Responsive, professional and thorough. Andrew was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. Ryan came the next day, right on time, and it was all fixed in 30 minutes and he thoroughly cleaned up. Excellent service - highly recommended.

Andrew was wonderful! I was so taken back by how clogged my vent system was. I could of had a serious house fire. He took his time to ensure everything was cleaned properly for the safety of myself and my family.

Andrew came out to clean our dryer vent which the previous owner of our home had been venting Into the garage. He discovered a roofing company had covered the vent. He went onto our roof to mark the location of where the vent needed to be and even recommended a roofer that was very reasonable. I called mid afternoon this past Monday, to my surprise the very accommodating women on the phone offered me same day service. When Ryan showed up(on time I might add) he waisted no time going right to work. Ryan cleaned the vent from both the roof top and the laundry room, then going above and beyond he dismantled the dryer and cleaned all the exhausts inside the machine. When he finished everything was cleaned up and the dryer was put back in place. Ryan offered some sound advise on ventilation care for a family of 5 and went on his way. When you have a wife and three daughters in the house with a dryer that isnt working properly life can be a bear but because of Amerovent and the efforts of Ryan I am the Hero for a day!!!!! I called Monday morning early. I sort of told myself the first company to respond after doing research gets the job. The receptionist was extremely helpful and I had a technician appt. for 10am. Our brand new dryer would not heat up due to ventilation issues according to the dryer manual. The technician called me in to show me an entire squirrels nest including acorns that were blocking the ventilation. He fully resolved our ventilation issue and offered us a new vent cover that he installed the day of. What a relief! We were so concerned that our brand new dryer had issues. Now, no more critters can get in our dryer vent. :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great communication & big thanks

On July 7, 2017, Amerovent sent technician, Ryan Hostetter, to clean our dryer vent. We were surprised at how thorough he was in that he not only got on our roof to clean the vent out but came into our home and took our dryer apart to clean the inside. We expected him to clean the vent from the dryer to the roof, but taking apart our dryer and getting into all the small areas really surprised us. He did a great job plus took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Very impressed and would call them again for service.

Andrew has been cleaning my vents for years. He is a great guy that gets the job done ! My dryer works so much better since I stated with Amerovent.
