Always great customer service number the last 21 years. They can fix probably everything and tell you the truth if it really is worth fixing you might need to get another. Its not about wasting time or spending a lot of money. They rent a lot of things that help you get projects done for for big and small corporate or just a regular homeowner. Customer service could be a whole lot better. Waited a month for them to fix something and they didnt even call me to tell me they couldnt get the part to fix it. Ordered parts that came in and again no call.

I seldom write reviews, but these guys are great and I felt compelled to do so! They not only know their stuff, they are exceptionally honest. I just picked up the table saw I had entrusted to them for repair. I was so impressed with what I was charged for the repair that I actually left an additional amount of about 40% as a tip for the technician who did the work. To top it all off, I was even instructed how to avoid having the same problem again. This shop is fair, honest, professional and helpful.

Went to find a hard to find tool to either rent or buy. My first time here and I found myself in tool heaven! The counter mechanic was very knowledgeable and respectful. He did not have what I needed, but offered a suggested place to try. I will definitely be coming back for any tools. They have a great selection of nuts, bolts, anchors and fasteners.

I have rented different equipment from Hemet Tool for many years plus having some tools repaired there and bits sharpened.Always pleasant rapid high quality service at very reasonable or low rates. Rental rates are much lower than competition and they have a huge selection of well maintained equipment.From me they get all five stars of a 5 star rating.
