Worse experience ever! I was legitimately depressed working for them. They hired me in for a position at minimum wage while they paid others $9 and $10 for the exact same position. The workers liked me alot. They literally begged me to leave and find something better with fair wages. Not to mention; That I went from a set schedule to Leaders staffing just calling when someone didnt show up at the last minute. I got a call from Leaders staffing about everyday asking to come in; in the next hour. I never signed up to be on call, but thats what it changed to. Sorry; no ones going to work on call at minimum wage. I complained to them and asked for a different job and they were no help! Pay your workers evenly and more than the absolute minimum for hard labor! Stay far away! I now have a permanent job making $17 an hour plus lots of benefits. What I deserved! No hard labor and my pay can go up from there.

I have been through Leaders Staffing for awhile and they are amazing!! Briley is great at what she does! She goes above and beyond to get you a job! She also follows up with you and make sure that your experience is great!! I would definitely recommend going through them!!

Im not writing a review because anyone asked or giving a good review to up the ratings or anything like that. I actually was googling the phone number to call about a potential job they are currently getting me. When I googled them I seen there was a thing for reviews. I saw one review say something about how they hire young unorganized, unprofessional people? I dont know how this potential employee would even know the type of people theyre finding jobs for? Anyways, just seeing that review, made me wanna give my opinion.Ive never had any issues with leader staffing. They want to help you find a job, that is fitting for you. I actually started a job for them, I worked one 12hr. day at this new job, and knew from that first day it WAS NOT at all the kind of job I could see myself doing. I told the supervisor, I wouldnt be back. Next morning I contacted Leaders staffing, they completely understood, and IMMEDIATELY found something more suitable for me. This place is more that willing to help and work with me, so I imagine they would do the same for anyone else. Ive had other jobs in the past thanks to Leaders Staffing. You might ask well if theyre so great, why arent you still at those previous jobs they found you? Ive quit other jobs in the past because of my own personal reasons. Nothing to do with how Leaders Staffing conducts themselves.Bottom line is if you are looking for work, and need a job, Leaders Staffing will help you find something that suits you. Whether youre young and dont have a lot of work history, or if youre more experienced and looking for something specific. They can help you out. Id recommend Leaders Staffing to friends if a friend ask me if I knew any places hiring.

Terrible place to work! Rude, unprofessional, total chaos in their office, was placed in a room to watch videos and was forgotten about, after 3 hours I was allowed to leave, unbelievable! No one in the office knows why they are there and really just have no concern about anything except chatting on their phone and when they go to lunch! Make sure if you have to go there to watch a training video that you leave the door open so someone knows that the video has ended and ready to proceed to the next step in the hiring pricrss God help you if youre unfortunate enough to have to work for them, Bad choice, fonget about working for them! Complete waste of time!

Do not get a job from here! After I was hired, it took 3 weeks for me to get a response of youre no longer needed. I received no phone calls or updates unless I called. And believe me I did a lot in 3 weeks time. I was hired and even gave them my banking information and still didnt hear from them. When there, all the staff looked stressed out and didnt know what was going on and couldnt seem to understand thoroughness. Definitely dont live up to the name. I give Bleeders staffing 1 falling star cause your better off making a wish.

Eve was nice and professional about everything. She showed great consern when I hurt myself off the job, and wanted to make sure I was completely healed before she placed me. And got a professional opinion from there nurse. Thank u Lord and thank u Eve Martinez for giving me a opportunity . I go tomorrow for a tour.

Be weary of this place I went in Monday of last week asking for a first shift position I was told I would be called later for when orientation would start. Two days pass and I call my assigned agent to see what is going on and Xavier (one of the agents ) and he tells me he is waiting until closer to my start date to schedule orientation . Keep in mind that following Monday was supposed to be my start date . So several more days pass I show up to leaders to see what’s going on and they tell me they already filled the position . This place employs a lot of young unorganized and unprofessional individuals . Better off with literally any other agency.

Leaders has been nothing but professional and helpful. Angela has been amazing. If you have any fears of judgement she is the one to see, she is the sweetest most understanding individual in the whole building! Very blessed to be able to work with her!

VERY DISAPPOINTED with their sevice. Alex Ortega hired me quickly for a job on a friday, however i was told that she would contact me as to when i should start. ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK and ive contacted her SEVERAL times and she has not responded. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Nice staff. There was barely any waiting between the different steps. While you dont immediately get sent out to a job, you are contacted quickly. 😃

Commited insurance fraud!!! Filed paperwork to my insurance a year after I worked there and got my insurance cancelled then refused to remove me from their system worked for 6 hours for them and had to spend 2 weeks arguing with them to pay me worst temp agency Ive ever been into would rather burn myself alive than ever use them again
