I really like how my nails were done, i got dip powder with tips and the edges look very nice which is a big deal for me. I like for my nails technician to be conscious of the edges and under the nail to be clean and sleek and i got just that. Very satisfied.

David and Tracy are the best! They are professional, have a great environment, and do excellent work. I am never disappointed. They take great pride in their work and it shows. On my last two visits I had special requests and they more than delivered!

Super fast, efficient service. The owners are so friendly and so helpful! They need a website, but if you call they will break it all down for you! They have the best attitude and they also have the sense to know what to do, especially if you’re not sure what you want or need :) I wish I had them back home

Tracy and David give the best manicures and pedicures. Have been going to them for many years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Their shop is immaculate and their services are very reasonable.

I highly recommend this nail salon. I walked in and they were able to fit me in for a mani and pedi! Very cute colors and knowledgeable staff. My nail technician was fantastic. This salon is extremely clean and is decorated very cute! The customers inside were friendly as well. I will not go to another salon from now on besides this one! My nails turned out great and I was in and out within 1 hour.

I could not be happier! Tracy did a fantastic job on my French manicure gel nails. I am very picky about the shape length and color of my nails. This was my first visit and I will go back again and again!

So very happy David and Tracy are now the owners of this salon! I was disappointed when Philip and Annie sold in 2019. The older guy that took over let the store go, did not use sanitary procedures, and was constantly outside smoking. NOW, David and Tracy have given the place a beautiful update! Their customer service, sanitary practices, and work is beyond top notch! Definitely worth visiting! Be sure to make an appointment as they are already getting busy! 🥰

They were great I wanted Louis Vuitton design done I had my nails and feet done they came out beautiful I posted a picture of what they did on their web site the work was amazing go to their picture and the pictures my nails and foot is there!!!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I asked for a full set of orange acrylic nails and was very pleased with the result. They also had very calming music and their store in general is just gorgeous. I also found the prices to be very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

I use to come in twice a month with the previous owners and they were great i work across the street from them but now with the new owners I have call 3 times to schedule an appointment and they ask me if it is for me and if it is just for a pedicure and it gets impossible to scheduled an appnt i feel they avoid me because im a gentleman I guess they dont like to serve men...

Update: I felt uncomfortable writing my review before getting my nails completely done. Terry expected me to write my review before anything was done. You never can write an honest review prior to a service being complete... My pedicure was enjoyable; best I’ve had. But, still wasn’t perfect. I wanted my callous removed but wasn’t done well enough. Also, my nails weren’t as good as I thought they would be. My cuticles weren’t pushed back or anything was done to my nails prior to getting the dip powder. They also aren’t formed properly and equally as I’d like. Also, my nails were done over my cuticles so I’m expecting them to pop off any day. Never happened to me before but my hair keeps getting stuck behind my nails and that’s not supposed to happen. Definitely had higher expectations.

I came here because of the great reviews. I have been on the hunt for a place that can do dip powder French. I have seen it done on YouTube and know it can be done just as good as acrylics. Upon arrival to this place, an older man greeted me and instantly sized me up. I was dressed in bermudas and loose fitting boho shirt with sleeves, so that was uncalled for. I later caught this man staring right at me from across the room, it was so creepy. Other than that weird experience, I am very disappointed in the end result of the French dip powder look. It came out looking so thick, bubbly, powdery, the white tip wasn’t defined, and there were smudges that I did not cause. It looked terrible. I don’t understand how that girl let me walk out of there. They just lost a customer because they rather make money off me right then and there than correct a mistake. They weren’t even busy. I am posting this review because I don’t want someone to waste their time if they’re looking to have done what I wanted done. The girl that did my nails was very nice and spoke good English. But to see my nails and think seriously, she doesn’t see how bad it turned out? Why even mention anything. I’ll just never come back. I went to another place right afterwards and they laughed at how bad my nails looked. So even with the great reviews, I don’t recommend this place for French dip powder. They need more experience/training and better customer service.

