I really enjoy my visits to The Nail Lounge Spa in Gateway... Lisa and Harry are my favorite for nails. They take the utmost care on my natural nails and are very patient while I decide what I want. Jessica has been a gem... She has helped me to relocate one of my favorite colors that I have been searching for since my first visit. I really enjoy the staff there!!!....By the way, Im in love with this Paris Pomegranate gel polish.💖

I love this place. I never get nails done anywhere else. They pay attention to detail and staff is always very nice and social. I have pretty much tried out every nail tech and they are all awesome at what they do.Alex is the best, but hes now at the coconut point location.

This was my first time to This spa and I loved it!!! I was referred to Daniella by a good friend and of course she did an excellent job. The spa was very clean and was decorated beautifully. I must admit the massage chairs were amazing. I will be returning for my pedicures to Daniella.

I usually do not take the time to review however I felt compelled to after my visit today. It does not matter if you have an appointment or not the techs are always late, sometimes even opening the store.The staff has gotten younger and rude and there multiple people not licensed or certified so you have to wait even longer if you don’t have a appointment. If you want to spend half of your day in a nail salon, pay $120+ for bad service and nails that come off within days. This is the spot! They have another location off 6 mile, different owners and better prices and service. I recommend going there! I give 2 stars ⭐️ Only because they started off Amazing when they opened, unfortunately they have gone down hill.

I love how beautiful this salon is. My friends actually took me here and my first experience was wonderful! However, the second time I went, I had a gentleman named John do my toes and nails. I had a pregnancy rash on my legs so I asked him to not do anything to my feet or legs other than take polish off and put polish on. The process took him maybe 15-20 minutes to remove my previous color and apply a new one. He charged me $32 for that. Ridiculous.THEN, with my nails, I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he gave me something similar, but the lines weren’t very clean. I honestly could have done a better job. But the worst thing was that while John was doing my nails, my dad (who was standing next to me) noticed that John kept looking up my dress while he was doing my nails. Again, I’m 8 months pregnant and was sitting with my lovely legs rather spread because well, if you know you know. But my dad almost pulled him aside and said something to him about it.Now, we can’t prove that he was in fact looking up my dress, but my dad was very convinced that that’s exactly what he was doing. So, I don’t recommend having the nail tech John do your nails.

They do a great job here... just remember when you go to those money saving places you get what you pay for... this is a very high quality salon... every time I go here they do such a great job!

The prices are a bit much. I was a walkin for a fullset of acrylics and a pedicure. I also paid for a friends mani&pedi. The service was nice, but maaaaannnn my nails were rushed and I didnt see any tools sanitized after use. Im a little dissappointed.

Waste of time & money!my mother and I went in for manicures & pedicures and were told itd be a 5 min wait. 40 mins later they said they only had time for pedicures. our pedicures were rushed through, nail polish application was so nasty and thick on both our pedicures. they even tried to used a cheese grater on my feet (WHICH IS ILLEGAL IN FLORIDA!!) dirty pumice stone that had dirty wet skin from a previous pedicure. & ive been out for an hour already and my nail polish is still thick and gummy. never coming here again.

First time doing dip nail American manicure (French with soft white). I wasn’t happy with how the clear pink looked bubbly, so i returned and they happily and kindly fixed them by painting a layer of bubble bath gel over top & I love them. Great products, service & customer service. Nice ambience as well.

First time there, took my daughter for a mother daughter date and they seemed annoyed that they had to do her nails since she was so little, if Im paying for it. Do it. The lady kept yelling at her and rolling her eyes at her. Its the next day and my nails are smudged, almost like I wore shoes right after and I didnt. They looked great last night and today they look terrible! Fastest pedi I have ever had and they look terrible. They mustve used the cheapest nail polish ever for this to happen because I have never had this happen.Tried to add photos and it wont let me add.

