 300 bucks or so eventhough the problem was something else. Did you do this unknowingly or due to lack of knowledge or just for the purpise of pulling money? Thanks!

I wouldnt go here I got my oil changed here 2 months ago went yesterday they were busy so i took my car to walmart to find out I was missing a couple of screws and they broke one in there. They did not tell me a single word.

Got my inspection done here on my truck very professional very fast service. I recommend this spot because its smaller and not hidden but if you arent looking for the shop it could be easy to pass but also less likely to be packed if you are in a hurry!

I am impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff! My power window went out and my trunk wouldn’t open, and they fixed both in the same day. Levi was the mechanic I initially talked to about bringing my car in, and he was great about communicating what needed to be done and what the cost would be throughout the quick process. I’m glad to find such a great auto repair place. I’ll definitely return if I need anything else fixed!

First time here. My inspection took less than 15 minutes. ( Early on a Monday).Will return next year for inspection

Today I learned that I was scammed out of money. After receiving work here on 1/15/2020, I allowed my car to sit erroneously believing I had a severe transmission issue (an extremely loud whining sound was still consistent) and I was advised by Lance the manager at the time to replace the transmission. With over a $2,800 price tag.On 8/28/2019 I went to a nearby mechanic to have my catalytic converter replaced. Shortly after, a new symptom arose, transmission over heating. I went to O’Reillys to get a reading. The issue was Catalytic converter Bank 1. I returned to that same mechanic on 9/5/2019 he replaced the converter.Between Sept and Jan, my vehicle experienced numerous catalytic issues.On 1/5/2020 I went by America’s Oil Change & Auto Repair to present my issue. Lance assisted me the entire time. I showed him photos of the prior mechanics work, the sensor reading reflecting bank 1, and receipts of the prior work on bank 2. He assured me they would resolve. He recommended catalytic convertor and thermostat replacement. $1,067.36.Shortly after work was done, I returned my car to America’s because the issues still lingered and engine light remained on and still firing same message. At this time, Lance called the parts manufacturer and was told something else is trigger the catalytic converter. Lance recommended the transmission repair. I opted to leave and put my car in storage as America’s felt they replaced the convertor and nothing more could be done.Present day. I’m at a mechanic and the issue catalytic converter bank 1 is still present.After speaking with America’s today, they concluded that they replaced my bank 2 Converter, not bank 1.They essentially replaced my new bank 2 converter and turned it in for core. And charged me $681 to place theirs in.Catalytic convertor bank 1 was never replaced. My car is currently at the third mechanic for catalytic repair.I do not understand how such a mistake happens. They threw away $613.27 by replacing the wrong part.

Was informed all of my fluids were dirty and needed to be replaced to the tune of $400. Not happy. Not believing either!

I wont go anywhere else. They have always been honest with me. My son took my car to several mechanics and they said $1000 to fix catalytic converter. Every year its the same thing. They are the only ones who told me it would keep happening unless we did all 3 at the same time. They also told me what to try to get it to pass emissions without having to do the repairs right now. Always courteous and caring. Go there you wont be sorry.

All the guys are always nice and helpful. They do inspections when doing the oil change so other needed repairs or maintenance may show up. However they dont push it on you like other shops do. They are able to give you a quote on the spot and they are reasonable charges for the work to be done. You can call around and get the same ballpark but generally more at other places. Weve never paid over the quote amount and usually less. Will continue to take all our vehicles there for oil changes and repairs that Id rather not perform myself

The staff here is awesome and they changed my oil in what seemed like 5 minutes. I had to have my previous vehicle towed here because aNoTher tire and Battery place forgot to put my filter back on after an oil change, which inevitably fried my car. These guys were so awesome... they determined my car was fried (it was an old POS) and let me keep my car there until someone came to tow it the next day, all without charging me any fees. Since then, I have gotten my oil and inspection for my new vehicle done here and Ill never go anywhere else. Their service is amazing, theyre quick, and they genuinely treat you like you just baked them a pie :) 10/10 would recommend!

Quick, good and affordable service, wheels-off experience. Pun fully intended.I went inside to sit down and wait for inspection and watched the man back my car up in a sharp turn at what had to be 40 mph and then floor it around behind the shop like it was Grand Theft Auto. I thought for a moment he was gonna slam my poor ride into the garage.Luckily, the only consequences of this were the mild inconvenience of pulling around to a gas station to check for damage, wiping the sweat off my forehead and promising my dear four wheeled son this scary thing would never happen to him again. It’s okay, buddy...Keep up the good work literally everywhere else, please remember that you’re handling other people’s cars. I at least hope you’re checking around to make sure no pedestrians are nearby when you peel the customers’ cars out NASCAR style. That could hurt someone, to put it generously.

Ive been going to this place for about 10 years and although management has changed 3 times during the ten years, its always been a great place and very reasonably priced. The mechanics are always very nice and prompt to complete any job. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a good honest deal.

They advertise 10 minute oil change but they are always full to capacity and theres always a 40 minute wait before u can get your car looked at. Dont drive here and waste your gas like me because u thought they were reliable. They truly arent.

We were on vacation. On the drive down I hit some tire tread on the highway. Then I noticed the oil leak. Americas was simply the closest place to the hotel that I thought might be able to help me and my family. They took a look at the car and found the leak in a hose and an oil filter that needed replacing. They were able to change the oil and make the repairs immediately and had us on the road again within 45 minutes!They were friendly, professional, efficient, and did what needed to be done at an affordable price! I cant thank them enough for their service and getting my family safely back on the road in a short amount of time.

After having a bad experience somewhere else took car there and AJ was very professional and listened to me and helped me with my car problem got me right in and right out .I will definitely take my car here from now on thank you AJ

They charged me $140 for a part that the dealership sells for $120. The manager Lance told me they got the part for $65, but still had to charge that much extra. I’m not sure why he told me this. They also charged $60 dollars for labor on a job that took 15 minutes. The workers were very kind and the job was done quickly with minimal wait time, but I think I was overcharged. $200 to fix my back blinker is way too much.
