I just needed a quick dip powder removal, a quick drill of the top layer and acetone soak. Called to make an appointment for 6:40 as I get out of work at 6:30, chose this place due to proximity and high ratings. They told me no problem and to come in. I arrive and the only nail tech rushes me in sits me down and proceeds to rip the dip power and rips off my nails!Not only did this hurt, but she completely ripped off layers of my nail plate any length that I had on my nails. I now have to wait to grow out my nails before I can get them done again because my nails are thin and I have none of the length that I had gotten dip powder to preserve in the first place.Anyone who’s passed nail tech school should know you DONT rip off anything glued to someone’s nail. That’s the fastest way to destroy someone’s nail.She was too rushed to even take the time to buff the shreds of my nail down to an even surface to make sure my nails aren’t literally peeling. I wish she had just let me know she didn’t have time for my appointment and I would have gone somewhere else. Uf I had wanted to rip my nails off I could have done that myself for free.I don’t know how this place can possibly have such high reviews while their nail techs destroy peoples nails.

Nikki was super awesome and got me in within 10 minutes. They did a awesome job on my nails and toes!They were super friendly and very clean !

Had gone here several years with totally good results. New people now and after going for pedicure will not return. Very sloppy work and work habits. No longer spotless.

Editing my 5 star review to a 1 because they clearly have their customer base figured out and are not accepting to new clients. They stopped working on my nails to assist another higher profile client twice now. They rushed through my nails just to quicker get to this client. Unprofessional and rude.Name of the place should be Jamacia Bay Residents Only Nail and Spa.

I came to this nail salon today 6/14/18 because of the great reviews I read. I had a fabulous time here at idol nails! VERY, and I’m serious, humble and passionate about about nail designs and they keep the salon sanitary. Tara and Justin are the ones you want to ask for! Really cool people!! After getting my nails done I stood a little while and conversed. One of the best nail salons I have EVER visited. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and it is absolutely SPOTLESS. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and they do a FANTASTIC job on your feet and hands! Love this place!
