I walked in this Salon and Immediately felt Welcomed. I had the pleasure of having My pedicure done by Antwan and I must say He was very kind polite pleasurable Friendly and gis Customer Service was top notch! My Salon Experience was excellent and I was very impressed and happy with their Service!! I highly recommend this Salon!

The Fresh Nail Bar was a relaxing get away, the pedicure, foot, and legs massages were out of this world! Manicure was relaxing and professional. When I return to Fort Meyers I will revisit the wonderful Fresh Nail Bar. Kim was an awesome manicurist and pedicurist.

Service was excellent. I lucked out, wasnt that busy. They have a new customer.

3 days ago... This is by far one of the worst fill-manicures I have ever received. over an hour of just filing down the old acrylic. He cut me 3 times... once bled enough for me to have to go wash my hands and hold a towel on it for a few minutes. I finally got someone elses attention and they called over the owner. she moved me to another chair and took over. unfortunately, she didnt redo the acrylic the first guy put down, so there is still polish visible from my last set. They charged me $40 for this ridiculousness.

I am so disappointed at how I was treated, I went in for a fill but turned out I needed a full I was okay with that but the guy who was doing my nails didn’t shape the correct my right hand was a different shape then my left hand and the nail polish was just horrible, so he called the owner over and they started speaking their language then next thing 2 more people came over and it made me so uncomfortable. Then to top it I was there for 5 hours cause of their fault and charge me full price I WILL NEVEE GO BACK AND I WOULD BEVER TELL NOONE TO GO THERE YOU DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!!!!! Poor service

First time here and felt disrespected when I tried to inform the pedicure lady that I was uncomfortable with the way she was trying to handle my foot position as it was hurting and she started talking in her language with the other lady/owner I guess making me feel uncomfortable - again and giving me bad looks; she continued to mishandled my foot😒 I was literally about to leave half way through the pedicure but didn’t want to make a scene. They did not tried to accommodate me and I felt unvalued as a first time customer! First and last🙅🏻‍♀️

I visited the shop based off of reviews and was very pleased. Steven did my pedicure. He was very polite and pleasant. The other staff were also pleasant, greeting me when entering the salon. If you are looking for professional customer service salon experience visit them.

Came in on 3/18/2020 brought my 2 daughters was my oldest birthday I was not greeted properly I asked for wait time they said 30 min I did not see why they had 3 customers and 5 employees I decided to wait for the reason that it was not packed and due to virus going around I did not want to go to a crowded place after about 45 min were attended my daughter was placed in chair with legs hanging over water for 10min. When was finally helped they did not even turn on chair nice customer mentioned to the employee to turn my daughters chair on they did not even bother listening customer repeats it she finally turns it on once done employee came to get my 5 yr old by her arm pulling her I said excuse me my daughter can walk I told my daughters lets go this is rediculous my oldest says no Mom its ok being her birthday I did not want to get out of character when we finished were charged $40 just to paint my 2 girls nails this is by far worst experience this is my first and last time here

For calling me personally and have me come back to the salon to fix the gel manicure somebody else did.That is what a business is all about! Having customers satisfied and happy. Made an appointment on a Monday afternoon, 3 days in advance. Arrived on time for the appointment and was told that it could not be honored because someone was “sick.” Meanwhile, there were 6-8 nail techs working and no accommodations were attempted to be made to save my appointment and a potential loyal customer. What was really disappointing is that typically nail salons will let you know whose up next to finish their customer. They didn’t even try to work around their issue. Not a good experience! Had been here once and thought the shop was okay, but will no longer consider going here.

I just had to write a review because Steven is such a talented nail tech and overall great person who deserves to be recognized. He takes his time, cares about your concerns and opinions and will do anything to fix something until it is 100% right. During my visit he went above and beyond to fix a pedicure disaster from another tech and was patient and understanding the whole time. He knew I wasn’t happy the first time and then took his own time to fix it, even if it wasn’t his mistake. Thought I would let another tech do my nails since Steven was busy but he is worth the wait. Came for Steven based on reviews and will continue to come for him, my nails look perfect!!!

I am new to the area and was looking for a place where I could go to regularly. After trying 3 places, Le Nails is the one for me. Unlike the others, Le Nails staff were very professional and courteous. The products they use are high quality and my nails look amazing even after 4 weeks.