Horribly disappointing. First of all they are not utilizing social distancing. There is rare use of plexiglass and every seat is filled. I specifically asked about an hombre fill that I was assured the person could do. 2 hours later with multiple other staff input and then making me feel as if it was my fault...she had to shellac polish over it to make it look somewhat decent. I had heard good and bad and was reluctant but after a close friend visited, thought it was worth a try. I was proven wrong. Waste of precious time and totally incompetent.

I was getting my pedi done by an older lady I told her I want a marble design on my big toes.She did not tell me she did not know how to do designs.She go get Tee he did some kind of design on my toe.I told him I did not like it and it did not look like what I showed him he got upset started yelling saying the design will not look like what I show him.He grab my foot to take off that mess he put on it..I told him not to touch me.If he touch my feet again like he did and pull my toe.All hell was going to break loss in that place.I paid my tab $ 65.00 and left. This how I left no design.Poor service need new techs.Do not spend your money there

Ive been there twice. First I had Tony, this time I had Annie. I get my nails dipped. They both did a wonderful job. The salon is very clean. I cant wait to go back!!

I walked in on a Saturday, was seated in a pedicure massage chair...THE most fabulous massage chair Ive ever been in, no lie! My pedicure was done expertly and thoroughly. The brief foot massage felt wonderful, she even concentrated on the one foot that was sore. I didnt tell her that, but she could tell. I got the tingles all over during the whole process. So nice and relaxing.

I have been to this nail salon twice. The first time it was okay, the massage wasn’t that great and the pedicurist kept leaving to chat with her friend which I didn’t appreciate. This time I had someone a bit better. The massage was a tiny bit better, but he cut my nails way to short on one foot vs the other. The nails don’t even look the same throughout especially the big toes. The nail polish looks very sloppy when it was applied. Long story short I rather drive all the way down to Lee Nails in Bonita than come here again. I have found that chain nail salons aren’t as good as the ones that aren’t as well known

This place does an amazing job on my nails today. I love how the place look and they make you feel very comfortable! Lots of colors to choose from and the salon is super clean. This salon was busy when I walk in and the wait wasn’t long at all because they took care of me right away... as I walked out, it got even busier so this place must be the spot to go to. I will be back.. I want to try the cloud 9 pedicure for my next visit since today was too full at every pedicure station.

Not that it makes a difference but, very dissatisfied with my nails today. They are splotchy in places. The ends are rough. Sides look thick. Tech didn’t know how to do what I wanted done. At one time had 4 people trying to help him. The salon was clean as always. Just think that everyone should be kept up to date on the new designs and techniques rather than Gel. The first set I wanted they couldn’t do because they didn’t have one of the powders. Second nail design was done but botched up. Just dissatisfied all around.

I went there to get my nails done and a girl with blonde-ish hair spent 2 hours on my nails doing absolutely nothing! When I took out my nails they looked green! I’m not sure if it’s the powder they used. I got pictures to prove it. I used to go there all the time but no more! Go at your own risk! If you want green nail beds!

Very friendly & professional!They take your temperature before getting your nails or feet done. You can also enjoy a nice glass of wine while youre getting done.

I enjoy coming to this pace for my pedicures... it great how they serve you wine And they have hot rock on their basic pedicure without the extra charge. I always go to my girl Linnie since they first open. She’s wonderful!!! I recommend Linnie to anyone who comes to get a relaxing treatment.. she’s a sweet heart!

Have been there several times. First times I went did a good job. Last few times my nails looked horrible. Had gel polish. After one day they started showing dark streaks. Went back and complained. All they did was file off some of the polish and apply more. Still looked horrible. Will never go back there.

I went to get a French regular French pedicure and o was very disappointed, they don’t have the variety of soft colors . It’s ridiculously only one regular color for a French pedicure . No cotton candy, no sugar daddy colors, those are basic ! They just want toMake gelPedicure to charge more money . Not professional and very rude starting for the technicians and the manager . My first time here today because I have friends and co workers that comes here consistently on their lunch break from work. it’s a beautiful, clean and inviting salon with friendly staff. It felted like a place to hang out with the girls at Gartner. They also offers wine, which was very relaxing while getting my pedicure done. Their service was awesome! I will definitely be coming back for my nails again.

