From the employer standpoint - I have been using Forge for just over 2 months now and have had excellent service. What I particularly like is the fact that they dont just send 2-3 candidates immediately after I ask for them, they seem to evaluate them and make sure they are a fit. While others may just need butts in a seat, we are looking for permanent employees and appreciate the fact that they take the extra time to evaluate the candidates. If they have questions about a particular candidate, they reach out - they dont just assume. Thanks for the partnership Forge Fort Wayne!

I guess my issues were this for starters I applied last Wednesday and was told once you’re HIRED show up Monday morning at 530 and I did. And Monday morning today I seen 20 people or more. People that wanted to work I was impressed but Mary implies that the company can’t train everyone that we need to call today by 1:00 pm today and talk to Richie and he will schedule you her words were I Won’t be here. So I do call Richie At 12:30 he informed me we don’t have that contact yet so I express another job he informed me that contact not available till Thursday Maybe he Richie said.Seriously I covered for our country service wise military wise and basically felt they lied.No doubt I felt Richie was honestly correct and believe him. I called forge industrial staffing and it went to customer service Not knowing until I asked if anything was available.... The lady was RUDE.... as soon as the lady said no there’s nothing I was going to say well thank you I’ll try again later she hung up... Great temp service all together just customer service are horrible. Although I’ve almost never been turned down a job being hung up on was rude and surely not polite. Everyone at this branch is welcoming it’s just the customer service hotline number and it’s been more then a couple times. I overlooked it the first couple times but it’s happened atleast 5 times and I probably should of said something but I am humble about any situation and try to be as polite as possible and I just felt disrespected 😴

This place is the absolute worst. I was called twice and told to be in the office at 6 am to start jobs. I go in and sit for over an hour and do absolutely nothing. Then when they find the time they call you to the window only to tell you that the place you were gonna start just decided they didnt need anyone. And they did this to me TWICE. I find it funny that they had 2 people supposedly starting at the same place on the same day and all of a sudden they dont need anyone. REALLY??? If you are gonna call someone to be there at 6am to start a job, then you should probably have a job for them. And then when they say this job isnt available now they tell you they can place you for minimum wage for today but it wont last any longer. How absolutely rude!!!!!
