Rhonda did my hair and I love it! She was actually my hairdresser in Ohio and now we’re both in Florida! Couldn’t be happier!! The shop itself is very clean and all the employees were so friendly and made me feel more than welcome. Oh, and they serve complimentary beverages - an added bonus! A truly enjoyable experience!

I bought a mask there and it smelled of the salon for a few weeks, but it smelt amazing! I actually enjoyed wearing my mask. This is my go to salon for anything nails or hair. All the girls are absolutely wonderful! Well trained professional and very clean. This not your run of the mill salon. These gals are not nail techs or hair stylists they are artists ! I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else, there is no reason to! The atmosphere is fun and comfortable I always feel like family when I come in.

I have been going to Jen for my nails for years and she is so creative and professional. All of the girls do great nails and having a little champagne or a speciality coffee is definitely a bonus! Special precautions were made by the owner Debbie during covid to make sure all the clients were safe and felt comfortable 😊

I’ve been going to Profiles since they opened. Jenifer is awesome. The quality of her work is better than anyone else I’ve gone to in the past. I won’t go anywhere else. I live in Estero and it’s well worth the drive.

My nails always look great, but the last time I was there, I had to pay extra for shellac, which I didn’t have to pay when it was “Profiles”, and I was charged extra to have a minimal amount of acrylic removed from my nails, which I never paid extra for before. I had a pedicure as well, but no massage chairs, and had to go up and down steps for the process. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, but my total bill was $93.00, then a tip on top of that made it $98.00. Can’t ever remember paying that much to get nails done, and if these services are now al a carte, I’ll have to go elsewhere.

I believe Ive been going to Profiles for at least 2 yrs, though it may be longer. I will never go back to using the glue and nail tips that the other salons use. The service I receive is always professional and I look forward to my session every 2 weeks. They provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and my nails have never looked more beautiful. I dont know what the other reviewers are talking about, I started going here last December. The staff treat you like family. They guarantee their product, they are thoughtful, funny and a great bunch of ladies. Kaitlyn does my nails and JJ does my hair. These are some seriously talented women, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I wish I could say I had a good experience or that I would go back, but, I WILL NOT! My daughter won (2) $25 gift cards to Profiles, from a local radio station. On the card, it stated any location, any service. I made an appointment for my daughter to have a set of nails put on. Upon walking in, I showed the girl the cards and she was unsure about them. REALLY???? They were PROFILES gift cards. Anyway, she called the manager and the manager advised, that my daughter could use only 1 gift card. The service my daughter wanted was over $60. I found that to be poor customer service, and, also to be a poor management decision, not only did she lose a client, she lost the additional money, that I would have paid, lost a repeat client, the tech, also lost money, plus a tip. We left and called another Profiles location, in Cape Coral, that was pleased to accept the gift cards, both, at the same time.

My nail tech did a good job, but the processtook much too long. I did not like the fact there were no massage chairs. The water being brought out in a tub was a complete turnoffand the chairs were not comfortable. Theexperience was not relaxing and the place isvery pricey I never had to climb stairs toget a pedicure. I do not live in Ft Myersbut the overall experience was disappointing.

I love this salon! All the girls are fabulous and the services are to die for. Also everything is custom from the colors to the smell of all their pedicure stuff! The acrylic and gel toes colors are endless, thousands of options from glitters to mylar to flat colors. they have it all and love doing it! 😍

The name may say Glam Girl, but when my wife cant stand the sight of my toes any more, she sends the Glam Guy to Glam Girl for a pedicure. The staff here is fabulous and Ive been coming for a decade since they first opened the original location.

The technician was very sweet & did a good job. However, it was not a relaxing atmosphere. There were no massage chairs. They had me sitting on a bench. 😦 Theyre pricey for sitting me on benches.I would not go back for myself but Id consider bringing my young niece.

Absolutely horrendous experience! My sister and I both got a pedicure and were incredibly disappointed. Our toenail polish was uneven and missing in places; I could have done a much better job had I done them myself. Furthermore, the staff were completely unprofessional. They discussed inappropriate material the entire time they were doing our feet and their language was disgusting and profane. We will never return to Profiles, nor will we recommend the salon to anyone.

Terrible experience- and was for my wedding! Will never go back to a Profiles again. I booked the appointment for myself and 5 of my bridesmaids over two months in advance and paid my deposit at that point. They clearly forgot we were coming, and we were repeatedly told by multiple people they would not be able to get all of the services we needed done because there was not enough time. After speaking with the owner, who is incredible unprofessional, she then told my girls they were only allowed to get one service each. I had emailed over upon booking the services each girl wanted and was not happy that my girls were told they could not do that.After speaking with the owner hey were allowed to get their services, but everything was done in such a rush that it was a horrible job. One of the girls had to file her own nails after leaving because her tech (which was the owner) was so hurried she didnt even file her nails. Several of the pedicures (mine included) were less than 10 minutes in total time. I was told that champagne and a sweets tray is provided for bridal events, I had to remind them about ti when it was not provided, and it was clear they ran to publix to get it after I said something. They also did not even have enough wine glasses for the girls, some of us had to drink our champagne out of tervis tumblers. I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed and was repeatedly told (probably about 10 times) that it wouldnt work and I should choose a different service (they wanted me to thread them) which I over and over said I was not interested in. When in back with the wax tech she even went so far as to (after I vehemently said I did NOT want them threaded) to attempt to thread them anyways. I had to sit up and move out of her way and forcefully state I did not want that service. The tech doing my nails had an attitude the entire time and repeatedly said there would not be enough time to get everything done. My pedicure only lasted two days and then the polish chipped off. I was not doing anything that would lead to this, it was just done so poorly that it didnt last until my wedding (three days later), luckily my shoes were close toed. I contacted the owner afterwards to explain why we had such a terrible experience and her response was that we stayed didnt we, if we were unhappy we could have left and that they got it done. As a bride, I did not book them to get ti done and we stayed because there were six of us coordinating schedules with the wedding in three days and we had no other option. The owner did nothing to appease the situation- and then emailed me saying she had CCed her headquarters to handle it. If they were CCed they were Blind CCed. If you are trying to fix the situation there is no reason to blind CC the people who are going to fix it. Nonetheless I emailed back to all on the email (which appeared to be only her) with exactly why we were so unhappy with our service. This was two months ago and I have not heard a response from her or her headquarters. I was extremely dissatisfied with my service there and will not ever return to another Profiles. My girls spent a lot of money there as most people were getting multiple services and they will never go to Profiles again either. One of my girls actually emailed the owner, ccing me as well, and she never heard back either. Terrible experience, horrible leadership and follow up to fix a problem and I will tell everyone I know about my experience there to stop them from having a similar experience.

Favorite place to go in Fort Myers. Profiles full sets are the only sets that stay on my nails. Staff is really nice.
