It’s a fun experience for me and my children. Couch Dennis is awesome. My body looks amazing after doing boxing for a few weeks. Most of all… my mind, attitude & mood is much better!It’s always better to take it out on the punching bag than people!

Weve been in search of a TRUE boxing school for quite some time. Finally found this gem.... Pun intended 😄. It is amazing. Great atmosphere. They really teach you about boxing, its not just a workout. The owner was super friendly and made my kids feel welcomed immediately. Absolutely recommend this place.

It was our first time there it seems very fun and exciting so we cant wait to go back and really enjoy all the activities of learning how to box and the exercise whats great

Love this place. Coach keeps me motivated and sweating. Theres always a good crowd, but not too crowded. I love working out on my own pace. Coach never ignores me, though, if he sees me slacking off or skimping on my workout then hell grab a pair or gloves and box with me or call out punches. Definitely a great workout!
