Called them a day in advance. Scheduled my appointment. Then I get a call 2 hours before they are supposed to be here trying to say they don’t believe I’m gonna pay them. YOU HAVENT EVEN DONE ANY WORK YET. And what the hell gives them the right to just assume some bs like that. Pretty sure this companies a scam. Canceled my appointment right then.

What an amazing company and the customer service from Jennifer was by far the best I’ve experienced in a while. She took extra efforts to explain in detail the service provided and a cost break down AND SAVED me money! It doesn’t get any better than this! Thank you Jennifer for the amazing customer service!

My experience with this company is not good. I reached out to them trying to find and invoice on service that was supposed to be completed on a house that we purchased earlier this year. The seller had them lie and falsify invoices from the date of service. Turns out there is a leak in our inside unit. Instead of the company trying to make the matter right, they told us the account with the previous homeowner had been closed and there was nothing that we could do about the issue. So, I will not be using them or recommending them to anyone. The fact that the owner knows what happened and refuses to offer to help fix anything is shocking. I guess customer service really doesnt matter these days. The technician still works for the company even after admittedly lying on documents. We were under contract! It makes me believe that they are fine with lying to and cheating their customers.

What a great company to work with. I had a great experience meeting with their entire team from the wonderful lady Jennifer to the technician Chang. Everything was a fantastic experience.

I was very surprised and impressed with the service and professionalism a temperature pro. Its hard to know when you were going to get a company in technicians that actually are looking out for your well-being and not just their own. Thank you from the beginning to the end it was an experience that I would only want to have with you at temperature prro.
