Elizabeth (case manager), April (SW and Med management), and Kathy (therapist) are AMAZING! Over the years I had issues with bridgeway, but i am so happy its not the case now. These wonderful ladies have gotten me through some of the hardest times. Especially through all my medical problems and surgeries. Not only are they are great support....they help keep me accountable. April is not a pill pusher an will not put you on anything unless it is thought that you need it. Elizabeth and Kathy give me the courage to face things and reassure me in my decisions when i ask for their advice or opinion... They feel like family and I would be lost without them.

NP Jordan Miles is wonderful, listens and truly cares for her patients, was treated with respect and dignity. However, today arriving on time the receptionist rudely state I was supposed to get there 15 min early, I have two texts and an email that never stated that.(Generally I AM early, but as this was the first appointment in the morning there was alot of traffic), she put me on hold came back and said well try and work you in. Very sarcastic. When I showed her the texts she said sorry you didnt get something to say to come in earlier, I replied that I had done nothing wrong to be treated like that and this was the first apology for it. Again NP Jordan was concerned and apologized for the staffs attitude. I would never talk down to a client like that and would think, being a employee of Bridgeway especially, some sensivity and kindness would have been initiated.