I came here to the gateway location this weekend and I really enjoy getting pamper here. Very nice place with good music playing and they serve you wine. I got my nails, pedicure and eyebrow done with the same girl. Her name was Linnie and she was very sweet and kind to me. I will be coming back here with my mom and sister. This is so far the best nail salon I’ve been to. I love how they decorate this place and it’s so clean and busy. Fun place to chill and relax from a long week of work.

I went here for the first time yesterday and I am very happy with my nails and pedicure! The best nail job ever! I will definitely be coming back. First time I went, I got a regular gel manicure. After two days, the polish started to chip. Now, I have never had an experience where the gel chips in less than a month. I went back a second time, got a gel manicure and the same thing happened, My nail chipped after two days. Now, I went there for a third time and got the dipping powder. The dipping powder lasted a long time, but it made my nails look thick and bulky. It was like they didn’t buff, drill, and shape it correctly. Don’t let the inside fool you, it’s BEAUTIFUL in there, but no one knows what they’re doing in there. I will not be returning for any nail services.

I enjoy everything about this place! The most beautiful salon I’ve been to. I sometimes go to their #1 location in fort Myers on colonial but I love coming to this location more. Everyone is so kind, professional and always smiling and talking to their customers! Very friendly environment with lots of dipping powder color choices. It’s a beautiful first class salon with a peaceful touch to top off everything.

My first visit here today and the place is super pack with every table full and pedicure chairs full. I didn’t want to wait on my lunch break so I ask the front desk girl how soon can I get in... she said less than 10 minutes and sure enough less than 5 minute she got me right in and sat me down at a nicely clean table and my nails came out awesome! I love it here... fast and perfect nail service! The gentleman who took care of me was very quiet and very much a perfectionist And I was very pleased with his work! I will be coming back and I will tell all my co workers and friends at Gartner to join me at this salon for a fast fun lunch break....

I have gone here several times. I always have my nails dipped and ask them to mak them a little thicker so they don’t break. Well they didn’t listen and now I have 3 nails cracked and one broken hasn’t even been a week. Now I have to pay to get them fix. This place use to be good and now they are going down hill. Not going back there again and will not recommend them

I love coming to this salon! Everyone seem so young and stylish with new updated designs and colors. I always bring in a picture of what I want on my phone and they get it done on point! This was a very nice salon. Very classy, fancy and upscale. The pricing is right for what this place look like. I think this is the best looking nail salon in fort Myers florida. The staffs are very professional and very sweet. They also serve drinks and they dont push you do extras. Worst nail salon ever! I requested my acrylics to be short and the gentleman( Juan) says no, I can’t do short. I have never been to a nail salon that tells me they can’t do short. And then I ask to wash my hands before he puts the polish on and he says NO! Again, I always wash my hands at every single salon I have EVER been to. Very disappointed in this place. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I really love coming to this nail salon. Very precessional work every time I am here. The front desk girl is very sweet and friendly. I love that it is always clean and organized in here. I just left with a party of 12 with my friends for my wedding party and we all are so happy with our nails, eyebrow and eyelashes! Not to mention, the eye lashes are only $35 for cluster full set. Looks amazing and so full with a natural look. I will be sharing my wedding day pictures soon. I love love love my lashes!!

10/10 would recommend this salon. I have had the same nail girl for over 3 years and she moved away. So I was very nervous trying a new salon. I walked in without an appointment and was seen right away and the design I showed the girl was executed perfectly. I have found my new nail salon!

