I was charged $55 for easily one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. I asked for gel acrylics that are so thick, they look like 5 nails compacted together. Every nail is a different shape, and for $55, I expected more than two coats of polish, especially one so transparent. The nail tech was so rough with the nail filer, he literally took the skin off the corner of my finger & my cuticles nowlook like I bite my nails because of his handy work. For older women that aren’t as concerned with having 1/4 inch thick chunky nails, this place is okay. But if you’re not looking to get ripped off, both literally and financially, this isn’t for you. I could’ve gone to Majestic Nails off 41, and received better service & two glasses of wine for the same price.

Collins does such a good job one my nails. I have going to Polished Nails for about 3 yrs now. I have tried but no other place is like this one. Highly recommended it.

Im a little late on my review, but a week later and my nails are still perfect! This is the first place where my nail tech actually listened to what I wanted, and gave me perfection.And its not just one person - the entire staff is so pleasant. Great prices, great people, and a promise that youll walk away extremely happy. Definitely my new go-to spot!

Im giving it 3 stars because it wasnt horrible but not a great experience either. I got a pedicure that was mediocre for $52. Was differently over charged for what I got which was a massage / pedicure French gel. I only went here because it was closer to my house I will definitely be going back to my original salonUPDATE I was never shown a menu, and after the owners passive aggressive reply, I would never go back to this salon.

Powder dip nails look fabulous! Tech was very attentive, picky and aware of each nail making sure they all looked perfect. Pedicure was amazing too! Didn’t feel like I was being rushed out as some otherplaces make you feel. Best clean and shaping I’ve had dine in a while. I will be back and I highly recommend this salon.

It was my first time here so I called and inquired if they took walk-ins and asked if they could get me in within the next 5 minutes. The guy was very nice and said he could. I got there 5 minutes later and he got started right away. He was very straight forward, professional, and did a great job. It only took him about 45 minutes to do a full French tip acrylic set. He listened to how I wanted it to look and he did just that. I’m so happy with my nails because I rarely get them done. Thanks!

Worst experience. Awful people. Got my lashes done, not only did they leave an eyelash in my eye but they also refused to give me my money back when I explained to them how I didn’t like my lashes. Told me that I would also have to pay $20 to get them removed. $45 for mediocre work. Good luck if you go.The eyelash tech did not ask me about my first eye so I was not able to give a go ahead of anything.

I havent got my nails done in over 2 years! Ive done a lot of hard work on my hands and was very nervous about where I was going to go for the first time in two years. I researched and read all the reviews about the salon before I went. The moment I walked in the door everyone was just so polite and it was so calm inside the atmosphere was very welcoming and it was very different from the previous owners. Collin was my nail tech, at first I was going to put in my headphones and just relax and listen to music. But Collin was very personable very easy going and spoke very good English. Not to say that in a way thats discriminating but it is very comforting when you can go somewhere and understand and have an actual conversation while youre getting your nails done one. He was so polite and helpful and honest and my nails came out beautiful! I was almost in tears on how much of a good job he did! I highly recommend this place to anybody that wants a good experience to be treated well and to have a good conversation with good people also they have cold drinks for you and will help you until your nails are fully dry.I wanted to write this review to say how comforting it was to not feel rushed and to feel welcomed. I will be going there for now on! Thank you for making my day Collin!

Excellent Experience. I have been wearing acryllic nails for 30 years and am very knowledgeable of application and very particular of appearance. Colin has done my nails twice now and they are perfect. He is also very up to date of the latest shape styles and products including dipped nails.I also have had their pedicures and it was VERY nice. I highly recommend this salon.

Absolutely amazing! Collin is fantastic at not just doing manicures, but making you feel comfortable, as well. Hes an amazing conversationalist!Nivea is phenomenal with her pedicures! Shes extremely thorough and ensures that you get the best experience possible! I cant wait to try out her massages! She was a supervising nurse in an ER in Brazil, so I can only imagine how meticulous shell be as a massage therapist!Most importantly, this nail salon is SANITARY!!! The pedicure basins are covered with liners, so that each pedicure is never cross contaminated from another client.As a former salon and spa owner, in another state, Im so extremely impressed by this business. I refer everyone I meet to this spa!

It took the woman 2.5 hours to do my nails, in the end they were bumpy and not straight. 4 of my fingers started bleeding as she was filing them and it was overall not a good experience. I have gone and gotten my nails done multiple times at other salons and it was my first time at this one. $65 for the most expensive and disappointing nails Ive gotten.

Nail art may not be your specialty -- You said show you a picture, and you could do it. I showed you a picture - and yet you created something not even close. Very disappointed. Its not going to be a place I would come back to. Speed is not what was required - detail to what I requested and expected would have been more desirable.

My friend lost her whole (Real) nail because of the technicians lack of attention. The order you will have your nails done will depend if anyone else has an even more simple design. Not pleased at all with my visit.

The place was nice. I was great promptly. Not super thrilled with my service. The color on my nails is not smooth through. I had a mani-pedi and have this issue on a few of my finger nails. My toenails seem to look fine.
