When I think of therapy I think of self healing. Whether, it is a rejuvenation massage or a counseling meeting, I believe the focus is to allign emotions and trauma with a meanigful focus and a self discovering re(alization or umderstanding of a not so simple solution. Living free really helped me recognize my true thoughts and feelings. Allowed me to understand my self. No judgement,no bias. Truly helped heal. Which from my brief experience is hard to come by in this field. Thank you for making the most difficult feelings be more easily understandable.