The place was beautiful itself. I did felt like a mannequin. The service was so rush that I felt confused. I will go back and try again but I didnt felt relaxed at all. The only words I crossed with the technician was: do you want them short? Gel or regular?. I go to Nails secrets now, tbh they treat you way better and the same price, they offer water and wine and the customer service is another level, the only thing is they are at bell tower passing the 41 but worth it

I’m not one to write reviews at all but I’m very dissatisfied with my nails. The lady that did my pedi was great but it looked like she was being told to rush when she had just begun. Next was my gel mani and the guy was horrible. I should have stopped him the moment he started to rush. The place is beautiful but the vibe is off, employees look unhappy or bothered. Second time going and first time was disappointing as well. I do not recommend this place.

I came here 2 weeks ago with my daughter and her friends for Prom and our nails came out amazing! Everything they did was beautiful and the girls were so happy full of smiles:)My money was worth the spending. We will be coming back as we are very pleased with the services here. Although the wait was a bit long, we didn’t mind the wait because it seem like everyone in the lobby was doing the same... there was no more chairs for us to sit so we had to stand outside and hangout until it was our turn but the wait wasn’t so bad... because the place was super busy for being so early in the morning.. next time, we will try to book appointments first.

First time ever to this very nice salon yesterday and I am very happy with this place. The staff are very friendly and did exactly what I ask for on my nails. Wanted to try a new place so I made an appointment. The inside was very nicely done and looked clean but customer service was a zero. I felt like I was being rushed through a factory. I was sent to a fan to dry my nails and it wasn’t working in which I thought the technician was going to the back to fix a circuit switch to make it work but then comes back and start working on another customer. I then said the fan still wasn’t on in which I was moved to another seat where it still wasn’t working (she immediately left not checking) and I found one next to me working so I used that for a minute. I’m usually not picky about these things but that was awful and my nails were not done right either. They look like a six year old did them. Very sloppy!

I am very happy with this nail salon. I’ve been coming here since they open and every time I am in for my mani and pedi combo, I walk out very happy and pleased with the service. The place is very clean with very nice staffs. They make you feel very welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good nail salon to go to.

I had Michael this morning, he did a great job on my nails. I’ve heard a lot of people say they are upset with the cost, if you specifically say you do not want gel, they will not charge you. I had a full set and color for 27.00. Staff was friendly. Recommended for people that know what they are talking about and want when they walk into a salon. You won’t be charged extra if you know. Otherwise it’s your own fault.

I thought my nail tech did a great job on the actual nail, but he really didn’t do much as far as the manicure portion. It was more like a color change. Also after he finished my nails he took the acetone he used to remove the gel and sucked it back into the container to reuse. Yuck!!!!!! That was a major disgust for such a beautiful new facility. I was willing to let not receiving an actual manicure slide, but when I saw the used acetone sucked back into the bottle, I almost lost it!!! 🤢🤮

I have been to this salon twice. Both times have been absolutely horrible. My finger has been cut by the tech and they rush through it so quickly. I feel as if getting nails done should be relaxing, not rushed. I also went there to get my nails removed. Over the phone I was told there was no charge, when I finished getting my nails removed Inwas charged $10. Later that night when I got home I noticed that the nail wasn’t even all the way off. There was still spots were the Acrylic nails was stuck on. I will NEVER be returning.

College pkwy... Your receptionist needs to learn customer service skills. She must find herself in a new career. Maybe something she is more excited about. I don’t think she is on the right path. I was friends with the previous owners. And this is a shame.She ain’t that cute to be acting that way. LolThe more this place acts like their s@&$ don’t stink is why they are attracting more trash. I really wanted to like this new place. I had a mani/pedi and it was below average. They filed too long on my feet so one crack and bled a few days later. My nails were a mess. Third time was last week before a wedding and I sent a close friend. They mixed up the polishes so her fingers and toes didn’t match after requesting the same polish. The nail tech stated the manager was drunk and thought it was funny. How embarrassing! Never again! Take your business to a real salon where customers are valued.

