Dont waste your money. There customer service was on point but they do a very poor job on nails and feet.. I wasted $130

Not happy at all! My friend decided to get a full pedicure and manicure. Its been 2 hours for me to sit in the very uncomfortable chairs. His pedicure was done in between a manicure for a walk in ( its now 8 PM, closing hours are 7: 30 pm. I told the manager he should have been done an hour ago 😑. The walk in left 20 minutes ago, they are now doing his nails. Ugh.

At first I was skeptical because salons in Walmarts dont have the best reputations but was with my daughter we said hey why not. My daughter LOVED hers. Mine were ok, not bad at all. I had a stiff tech at first but I warmed her bitter self up with kindness. My daughters tech was very nice. We will be going here again.

Its my first time getting acrylics & i absolutely love them !The man that attended me didnt really talk but he did a very good job !The customer service is very nice & they do nails very good, im gonna be going back !

My new favorite nail salon. They can do designs too. I drove to 4 places one day just to find that no one did.

They do such a good job they are a little pricey but other than that check them out you wont be disappointed

My pedicure was done perfect by shandra I believe is her name I didn’t really catch it but she was sooo good & Q (who did my nails) was amazing!!!! The whole service for me was like a luxury, lol I’m very much satisfied! A little pricey, but hey something is something! I see it as you get what you pay for.

Better customer support

I have gels and needed a fill. I usually go to Kevin at the Regal Nails in the Wal Mart on San Carlos. He is fabulous. But I moved so I went to this one on Colonial. I asked for them to stay the length they were and for oval tips not square. She filed them WAY down and way down on the sides. When I let the manager know I wasnt happy and they were filed so far down on the sides they hurt, she said they would take $4 off if the $30 charge. Really? I will never go back there again.

There is nothing more annoying than being a customer and having the entire staff talk among themselves in another language you cannot understand. I was overcharged for the service of which the nail tech who did my nails had just come off a cigarette break. He stunk of nicotine and did not even wash his hands before he started working on my nails. Never again.

Got my toes done with what was supposed to be GEL POLISH. Got fungal on my toes, I went to get my gel polish removed by LT nails next to Panda Express. They went to remove my “GEL” polish and my polish ended up being REGULAR POLISH!!!! Go to LT NAILS. Highly recommended!!

I’d give 0 if I could. Rude worker and was rushed the entire time. I’ve had my nails for 1 week and 2 days. One nail has completely fallen off, the entire thing and 3 others are lifting. This has never happened before getting my nail done until now. Won’t go back

This place made my daughters nails so thin they broke after two days. It was a Christmas gift. We called they said to come in. Because my daughter could not recognise who did her nails they would not repair them! They lost $100 every two weeks because thats what we spend on the three of us, not including a great tip. First time there and last. Called corporate and they stick together and did not help. Please believe me and go some place else. Save yourself ugly nails with problems.

The worst salon Ive ever been to. The lady was TRYING to be rude to me the second time I went back to have her fix HER flaws. If you want your eyelashes & eyebrows done, go somewhere else. First, she over charges me for eyelashes because my eyes are long I usually go to a Regal nails in Lehigh & they are so polite & I get charged the same price for whatever length I pick. When she actually puts my lashes on, my right eye is decent but my left eye wasnt even on the lash line correctly, there was so many gaps you could see. As soon as I got home, they were falling off. I went back to get them fixed & she charges me for her mistake. Shes really aggressive & extremely rude & I will never go back. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. UPDATE: something that usually lasts me 2 weeks, lasted me 4 days 😐

Got a pedicure today. Place was dirty and I question if my equipment was sanitized based on how it was stored. She scraped the dead skin off of my feet and dumped it in the water with my feet! Puke! Also cut my toes in two places. Very nervous about infection.

Sorry to say worst mani pedi ever .never cleaned my hands barely tried my nails .nail polish all over my fingers .and still 35 bucks DONT DO IT !!
