Star lite nails has became my all time favorite nail spot! I never have any issues making appointments. They answer back quickly and the staff is the best. Vii kills it when she does nails. If you want a nail place that doesn’t make you feel like you are just another body in the chair this is the place to go! Laughing the whole time with good conversation going. I was referred by my co worker and I have since referred several people to starlite.

I have been a client for about 2 years along with my family and friends and I have never had any problems. Always on point with my design and request. Definitely recommend them as a go to. They understood that my nails was a little weak; and they did a very wonderful job on my hands and feet.

It is very upsetting to know and as business owner myself I was told they didn’t want to do my nails anymore. I had made an appointment but placed on a call list if someone cancelled which I said okay to, however, I was on my way running about 5 mins late and was parking my car when I noticed they called me and left a message. When I called back they said we’re cancelling me out and that was that. From a business owner stand point you just don’t do that. I believe in giving my clients a 15 min window. I felt I had a good relationship with my nail technician and she understood thy I may be a few minutes late, because I am an owner/ operator and I don’t have a steady schedule. I’m shocked at the way they went about it and they were outright rude. I attempted to call back a few days after and when they answered me they said, Vee does not want to do your nails, no other options were given. It was appalling and uncalled for, I was never rude to these people, ever. If anything I was a good loyal client and tipped well. I hope that others don’t have to experience this kind of customer service.

Over the top, amazing work! I’ve been going to them for two years. They’re great and their work lasts for over two weeks. I definitely recommend. They’re amongst the very best in Fort Myers.

I really like this place. Their service is very friendly and the place is nice and clean. The prices are also very competitive. The massage chairs are very nice, and clean. The only critique I have is, it does seem to need a bit of renovating, maybe some new paint. However this does not affect the quality of their service so I will keep going back.

I love it there!! You can walk in not knowing what you want to do on your nails and V will get you right and she’ll come up with something amazing for you. They make conversation with you!! They love to joke around with everyone!! Best nail place I’ve ever been too and I’ve been to a lot of them. They’re by far the best!!

The young boy in the back, don’t know his name is absolutely AMAZING. I’ve been getting my nails done with him for a while & I don’t go anywhere else. He’s hella funny & definitely worth your time & money.

The service is awful, you can never get in unless you have an appointment. And if you dont have any appointment you sit there for hours waiting. I wish the old people was still there. There service was so much better. How do they expect to get other clients when they never have time. If they going off appointment only they need to add it on their sites that persons must have appointments, so that people like myself that dont live local, will no not to waste their gas going there if they dont have appointments. Horrible service with false advertising they dont take walk in

Was there for almost 4 hours for a manicure and pedicure, I got a nice yellow french tip and the woman said she would do white underneath to make the yellow pop which was a lovely idea except she couldnt keep the yellow on top of the white she had previously put on, all in all was not very satisfied. Ive never had so long taken to have a basic pedicure and a polish change done.

Excellent customer service!! It doesnt matter how busy they are, they take a moment to acknowledge every person walking through the door. And if the wait is long, they tell you, instead of leaving you clueless! Technicians are very skilled and Michael, one of the owners, has a creative eye for nail art thats absolutely amazing!! And as someone said in an earlier review, lots of repeat customers who are known by name. Been going there since they opened.

When I get my nails done, I like to feel a little pampered. This place was depressing, though. The decor was utilitarian with waiting chairs that looked like cheap used outdoor chairs. Also the nail tech did not do a great job.
