Couldnt get a person on the phone forever when I finally did was told u have to come in fill out paperwork. Called the next day to ask something I forgot to ask they said u can fill out paperwork online. Once they contact u after submitting paperwork the wait to get an appt with a therapist is 2 to 3 months wow seems like we could do better to address our mental health issues in the community?

I have been going to Bridgeway for quite some time & have had a great experience with everyone I have dealt with there. Pharmacist Ryan is always so nice and helpful. I got a lot of help from Elizabeth and Tom is a great listener and really seems to care about my problems. Jim is always up and cares how you are. I would recommend Bridgeway to anyone looking for any kind of mental health issues.

Ive been going to Bridgeway for a long time and theyve made it very clear very quickly that they dont care about the clients. They recently dropped my insurance and made no mention of it to me before or during a 15 minute phone call appointment, before charging me $100 for said appointment with no warning. They refuse to work with me on any sort of payment and have stated I need to outright pay the money, with no other options presented to me, and their only response was that I could find another place that does take my insurance, completely ignoring the problem they themselves have created for me.Save your money, there are better mental health providers out there.

I cant say enough about the experience we have had with Elizabeth at Bridgeway. After years of trying to get some assistance for my husband who is disabled. Finally I was put in touch with Elizabeth and she has gone above and beyond in trying to get us any help she can. She has been very informative as to other organizations that may be able to offer assistance as well as helping us herself. After many years of getting nowhere, it is so refreshing to finally have someone who truly cares. My husband is disabled and takes many very expensive measures due to multiple transplants, massive stroke and massive heart attack and I spend so much time taking care of him its almost impossible to work, so to have someone finally in our corner to help is VERY much appreciated.

Elizabeth Mendoza is my Medical case worker and she is absolutely amazing I would be nowhere near as good as I am today if it was not for her she always helps me is always there and always checked up on me she is the best person in the medical industry that I have actually dealt with. She always has the right answers or find some for me also connect me to the people that I need medically. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate her!!!!!

Yesterday I spoke with Tina-Supervisor of the DUI program, and she was extremely helpful to me about my questions and her instructions were direct, and clear. Tinas professionalism and knowledge gave me motivation, security, and the confidence to jump right into the DUI program without hesitation! Thank you so much, Tina. I look forward to what I will learn from this program and you!

My family and I have been working with the CAT team at bridgeway for the last 10 months. Stanchele and Ms.Senie have been beyond amazing! They have guided us through some pretty muddy waters and gave us the tools we needed to continue our journey and grow not only as a family but as individuals. We ar forever grateful to these ladies and the CAT team.

Mrs.Meledy is my certificate peer specialist she is very attentive and very delightful to work with. She provides me with all the information I need to be successful in my everyday life.

If you want someone who is going to take your mental health seriously and actually care about your needs, look elsewhere. I personally don’t think it’s safe for people with mental health diagnosis to not be able to reach their psychiatrist by phone because no one answers.

I have had great results from all of the care providers from Tom for therapy,miss Lloyd for med management and miss Elizabeth case management if you are seeking any of these services I highly recommend giving them a try

I am a current resident of Bridgeway. my case worker is Jenne Epperson. She has been the most successful, loving, caring caseworker I have ever come in contact with. She divides her time among us all equally and tends to our needs with tender love, care and dedication. Mrs. Epperson deserves a gold medal and more with all that she does daily for the amount of people she does it for. I commend her to the furthest extent. I recommend all of you that would ever need a case management personel. Mrs. Epperson is your lady. Thanks Mrs. Epperson for everything you do. Keep up the great work. To start I would like to say thanks for al the support that has been given to my family . At first I was a little defensive, thought it was going to be hard to have social workers at my home watching us but then I realized how much I needed that and all they want is to help us do better. It was really hard to deal with life by myself. Now that we graduated from the wraparound program I will miss having our weekly meetings, because now more than our social worker we consider Ana as part of our family. Thank you so much to Ana and her work team for all the help I couldnt do it without you .

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Do not expect them to answer your phone call OR RETURN calls. Theyll blame things on phone issues and that theyre getting VMs from weeks ago. The front desk will talk over you and be zero help to you.

