An absolutely wonderful man came and sat talked and worked with us. Truly a professional representative of the company. We just scheduled our installation of our new a/c system and Michael truly went above and beyond for me and my mother. 10/10 with no hesitation. I felt that it was a weight lifted off our shoulders and felt very assured by how they have taken care of us.

Brandon did a great job on our initial appointment explaining what we needed and why. We were amazed that they scheduled the install for the next morning!! The guys showed up early and worked hard all day to get it installed very professional and did a great job. Bonus - they cleaned up after themselves, left nothing for us!!

Brad Wilson was my service tech. He did an outstanding job was very professional and courteous and informative. From my initial phone call the answering service was also very very good and understanding very professional. I called at 8:30 PM for emergency service was told they would be here at 12 AM. Which I was completely fine and happy with However they sent me a message shortly after that and said there was a technician on his way. So by 11 PM my service call was complete. Very prompt and And professional service. I would highly recommend

The tech that came out to help us was very professional and and ultimately a very hard worker. But thats the only aspect of the entire experience that went right. One of our AC systems has been shutting down randomly and we called One Hour for help. Unfortunately, all they did was guess at what the problem might be. The tech suggested replacing a fan motor. $1,048.00 later, our AC is still shutting off like it did before. He came back out and looked further, this time suggesting we replace the coil in the unit. This would cost us another $3,500.00. I asked if the $1,048.00 I had already paid (unnecessarily, apparently) could be applied toward the $3,500.00 and he wasnt sure. I called the company and asked the same question. They said I would need to speak with a manager and no one was available at the time. Meanwhile, I called another AC company and they were able to identify the issue in less than 10 minutes. The problem is now fixed. I called One Hour again to see about getting a refund on the $1,048.00 I didnt need to spend, and again was told I would need to speak with a manager and they werent available. Very typical. I requested a call back by the end of the business day. That never happened. Bottom line: Their techs are generally good people, though should find a more reputable and honest place to work. Once they have the customers money, all communication ceases. They no longer care about your satisfaction and are unwilling to work with you further to get it right.

Austin had a great attitude and was super friendly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions while breaking things down so I could understand. He was very thorough, quick and even got me an awesome quote to get more services done with them. I look forward to using OneHour and Austin in the future. Its SO comfortable in my home again!

Preston was outstanding. Timely, efficient and personable. This was all STARTING at 9 pm- I called their line just after 8 pm. He had a grasp of the problem within 15 minutes and was able to fix our air conditioner the same evening. He went above and beyond to ensure our system would continue to work without upselling or mentioning any upgrades. His explanations made sense and the depth of his knowledge base was clearly extensive. He knew how old our system was and which parts and connections had been replaced. All at a bargain price given the quality. Seriously impressed. Check this crew out.

Our AC unit went out during the afternoon of 6/12. After calling several 24/7 AC Companies that I found on Google, I got no answers and/or returned calls as stated on their voice messages. I finally found this amazing Company that does provide 24/7 services. I called them around 1:00AM and was able to actually speak to a representative that was able to answer many of questions and scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out on 6/13. The tech was Osvaldo (he is bilingual in Spanish) which was very helpful to communicate better. He did an amazing job, he was on time and was very friendly. I recommend this Company to everybody and recommend to pay the yearly subscription to get some discounts on services and yearly inspection.Thank you so much!

I called at 7:50am. They were able to schedule someone to come out between 10-2pm, same day. By 9:30am, I got a call tell us the repair guy was on his way. It seemed that our capacitor was out on the downstairs unit, and on it’s way out on the upstairs unit. It was a pricey fix, but I wasn’t going to argue when it’s 100 degrees outside. Overall it was great service, and a bit pricey, but for the quick service, I would gladly do it again.

I called One hour AC and Heating from a google search after another AC company failed to show up after two days. Im always leery of calling companies without getting a referral from someone i know and trust but i was without AC so kinda desperate. I was amazed at the level of customer service from my first call to their AC guy Brandon who arrived to help. He was professional and knowledgeable yet very friendly and down to earth. He quickly diagnosed my AC issue and i ended up scheduling for a new system install with them. I knew i needed a new system but had no plans to do so at this time. Thats how impressed i was with this company. No high pressure just great service with all the info i needed and seriously good deal. Ill definitely be a repeat customer and refer others to them. Its not always easy to find great companies with great service so when you do its worth telling others.

