I was very disappointed with this office, Susan seems more interested in money than helping people.. I arrived to the appointment on time and waited almost an hour to be seen. There was no receptionist on Saturday, no signs or anything on where to sit and wait. No apology from Susan for how long I had to wait to be seen or any of the confusion upon arrival. She was quick to say I needed medication based on a self diagnosis I mentioned. Which I found very negative, Close minded and Dismissive. .She also spent the first 15 min feeding her dogs in front of me, and agreed with everything I had to say, like she didn’t truly care. She was not too interested in helping, or knowing about me or my situation, she abruptly ended our session by trying to schedule a next visit.. I’m kind of annoyed that I even had to pay a copay for this .. I happen to work hard for the money I make Ms. Susan..I never went for a second session. Everything was disorganized, only thing that was good about any of this situation was her cute dogs..my suggestion to you is less interest in remodeling your office and collecting money. And more focus on helping people..

I absolutely love my therapist Erin. She has been working with my whole family for over a year. She is understanding and knowledgeable and has been very helpful to our individual issues. Her therapy dog Elsa is very well behaved and is very well trained and my kids love her. On that note, Im not sure which therapist has the very loud small dog, but it has been interfering with being able to focus in my appointments. I just started EMDR therapy and its very difficult to focus when theres a dog constantly barking.

This service absolutely changed my life. To be honest though, making payments is finnicky and must be done over the phone. Otherwise my counselor was amazing.

While the staff are friendly and appear interested in helping, they are far too overbooked to maintain a beneficial counseling schedule with their clients. Every time we try to book a follow-up appointment it is a 4-6 week wait.

The staff here are awesome!! The receptionist is the best!! Shes kind and always has been to me!! She has the cutest little dog, HIS BARK CAN HARDLY BE HEARD HES SO SMALL!!

I had a great experience with the staff. They were very friendly and helped me find the right therapist for my issues. I was having a lot of conflict at home with my family. I was very pleased with my sessions. The therapist took the time to listen to me and gave me great advice. I felt understood and I tried the coping skills she suggested. It worked and my situation at home has improved. I highly recommend this group of therapist.

My therapist is amazing but the receptionist is not friendly. Luckily I dont have to deal with her much. She always has a dog with her who is barking and cant hear me. I get having an animal in my therapists office but the dog with the receptionist makes no sense to me. If you need to talk to someone who listens, come here. Dont be put off by the rude receptionist.

I had one visit and cancelled the next. I will not return. I had to ask the counselor to wear a mask and her office smelled like dog so bad, when I walked out I could still smell it.

I have a large family of seven children, and we have known Ms. Page for over eight years now. As an active duty Air Force service member, I do not know where my family would have been today without her professional help and expert guidance. Ms. Page met with my entire family to discuss and examine the various interfering issues surrounding our lives. She also performed one-on-one counseling time for complex problems. I made an appointment for my Granddaughter. I explained to the receptionist, that the reason for our needing their services was that the Child Psychiatrist we needed to get our Granddaughter into required a referral. Our Granddaughter was displaying Bipolar symptoms. The receptionist asked several times, the reason for the visit, and I told her at least 3 times.After 2 visits with Susan, she said, she is definitely Bipolar. I asked again for a referral so I could get her into the Psychiatrist. I think she was slighted, that I was not seeking her continued service. After 2 visits, 160$ paid, she didnt give me a referral, and a billing person called asking for payment. I told them I had receipts for both visits, and hadnt heard another thing from them.

As many of the reviews have mentioned, the receptionist is the reason for this two star. My experiences with her have been no better than anyone else’s. The counselors are very friendly. I guess they need to make up for it by having an extremely unhelpful receptionist. Knocked off three stars just for the receptionist.

Mrs. Susan and Mrs. Jan are wonderful. But the front desk staff is just absolutely horrible. She is so unfriendly and rude. She does not work well with others. And trying to set an appointment is like pulling teeth.

The counselor was very helpful during a very difficult time in my life. The offices are professional and the staff was caring. If you need help form a caring professional, I would use their services!

Most of the time when Ive tried to call, Ive gotten through to voice mail. They should consider a PBX on hold system? The lounge waiting area has seating which was probably manufactured in the 70s and lacks the investment one would expect for customer comfort. This is in contrast to the very comfortable office you go into for counseling.One would also expect a company website?

The billing woman was rude and disrespectful. She laughed at me rather than helping. The receptionist inside was rude as well. And instead of sending a bill or calling they will wait over a year and then send it to you with no explanation. JOKE. Oh and the counselor likes to talk about meal prep rather than helping with the reason toy are there.

Our family has been coming to PPCS for about 13 years. Susan Page has been our daughters therapist and we cant say enough about the care she provides. Mrs. Page is ALWAYS kind, empathetic, and professional with us and our daughter. The counseling services she provides has made a tremendous impact in our daughters daily life. She is NEVER rude or discourteous in her interactions with us. We will be loyal customers forever!

I had significant problematic issue with my ex-spouse. She was causing interference issues and disrupting my new marriage through our 7 year old daughter. The conflict has put under burden in our life emotional and financial cost. She brought our daughter into the conflict even though I was allowing her her to see our daughter. My ex was intrusive through sending barrage of text to me provoking and threatening my spouse. In addition, she confuse and influence my daughter by denigrating my spouse creating a toxic environment when my spouse had little parental authority. Finally, we found help through Pattison Professional Counseling Center. I started to bring my daughter to see Mrs Susan Page two times per week. My daughter, spouse and I benefited so much from family counseling and psychotherapy. We found the internal peace that we were looking for that saved my marriage and family.

After searching google, I called and asked about counseling services for abuse victims today. The woman who answered the phone was very uncomfortable to speak with. She asked me if I had court ordered counseling. No maam, I am a victim of abuse. Then she stumbled over her words and said we get....Um...All kinds of people here. My experience with this person was short but enough for me to never call back again. It must be understood that not everyone who seeks help is an abuser. Some of us are victims and should be addressed in a kinder, more professional demeanor.

They are very professional and have a lovely facility. I would recommend this caring and calming environment for your counselling needs. Susan is a kind, compassionate therapist and offers life changing advice!

My husband and I initially saw Susan Page for pre-marital counseling and counseling to introduce husbands daughter into new role as a stepdaughter and my role as stepmother. We have been seeing Susan for nearly half a year, and love her very much. She has been able to help us communicate and given us valuable tools to use in our family. I feel that she genuinely cares about my husband and I, as well as our daughter. PPC even worked with us as cash-pay between jobs. Will be loyal patients for a long time. Highly recommended.

Definitely not the best customer service . Front desk staff should be trained.
