I absolutely love this place! Amy has done my nails both times Ive been here and shes always fantastic. Shes great with eyebrow waxing too! I highly recommend this place

My mom and I have been coming here for the past 5 years and they are always amazing!! I get pedicures and have gotten anything from a gel manicure to dip nails!! The salon is also very clean which is one of the most important things!! Highly recommend!!

Everyone here is so friendly and they do a great job! They pay close attention to what you want and take their time with the pampering (my favorite part lol) I got acrylic nails this last time with nail art and its gorgeous!

I can say enough good things about this nail spa!🤗 First time there and I wont be going any where else!! From the very begining greeted with smiles, the place is beautiful inside and so relaxing everyone is so friendly. My nail tech Mina went above and beyond to make sure they were just how I liked it. My sister and I have been searching for a place to get out feet done all day. Every time we found a place it was very packed and the staff seemed rushed and unprofessional. We were getting exhausted searching and decided to just go home and we happen to find Mirage Nails and Spa and we hit the jackpot with them. Grace and Angie were amazing 😍. They were very nice and professional. We are definitely returning. Mirage Nails and Spa is our new nail place ❤️

Good service but not great workI went with my friend just to get a short full set and ended up with uneven crooked badly painted nails...he did not cut or push up cuticles or even out the underneath and my friend who didn’t get him did get it that part done but she was unhappy with her nails as well...overall i wouldn’t recommend to go or go back I ended coming home and trying to fix the mess... Honestly I wish I could get my money back...This town is full of mediocre nail salons and this is just another...nothing different, special or unique

Upon walking in to get a pedicure during my little weekend getaway, the experience was breathtaking. There was a concierge person that greeted me as I walked in asking what I was looking to do checked me in and walked me to a station where the nail tech was knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Concierge person also offered drinks, the overall experience was outstanding. Work ethic and Customer Service all outstanding. Will be back when in Fort Myers again.

Emily was my nail tech and she did a nice clean job on my nails. She cleaned my cuticle really well. I would have like the nails to be dipped one more time so they weren’t so see through but I’m happy :) I was offered a drink by Vu and he greeted me nicely. Will be coming back!

Was the last appointment for the day, got a pedicure. I did not feel rushed and she did a great job. Will be coming back.

Love Mirage Nails & Spa! I’ve been going to Vu for many years—-he’s excellent! Now he has his own store, and I love it❤️!! The store is beautiful and they offer so many services—-the pedicures are awesome!!

Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.. The lady at the front table to your right when you walk in was rude, and very unprofessional. I called prior to coming in and someone to told me to come and they would be able to service me when I arrived. After driving 30 mins to get there this rude lady at the front responded to me when I said I was there for a fill in and pedi by said no we are busy come back later. I asked why would I come back when I just called and someone told me to come now. She didnt seem concerned at all, she basically ignored me and put her mask back on and started back doing nails. Clearly they are under staffed for a reason if the management allows this..

I was very disappointed in the service I got there..I wanted a certain nail color and they instead cleave me the complete opposite nail polish and when my friend asked them what it will change to the guy completely changed the subject and paid for something I didn’t want...

Got acrylic fill gel polish, regular polish with pedi. I had a few concerns during fill. All were corrected without having to mention anything. She was very thorough and gentle.They have gel and regular polish matches, I was pleasantly suprised. Plenty of other salons make you pick closest match. I love that they have pedi basin liners, also.

Clean...wonderful....no rush...I had surgery on a couple toes and they were so gentle...yet gave me a thourough pedicure..great fill..exceptional!

Took my 9-yr-old granddaughter in for mani-pedis while I was visiting from Oklahoma. First time so I didnt know any of the techs names, but everyone was so nice & professional! The prices were reasonable, even without the special they were running. The salon was colorfiul, attractive & clean.They did great jobs on our mani-pedis, but the thing that impressed me most was they used disposable plastic bag liners in the foot baths.If I was local Mirage would be the only nail spa I would go to...

It was clean and nice.I went in their having high hopes due to the reviews, but I left very disappointed first of all when I first sat down he took the drill and went over my nail like your suppose to but didn’t do anything to the cuticle didn’t push it back get rid of the dead skin on my nail by the cuticle so when he pull the nail on he did not put enough glue then had to go back and put more glue on then get put his finger down on my nail and it got stuck so he pulled his finger of almost with my nail which hurt very bad.He didn’t file the fake nail that was in at all he just went straight to the acrylic he did not apply the acrylic to the whole nail he missed multiple spots he didn’t do enough filing to fix the acrylic that he had messed up.Then he started to do the color which I chose blue a pretty basic color he did a very bad job when applying nail polish he was rushing and the parts that he didn’t put the acrylic on he went over with nail polish so their were parts that were in even and you could see super clear but I thought maybe he would fix it.When he saw a very big mistake in my left hand he picked the nail polish up than sat it right back down because he didn’t want to fix it.I also got charged 5 dollars extra for a coffin shape.Which is ridiculous.Than after all this I went to dry my nails by the time I went over their He was focused on a different client!I drove over 45 mins just to go here because of the ratings.Im half way home and I take a close look at my nails and noticed that my thumbs, pointer finger and pinky were all different shapes when I specifically asked for coffin and got charged 5 extra some were a square coffin shape and the on their ones were almost a stiletto shape!!!And their was nail polish in my cuticle that he did not try or even attempt to get off.And the nail polish is all messed up in the cuticle area it is everywhere is should be in a oval sort of shape to where it looks near but this is not the case the nail polish was going up and down at the cuticle.And I also noticed that on almost half my nails you could see my finger nail still sticking threw it was clear as day on them I am very disappointed.The guy who did my nails was the guy who sits up front and answers the phone and etc.

I got my nails done by using gel nail polish on May 19, 2018. Then, by May 21,2018 they were cracked. So, I went back to the nail salon on May 22nd to speak to the manager. The manager accused me of banging my nails and cracking them all. She argued with me and kept on accusing me of destroying my nails.This is not a good place to go to. Their customer service is terrible, their professionalism is atrocious and they have no idea what customer service is all about.I would never, ever recommend anyone to this salon!!!!!!!!!!