Rocky was incredibly nice and professional. Taught me a little bit about my system which is always appreciated. Gave me some tips on regular maintenance for my a/c after he identified the issue and got us back up and cooling.He even brought up one of my trash cans (3 in total) each trip he made between his truck and my house. We had a condensate drain line issue that caused a leak. Osvaldo from One Hour Air arrived before the promised time and was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue. Our AC stopped working, they were here within an hour after hours and worked for several hours attempting to repair. Our comfort advisor was here the next morning and had us in a great replacement plan. Install occurred quickly. We are so impressed by this company and specifically Mike Suarez.

Both of the technicians were great. They went right to work, and we offered them water through out the install but the said they already had some. At times they would split up and one would be in the attic and the other outside. When they finished they showed us the operation, and we’re very courteous. I was told the only option I had was a brand new system, to the tune of $12,500. I had another provider come out and put in $200 part on and its working great. Ask alot of questions and get a second opinion before you use them.

We had a middle of the night AC/plumbing emergency on Saturday night and One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating was able to get to us within 90 minutes all the way from Fort Worth to Frisco.The technician, Preston Pereira, did an outstanding job taking the time to understand the symptoms fully before getting into diagnosing. The issue looked to be a mixture of a few things but looks like it may be a plumbing issue and he helped me understand what to call a plumber and ask for.In the process of helping with the initial issue, he also found a number of other things that probably needed to be addressed with our unit. Unlike some techs I have dealt with in the past, Preston wasn’t pushing me to get everything done right then…he prioritized the things so that I could make a good decision after I get the rest of our emergency figured out.The charge for the middle of the night service call was extremely reasonable and I couldn’t have been more pleased with One Hour’s responsiveness or the professionalism of Preston Pereira. I’m sure most companies want to get a sale on the spot but the way in which everything was handled ensures that for our next repair or unit, we’ll be using One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating.

We called One Hour at 830pm on a Friday night and had our whole HVAC replaced by 3pm Sunday. Cody showed up at 930pm to clean our AC and try to get it to work without luck. Johnathan showed up Saturday morning to sit down and go over all our options. This was the first time my husband and I had done this. He went through it very thoroughly and made sure my husband and I understood. On top of that they have so many options to accommodate anyone who needs this service. He let us choose what was best for us and our needs instead of pushing the latest and greatest (although anything we chose was better than what we had) 10:15pm Saturday night I was really having second thoughts so I called to possibly cancel. Johnathan called me immediately and reexplained everything again. That reassured me we were making the best choice! What company cares about your AC problems on the weekend in the middle of the night? This crew went above and beyond our expectations. I called One Hour AC and Heating after having no AC for 48 hours and having 2 technicians from another company out for service calls who ultimately told us there was nothing wrong. Wiley not only arrived within a few hours of my call, he showed up in the middle of the night with a smile and eager to help. His diagnosis came quickly, and he explained our problems very well, with picture proof. We ended up replacing the entire HVAC system. The installation team worked tirelessly. The old dampers weren’t working quite right with the new system, so Rocky came out and got them communicating well. For such a not fun thing to have to deal with, One Hour made it pretty easy.

Before you commit to replacing your HVAC through this company, do yourself a favor and get at least one other quite from other local businesses.Our initial experiences with this company were fantastic. Our tech, by no fault of his own, was delayed for our appointment but he still showed up and serviced our unit instead of cancelling and rescheduling. Weve been in need of replacing our aging AC, however, and so we went to them first to get a quote.They quoted us between $16k and a staggering $23k before discounts, bringing our quotes down to $13k up to a still alarming $21k. The same services, warranty, insurance, and units from another company was quoted between $11k and $14k.The sales rep that came to visit us was certainly personable but he was also doing his best to upcharge and mislead. Frankly, the most honest thing they told us is that they would be the most expensive service in the area. Had we financed at the $21k level over the 10 years which is apparently their only option (where any other place would offer even 60 months at 0% instead), we would have ended up paying just shy of $30k just in time for the warranty to expire.There is no reality in which this company can justify such a frankly horrifying discrepancy (from $21k to $14k! and only on one quote so far!) for the same services and keep our business. SHOP AROUND and you will save yourself thousands.

They came and installed my new ac yesterday and it burned up wires and the compressor went out and we had to go without ac all night and I can’t get answers on when it will be fixed. They did come back to are house until10:30 that night to tell us he can’t do nothing until tomorrow that’s was 7 hrs later and we had kids and an 80 year old woman that lives there in Texas heat