Steven is a masterful technician! He is meticulous and truly desires to please. You will be so thrilled with how good your nails look and how long they last! I almost hate to write this, because once you have used him, you won’t want anyone else, and then I won’t be able to get an appointment! That said, he deserves the recognition and praise...he is SO good!

At 50 years old this is the best nail place I have ever been to. Lin is the best nail tech with her Nextgen nails and Chin is an awesome business owner. The place is always clean and employees are always friendly they even go the extra mile. Very pleased and will never go anywhere else. I went in after having an awful experience at a different salon just minutes earlier. Nail Technician Steven informed me hed be with me in 15-20 minutes. When he became available he was not only very pleasant and professional, but took his time to do my nails and despite having a 3pm appmt (30 from then) I never felt rushed. In addition, he did a great job on my nails which came out perfect. Stevens cleanliness, attention to detail and his customer service demonstrate that he really takes pride in his job.Thanks, Steven!

We winter in FL every year and have been going to LE Nails for the past three years. This year I was lucky to meet and have Steven do my nails> Want the best ask for Steven! Debbie

First time going and I wont go back. Went because of all the good reviews. However, when I get there, I am directed to the back to pick my color for dip. No one shows me where to look. After a few minutes a young man handed me a few rings with all the different colors available. I go back to the front and sit to pick out my color. As I am holding the ring in my hand looking at all the colors, a young lady comes over and takes the ring out of my hand. I told her I was looking at it, to pick my color. She advised me she would be right back. Walks away with it. In the chair next to me, are 3 sets of rings. I pick one of the rings and start looking again. The same young lady, walks over again and removes the ring from my hand. Advised me she would be right back. I told her that I was looking at it and that was the 2nd time she had done that. Well, she did it for a 3rd time. I was ready to walk out at that point. I was in desperate need of a manicure and pedicure, so I stayed. A different young lady started my pedicure and did a wonderful job. I set at a station to get my nails done with dip. That never took place. The gentleman refused to file the top of my nails with a nail file. Only wanted to do it with a drill. I told him that every time someone drills the top of my nail, even lightly, my nails start to break. I explained that I wasnt trying to be difficult. I know my nails. I know what I can and cant do to them. At that point I just asked for a regular manicure. The same young lady that did my pedicure, took care of my manicure. She did an all right job with my manicur. (The next day, I got a better look and found areas that did not get covered with clear polish. Had to apply a coat at home.) Before I left, I asked if I could schedule a polish change for the following week with the same young lady and it was impossible!! Needless to say, I didnt schedule it. Not pleased with how I felt while visiting this salon.

Scheduled a few days in advance to get the person I wanted. I arrive and see my nail person is just starting someone else. Even though they were aware I was scheduled to see him. I was not called or told when I got there I was going to see someone else and why that happened. When you schedule with a beautician you don’t come to a salon and get put in someone else’s chair do you? The person did a fine job but it bothered me the whole time that I didn’t have and was not informed I would not be seeing the person I had been scheduled to see. Just walk in and take who you get since an appointment doesn’t seem to mean anything!

So, I went to this nail salon on Monday, August 6 to get a mani/pedi. Steven did my finger and toe nails and did an amazing job! He took his time and made sure everything was perfect even though I ended up being there a little after closing. On Wednesday, August 8, I ended up messing up my finger nails (I’m pretty clumsy), so I went back to see if Steven could fix them. He not only fixed them, he completed redid a whole manicure and didn’t even charge me! I definitely recommend this place because of its very friendly atmosphere, kind workers, and an overall sense of relaxation!

Always pleased with the mani-pedi I get at le nails, weve used this salon for years. My husband and I go monthly and have never had a bad experience. Andy is our go to technician but the other employees are also very good. The owners always accommodate walk-ins sometimes they may ask you come back in an hour or so but theyll fit you in somehow. Great People

Ive had the same bad experiences as Donyell and Renae. I came at 5:00 with plenty of workers just sitting around doing nothing, and they still wouldnt take me and told me to come back later. I also made an appointment one day, and they took someone else ahead of me and told me to come back another day. I was LIVID!