Like most businesses, sometimes the very busy hard working front desk has mix ups.... it’s normal. They are trying...BUT if you need help, the therapist listens, the prescribing therapist listens. I wish these ladies could be my friends outside of the facility. They are awesome, understanding women.I have PTSD. They pulled me out of suicide and into living with hope for a better life.I’ve done all natural healing for years but I needed a few months of one medication and then changed to another but it has worked. One day at a time.‘This place gives you a choice. Nothing is ever perfect but if you can be patient and kind like these ladies... it can be better. For me, this place has been the difference in my life.

For the past six years I have been struggling to find the right care for my teenage son who has multiple diagnosis. After a hospitalization approximately just over a year ago we were referred to Bridgeway. Immediately, the intake team realized the level of crisis our family was in and got us a case manager and she has been phenomenal. I had been proactive for my son, but kept hitting walls and by the time I met our case manager I was discouraged and had little hope left. I had learned that the system doesnt bend, but understanding HOW to make it work is where hope returns. Our case manager has not only taught us HOW the system works, but has found other services and opened doors we could have never opened on our own.We also have been participating in both a Parent Sharing Group and a Teen Talk Group. Sometimes just knowing youre not alone can make all the difference.Our experience with Case Management, Therapists, Doctors and the Pharmacy have all been great. Have I ever had a problem or a delay; yes it is not always easy to get an appointment, but we get them. I will say coming from years of truly receiving no help probably makes me a little more patient waiting on services because everything that I have been told will happen has happened. I would not want their job, not any of them; dealing all day, every day with hurting, stressed, people often in crisis; but I am so glad there are people will to do those jobs! Bridgeway has made a difference in our family and want to say thank you !

My experience at bridgeway center has been the greatest experience Ive had in a while. I feel very comfortable when Im around Elizabeth,even talking on the phone. Elizabeth is a great listener and provides nothing but positive feedback and gives me great advice about things that Im not sure of.

Had a telehealth appt scheduled. When the ARNP was late, I called the office And they told me they would send a note to her prompting her to begin our appointment. After another two hours I called again. When asked what the delay was they indicated that she had a very busy morning. Again they said that they would give her a message to begin our appt. I never heard from my clinician by the end of business day. Nothing the next day. After the weekend I called back. They made no attempt to contact me or reschedule the appointment. I find this insanely unprofessional and unethical.Looking for better psychiatric care. You would do well to skip the Bridgeway experience, if possible.

Miss Zane always gave me resources, she even brought us some supplies and last visit she brought my boy a bicycle, shes amazing and carrying.Im thankful for the time I got to see her and having her to listen to me and help me understand how to transition to be financially independent and keep moving forward with my son.

As a schizophrenic they understood where I was coming from the medications are helpful at first depending on tolerances and balances. Talking with someone has always been helpful too like someone actually listening with my reasons. Touching base with thoughts about how I feel that were understood from person to person about emotions that causes actions. They understood my hallucinations I been going through as my family understood and talked about with me. I am still medicated and have been my whole life.

The case management is amazing they are so helpful and it is such a blessing to have bridgeway advocate for me. My case worker is such an awesome advocate she always is going above and over her job duties especially to help clients everyone is nice I am blessed to be a client

I have had a wonderful experience with Bridgeway. They helped me get my life back on track when I felt completely hopeless and lost. Very kind and supportive staff. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling.

Staff have no idea what theyre doing called me in for a meeting when it was a video conference. On my first day of dui school multiple people showed up at their location because their staff told them to be there. They have no idea how to operate during covid. If you go here goodluck heartless corporation. sets time for meetings at 5:30 and will not let you in at this time.

I will post another review from my next visit, but my first experience was not very welcoming, i was friendly and simply asked a wuestion at the front desk, and the only answer i could get was that if i needed to be there, that i would have paperwork to show them. When i returned less than an hour later with the requested paperwork, the lady did not even read any of it, and said okay yes but you are late and the group are during these times and you can come back then Monday through Friday. It was not welcoming in the least bit, and I feel like she knew and could have told me that before she sent me back and forth for paperwork for no reason, because she obviously knew what I was asking about in the first place.Anyway, if the purpose of you being there is to help, you could be more welcoming and helpful. If you are going to be rude and short with people immediately from the start, you should think about working somewhere else where the main goal isnt helping people in need of it. Very bad start to this process. Hope things get better from here.