Beautiful and stunning location both inside and out. However, when I walked in, the front desk lady was unfriendly, did not smile, and was short on her speech and delivery when’s she spoke to me. I started to turn around, but decided to keep going and give them the benefit of the doubt.Then, sat to get my nails done and the person doing my nails was rough and twisting my thumb something horrible. I told him he was hurting me and he proceeded and complained.They don’t have to convince me that I’m not welcomed. I will never return. I gave two stars to be nice 1 for quick service and the other for the stunning inner decor.

Terrible twice I went once when they first opened and they rushed me out. I did not not like my nails they where not what I asked for, But I thought maybe it was just a bad day so today when I got off work I would give them a second chance.....Nope still terrible my cuticles have never hurt do bad from the dremel they used also I got powder on my hands and matching polish on my feet.....My feet are orange and my nails are pink..(see picture) cute atmosphere but terrible service twice, and they are more expensive then any nail place in the area. I typically would not write a review but I spent my hard earned money for mismatched nails

Was my first time coming here and I dont think I will be back got there at 3pm had no menu for me to choose what I wanted done the staff was rude didnt tell me how long the wait was. So after waiting an hour they they tell me to go choose a chair for my pedicure then again I was made to wait another hour before anyone started on my pedicure, and at that point I felt I was discriminated cause someone who came in after me was already at the chair getting her pedicure while I was still waiting. So after I get my pedicure I was made to wait AGAIN before I got my nails done and when I finally get my nails started they didnt do any cuticle work just filed my nails then glued on the tips. Honestly at the end of the day I love my nails just the service could have been better and you should have a menu of your services out everywhere so that people know what they want to do and not guess

I went to this salon this weekend for Easter and this place was pack like crazy. I got my pedicure done first with a luxury package. Was very please so I got my dip powder done and was super hAppy. My nails look amazingly perfect like never before at other places in town.

My favorite and only salon I go to and I’ve been a customer since they opened at the Skywalk location. Friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere to enjoy during your visit. I visit every couple weeks for a gel dipped manicure and always happy with my visit!

Literally the worse place I’ve been to. Went for a pedicure and it was literally 20 min long I felt like I was rushed through it, nothing was done right through the whole pedicure I basically had to tell him what to do! I do NOT recommend this place!

I have been to this place few times and the service is just getting worst each time. The manager in charge just doesn’t care ! The wine and looks are just a cover up for bad treatment. You are lucky if you get a good nail technician. The one that I got was disorganized and lost her tools or her tools were stolen? Anyway she kept looking for new tools for 10 min and found some leftovers. And manager did not care to help or did not even apologize? So how they can provide service without any tools ? It looks like all these techs rent a booth monthly so the service is up to them. Overall the experience was bad and stressful instead of nice and relaxing.

The lady in the front is very rude and disrespectful. I been coming here since they open and never had a problem until she came. She need customers service training but everyone else such as the nail tech are all amazing and do good work.I recently went there in February, I usually go to Quinn ( he is very professional, nice and always treat his customers with respect) but he wasn’t there that day .So I went to a old lady who did a okay job on my pedi but she could not do a design, I wanted on my mani so she asked Tee to do it and he was VERY RUDE and told me he didn’t liked the design I was showing him and told me no he not doing it and did something else. If I’m paying something, I expect to receive, what I want. Tee is very unprofessional and he only cater to his customers and treat other guest rude. He need training on customers service. He need to know how to talk to guest.

I am just leaving nail Lounge. And as the two previous visits, I am extremely disappointed. I honestly wanted to give them a chance because of location convenience. However a 10 to 15-minute pedicure with a cold callus young gentleman mancurist is not my idea of a pleasurable relaxing pedicure. The lady sitting next to me was there before me and still getting her pedi after I left. She ordered the same basic pedicure. Very very disappointed with the nail Lounge. And by the looks of things I dont think the owner really cares about the horrible service or bad reviews.