Tracy, the new owner, did a wonderful job on my nails. I love having then decorated and she did that with Valentines. Very friendly in a nice clean shop. If I was living in this area for good I would continue going to her.

I absolutely love going to Vivian’s! I always leave so relaxed and pleased with their work. Terry is so good and gentle. I really like having Mia do my feet, they always feel so good after!I highly recommend using Vivian’s for your nail and feet care!

Been to a couple of different nail salons since Ive lived here. They were OK. Last one was a little rough. I really didnt know what to expect going into this one, but I was hoping it was a good one. I wasnt disappointed at all. My friend and I went in mid afternoon and were greeted immediately by a friendly staff member. The rest of the staff was pretty great as well. Very accommodating, efficient, chatty, and nice. Great experience. WILL be returning and WILL be recommending!

I picked a very unique design that i have been wanting to try and they absolutely nailed it!!! I was a regular client at Vivians for years when Philip owned it and was very disappointed with the new owner when he left, so i stopped going to Vivians. When my daughter learned someone else had taken over the business we decided to try again. I am very happy we did. We will be returning regularly and so thrilled with the new atmosphere as well as the new staff. That was almost a year ago and i am just sooo happy they were able to reopen with everything going on. There is nothing more relaxing or pampering than going to Vivians for a Mother Daughter Day and getting the perfect matching Mani Pedi. If you have never done so - DO IT!!! 😊👍💖

Friendly and professional service. As someone who used to work in a nail salon in this area, let me say that the prices are very fair. I’ve been visiting quite a few times now and for the first time, I have decided this is my go-to place.

I really wanted to leave a good review, but I was left feeling pretty disappointed. First, I was asked off the bat and then multiple times after to leave a review which was kind of annoying. Then on their website they claim to use a personal box of nail tools for each client which was untrue. My nails were also dipped directly into the powder dip container which is unsanitary. My manicure and pedicure were both extremely rushed. My nails are not shaped well, theyre already lifting ONE day later, and the polish on my toes was applied crudely and is already chipping. Im such a passive person, I honestly shouldve spoken up from the jump, so thats my fault. I just wouldnt recommend this place at all.

This place just opened on the corner of Island Park and 41, and I just had a very delightful experience there. Manicure and pedicure by Susan. She was wonderful, even though I had just hurt my toe by dropping my vacuum on it, she was really careful yet very thorough and did not hurt at all. I am sooo happy I found this place! You have a loyal and very happy customer here! Highly recommend this place and Susan too!

I enjoyed my visit today and was very pleased with the results. HORN was very particular and did not rush me through, unlike my last visit with a different nail tech several weeks ago.

Rude people working here. The guy I had was doing gel and when he scraped my nails, he did it so hard I started to bleed. Ive never bled before. Later, he was working on my thumb and pushed my other fingers into a towel, so naturally it smeared a bit. He then started yelling at me for it. He also was clearly talking smack about me, even though he was talking in his native language. To top it all off, he tried to charge me $30 for it even though there was a sign right behind him saying gel is $25. He copped a major attitude when I pointed it out. The gel started to chip after two days, so it clearly wasnt high quality to begin with. Pass.

I just got my nails done and I was shocked at the terrible customer service. No one said anything when I came in. The nail tech had a sour face the entire time she was doing my nails and kept sighing and looking at her phone. I tried making pleasant conversation but only got one word responses. I wont be returning even though technically speaking there was nothing wrong with the manicure. Maybe she was having a bad day but its no excuse to treat customers so poorly. Just reschedule your appointments.

This place recently opened near my home and I went there for the first time a couple weeks ago to have my eyebrows waxed. I was impressed by how clean and new everything looked. The staff was very friendly and I thought the prices were reasonable. The massage chairs look supero comfy, so Ive been dreaming about going back for a pedicure. Thats why I looked them up today, to schedule a pedi! Im looking forward to my appointment this evening! :)

Birthday celebration for a 4 yo and a 75 yo---both had never experienced a mani/pedi before. I was impressed by the clean environment and care taken to make sure everything was just as it should be. Id go back regularly......but, we were on vacation!