I love this place the Circle of Security parenting course (which i successfully completed!!) Really helped me and i want to specially thank my caseworkers Ana and Melody for always putting myself and my son first thank you... Yall have opened my heart and eyes so i can be a better mom and woman thank yall so much from the bottom of my heart i am truly and forever grateful!!!

Bridgeway is a public service that should get way better funding and more respect from those who utilize the services. Theyve helped my kids, my wife, and myself with a wide array of different services from medication management to therapy and they even offer a service to help keep kids 11 and older from being hospitalized unnecessarily(CAT-TEAM).I wanted to do a shout out to Ari McGory, Matthew Pearce, and Tom Huberty! All three of these people have gone above and beyond to help my family and I trust them implicitly! Keep up the good work and thank you, cause without the help i dont know where we would be in life.

So far my only complaint is that the scheduling can be very spotty at times, with sudden rescheduling and the occasional clerical mishap. As far as services rendered, I cannot complain. The psychiatrist I have been seeing, April, has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are always nice, despite how much bullsnot they undoubtedly have to put up with! Freaking SAINTS they are. And the pharmacy, oh definitelyman, they rock! Id recommend to anyone who needs an affordable yet still fully functional mental health center.

I am a family member and advocate of a client under Elizabeth - case management care. She has been a helpful advocate for my family and made certain my nephew received proper mental health services.

My daughter has gone to bridgeway since age four. She is now twenty two. She suffers from a lot of issues. As an adult, I’ve seen meds not be put in correctly, they don’t always return your calls, or the meds called in her insurance does not cover. She has no support from Mrs. Lloyd her PA and in fact feels as if she is just another number. We have had to go to her Primary doctor to have her meds adjusted because they just can’t get her in or no one returns her calls. My daughter has seen the same private Psychologist for 12 years who is a PhD who made some suggestions after testing my daughter. I was shocked how she shot her down when Mrs Lloyd should be working together to help my daughter. Just recently Mrs Lloyd told her she could have much harsher drugs when all she was asking is help with her adult ADHD. I was on speaker with this appointment. Told her she could see someone else but there is no doctor on staff for adults. Everything called in her insurance won’t cover. The third message I left has not been returned. My daughter is scared to talk to her now and we are looking for a new doctor which is not easy in a Pandemic. Nineteen years of going to Bridgeway and this Is how they treat her. She is on the Autism Spectrum, and has struggled all her life. She should not have to struggle with medication management.

Since Ive been receiving services from Bridgeway there have been three women who have gone above and beyond to help me. Linda, Jenne and Ari really care about me and the clients they serve. They have all helped me when I was truly in need and have been there for me with guidance and support. The majority of people receiving services from bridgeway are experiencing some level of instability in their lives and the services I receive from Bridgeway are helping me to restore balance to my life. Im glad they have caring people like Linda, Jenne and Ari on their time.

Great school for what the offer, only problem I had was the address listed on the web, one is no longer affiliated with this business, the other isn’t where you need to go for an appointment for Crestview. I was glad the staff were able to assist me in getting where I needed to go. The instructor I had (Van) was excellent.

I was homeless, addicted to drugs and alcohol. I was not even an assigned client to Elizabeth in Case Management. She took me under her wing and made me her client. She saved my life, sent me to treatment, helped find me a place to live, got me on my medication, in therapy for trauma,. I now work full-time, have my own apartment, and stable. Thanks to Bridgeway and Elizabeth in Case Management!!!

ZERO STARS. Worst place ever. Do not waste your time here. They think you are a waste of theirs. They just want your money. They will put you on a waiting list for most of the year and expect you to come in for general check ups ( vitals/heart rate) so they can charge you more money. Went there for PTSD and they just gave me meds to make me sleep 20 hrs a day. Didn’t fix anything. Couldn’t talk to anyone. No help. ZERO STARS

Front desk staff are amazing,, very helpful and friendly. My nephew took driving lessons here and passed his driving exam. This place does also offer court ordered classes like the DUI school, so I imagine those people might not judge this place fairly.