How is this place still open?Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and went on 3 separate occasions.The last time I went (and will never be back again!) I waited over an hour even though I had an appointment. The nail tech tried to reuse dirty tools, I called him out and he rolled his eyes and said something to his coworker in their language. He did a rushed job and 2 nails chipped that evening.On the other 2 prior occasions I went the job was rushed and the nail techs were very unfriendly.Go somewhere else where they appreciate your business, and somewhere that uses CLEAN & SANTIZED tools! I did not want to risk getting a horrible infection.

So 1 I did not get what I wanted he was just trying to get me out of his seat so he can leave so I did not tip and I paid 35 dollars for a bad job I came home and my gel nail were already chipped so I went back they did them over then not even a week later there all chipped I have never experienced this ever I have never paid 35 dollars for a fill for gel I usually pay 25 and have way better service I will never go back to this place yea it’s nice looking but the service your paying for is not worth it I would not recommend this to no one I’m really up set about my nails I paid for some thing that’s supposed to last a month it’s sad. And the man that did my nails was Ricky do not let him do your nails

Every chance i get to go to the Nail Lounge on Gateway, and with my “good luck” I get RICKY. ABSOLUTELY terrible service, ALWAYS rushing to get someone out his chair.Mind you the fact, my pedicures always last no later than 10 minutes with him.don’t like this place at all.. The one in College is now my go to.

I only let T do my nails. He is fabulous.

Clean and friendly. I had Ashley - professional pleasant and my nails look wonderful. Great job I am definately going back.

Went in for a pedicure on 10/11 and the guy who was taking care of me nicked me with a cuticle clipper while trying to fix an ingrown. About 2-3 days later I started to develop a pain to the toe, swelling and redness and made it hard to walk due to the pain. I started to look at the toe to see if it was just sore from the ingrown and when I grabbed my toe it started to leak pus. Today is 10/23 and it is still infected no matter how much Neosporin and alcohol I put on it. Never going back because they clearly don’t clean their supplies and are careless. I wouldn’t suggest you go unless you want two weeks worth of infected toes and possibly a dr appt.

Very pretty decor and relatively clean. Loved my nail technician, Sam! Very gentle, listened to what I asked for, and did a very good job!

I gave this a 2 star because the first time I got my nails done, the guy did a great job. The 2nd time I got my nails done and the same day it lifted up (even glue on nails did a better job. They said the could fix it for me (which is good) but now I look like I got a bad fill in. 2 days later they lifted again. Horrrrible!! The lady had the nerves to say its because my nail bed are small! WHAT. Ive gotten my nails done longer then this and lasted 3wks.

First experience at this place and I have to say I am not impressed. I have been getting a regular pedicure and fill for over 20 years, over 15 with the same person. Just moved to the area and have to start all over again. I went into this place and got Michael - big mistake - I should have read these reviews first! He was very rough, way too fast and skipped steps. After he took off my old nail polish I noticed what appeared to be a fungus under one nail. I have never had a nail fungus but have seen it before so I knew exactly what it was. I asked him about it and he blew me off and proceeded to try to cut into it with the electric rotary thing and then says, its better now and put new gel over it! Not a good idea and I should have stopped him. My nails are not filed well and are not a consistent length. Not even a week later my nails looked like they were maybe three weeks old. One chipped after the first week and I have jagged edges everywhere. The pedicure was not much better. I was in and out of the place for a fill and pedicure in barely an hour, thats drying and standing to wait to pay too! Needless to say, I am in search of a new salon. I cannot recommend this place unless there is a tech better than Michael. I will say most of the techs were men and I dont think that is a good fit for me.