On day 6 without my medications because someone screwed something up. My doctor was supposed to send over my scripts and all but my controlled substance was sent over. Now I cant get anyone to call be back, and now Im getting angry at small things in my everyday life and getting random bouts of depression. Ive called 5 times, spoken with a receptionist who Im going to leave nameless three times, missed a call from the nurse because it came up as spam and showed up as all zeros when the call came in. Getting my medications should not be such a hassle. I already paid my copay and my insurance, so do your jobs. Im getting annoyed.

They dont take me seriously here, lack empathy, and only care about getting you in and out the door (possibly just to get that fat paycheck). I would only go here if there was absolutely no other choice. I have other complaints but this will do for now. VERY dissatisfied!

Nobody can do their job with the changing of the computer systens. Virtually unable to get anything done. I am missing a very important day because they cannot find me in their system to print off one of my certificates. Ive been calling for 2 weeks. I keep get transfered leaving a voicemail never to be called back. They also owe me money but cannot pay me back because of their computer systems. This place needs to sit back and see how it is running. Shut down. And reboot everything. This place is not a business.

When I say that I love my visits to Bridgeway Im specifically talking about IOP. Michelle is the counselor over IOP and the interns Jessica and Tommy are all fantastic counselors! Ive been a client of Bridgeway for almost 15 years and honestly havent ever been as satisfied with the service I received as I am now. Michelles life experiences are what make her great at what she does! She understands and is very caring and wants the best for her clients always providing the best information on whatever topic comes up. Shes opened my eyes to a lot of things I never had been taught before going to rehab, other counseling, and other outpatient services. Her plans for IOP definitely take into consideration that the person is working through tramas and other issues and how overwhelming that can be for individuals. I am grateful for her, the interns and IOP! My recent experience the staff have all been nicer then times in the past as well.

My wife stopped by and the front desk clerks were totally unprofessional and made her super uncomfortable. This is a place to seek professional help. And the clerks are the face of this place once you enter. If they are rude then why would to expect anything better to come from anyone any further down the line for treatment of any sort. I highly suggest you pick an alternate location in my personal opinion.

The only thing this place cares about your money. If they can figure out a way to force you to pay more, they will. You will always be assessed as high risk, and always be required for additional classes. This place should be investigated... government leech business, funded by forced customers.

I really enjoy my therapist She is very intimidating to her clients. I feel she really cares. But there are other aspects of the facility that could use some work like the reception area they messed up my first 4 appointments and it was on the receptionists.

This place is irritating me to no end. I had to reschedule my kids appointments with the prescribing doctor in November due to my daughter having an awful stomach virus . When I called, the guy that handled it told me they couldn’t get my children in any sooner than January 12th, but that I’d be able to get their prescription refills in between. Well, after my THIRD attempt to call for refills, I finally went there because my daughter is completely out of her meds today. Apparently, the guy that rescheduled their appointments only rescheduled the one for my son and not for my daughter even though he gave me the appointment time for both over the phone. Now, they will not refill my daughter’s prescriptions and she can’t get in until February, how do these people feel confident just interrupting medication my daughter has been on for 6 years with the knowledge that if stopped, it can mess up her blood pressure?! I am going to consult an attorney because my daughter is being put at risk for further health complications now. They expect me to accept the answer that they cannot help me until February?? I think not!

Dr. Khan didnt want to listen to what I had to say! He is uncaring and unsympathetic, maybe that is OK in the country he comes from, but here, being that way doesnt help anyone or thing.

In February I had a meeting with different agency managers to help me with the situation of my son who was out of control when I entered the conference room and saw so much support I left there so calm because they were finally going to help my son and I had knocked on so many doors and I had no luck, and from here I left calmly the help of my son arrives all the people in this meeting they promised to help me get help for my son, three weeks passed and I only received a call saying that he had to wait for March 1 for the medical plan of my son to take effect, apart from which I thank Mrs. Ana Rosanski who from the first day she visited my house grabbed my hand and never let me go, I regret to say that almost 12 people who promised to help me I only felt the help, the support that has not released me in this great battle that I have had to carry with this system and I have no words to thank is to Mrs. Rosanski, she has given herself body and soul to this battle, thank God because on the way I have met unkind people without wanting to help and she has always been present thanks a thousand.