I am writing this as a person who works in customer service for the last 21 years.Products used watered down and subpar, the glue on my daughters acrylics kept snapping at the glue line! We have had acrylics for years, we know a bad job and are forgiving 3 times they made the same person redo her nails 3 times the same glue was used the manager was informed 3 times we tipped the lady 3 times cause it’s not her fault it wasn’t her skill Level. Her place of employment is using bad product. Management was/is pregnant and looked at my pregnant belly and tried to say you know I amTired I don’t want to deal with this, I can’t fix it 🤦‍♀️We were not offered a redo with a brand new glue bottle maybe? or and apology just”oh well”so I say “oh well” management could have handled this differently....

Huge place. Very clean and beautiful inside. All the employees were very friendly. And David did a great job! Going back sat Sunday to get my nails done!

I love getting my nails done! Great staff always friendly and very professional. I always get compliments about how nice my nails look .

What a joke of a place. First of all, the customer service is horrible. We were a group of 4 and two of us got the exact same thing but were charged differently. Then the job was a mess... the lady that did my toes didn’t even care of my cuticles and tried to tell me she didn’t do it because I got the “basic pedicure” when it clearly says on their list that it includes cuticle trimming. Then she messed up my polish so much, I told her I didn’t like it and that it looked like I did it myself. Instead of taking the polish off and starting again, she continued to add more layers which made it worst. Horrible experience, first and LAST time coming here. They lost 4 potential regular customers.

The entire experience, from beginning to end was really awful. I went in for a full set and a pedicure. Let me start with the pedicure....Upon sitting down in the pedicure chair, I asked if they had non-latex gloves to use, as the guy doing the pedicure was starting to don his latex gloves. He assured me that the ones he was wearing were Non-Latex (they were very obviously latex). My husband happened to be with me and upon inspecting the box showed them that they WERE, in fact, LATEX, to which I am allergic. The tech very rudely said, Im not doing this pedicure without gloves, got up and walked away. Another guy came over, Michael, and started the pedicure without gloves.Honestly, my 11 year old son could give a better pedicure than this guy. When he was finished he didnt even put a top coat on the nail polish.He then led me to be seated at the nail counter. He asked me what color Id like and I chose the #85 and #90 colors. A white and a red for Valentines day, both with a nice, classy shimmer, but not glitter. I asked if he could do an ombre with them and he said yes. He even did a sample and showed me what it SHOULD look like. He then started using the drill to file my old nails off and I warned him that my left pointer finger had a broken nail. As in, MY nail under the set I had on was broken and he needed to be careful. I also told him I wanted the entire set removed and replaced with a full set. Instead of doing as I asked, he filed down the tips I already had on, then started applying the Gel Powder, which, realistically is the dip it powder.He kept applying and then drilling it off, evidently not happy with his work. Then he took a glittery red polish and started applying that. Now, at this point, Im already highly skeptical of his work, so I stopped him and asked him if he needed some help. I told him if he needed someone elses advice to get it, but that I did NOT want the red glittery nail polish on my nails. Then he seemed to get unhappy with me and kept trying to tell me something in broken English. Im not really sure what he was saying.Another girl, Yen, came over and told him shed finish up, and for him to wrap my nails in foil and soak what hed put on, off. Please understand, my nails and cuticles were pretty well raw at this point. I asked for them to just take them off and Id go elsewhere. But, I figured Id give this girl a chance. While wrapping my nails, Michael kept telling me that NEXT TIME I needed to tell him if I wasnt happy. Over and over again. (Like there was going to be a next time....)When Yen finished her appointment, she moved me to the other side of the room, then started from scratch, taking off everything (again) that Michael had done. She added a pink color in the middle of the white and red to help blend it a little better which was a great idea.Unfortunately, the shaping of the nails didnt go so well. I asked for an Almond Shape and I really dont have words for what I currently have. Maybe a Stiletto Hybrid of some form? Theyre uneven and not shaped well at all. Im really dissatisfied with this salon. But hey! She didnt charge me for the hearts she drew on my ring fingers!

Overall great experience. Its hit and miss with technicians abilities as any other salon. Found my favorite techs though so no complaints
