Matt & team were just awesome! They called ahead ... arrived in 20 minutes ... and were done cleaning our dryer vent before 9:00. All of the guys were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they really value their customers and care about doing a great job. This is our second great experience with Lint Out and we will definitely continue to use them in the future!

It is not too often that one gets to rave about a home repair job! Well today’s the day! Mike and PJ from Lint Out did a fantastic job cleaning out our vents after we were covered in dust from a whole house tile demolition. They were both very professional, built instantaneous rapport, explained everything and most importantly were extremely neat. They removed tons of dust from our system making the system run more efficiently. On top of that, we are no longer breathing the chalky air. The guys were terrific! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They hire the right type of employee and must have a benchmark training system. Glad we found them!

Our community received a group rate for vent cleaning between 8am-4pm, Tyler was able to notify me when and waited around for me to get away from work so that I didn’t have to take the entire day off. Dion and Provinsky called about 20 minutes before arrival, were there when they said they would be, had all the proper equipment, and cleaned the dryer vent top and bottom quickly and with no mess. They had the right tools and worked neatly and efficiently, and explained how they did a before and after check of pressure in the line. We were rather shocked at what came out of the vent pipe- glad we had them come out. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Tae came out to clean my dryer vent and did a fabulous job. He let me know that it would only take 15 minutes and he was spot on. He told me that given the amount of lint in the line there might be a clog in the roof vent. He got out his ladder and took care of it. Today was my second visit from Lint Out for my yearly dryer vent cleaning. After a lot of time we finally decided to get our ac vents cleaned and the dryer lint as well. The team that they sent was amazing. It was a two-person team (Brandon and Chad). Both of them very friendly and didnt mind having my pets or daughter bothering them while working. LOL They explained everything they were doing and why. After they finished the air they took are of the dryer and inspected the hoses. They found out that the vent on the roof wasnt connected and had come loose at some time. He easily fixed it and even showed me pictures of everything that was going on. After they finished with the dryer it made a world of difference on drying time. Well worth the money and time to have them come out. We will definitely be using them again.

I went up to one of the techs whose name is Juan and he came right back to my unit to service my dryer. He was very friendly and did an excellent job !

Very happy with the work that Lint-Out did for me. Beginning with them sending Juan and Said out to clean the ductwork. These guys discovered I had a more serious problem than just lint accumulation. They showed me live photos taken from their cameras which they then shared with the office. After the weekend the company then sent out Tyler to remove and re-install a new pipe going into the attic and out through the roof. He was very professional, thorough, and clean. Curtis and Anthony of Lint Out performed an outstanding air ducts cleaning service in our home today. They pointed out mold growing in one of the air vents and remodeling debris in the other vents. They did a very efficient job of removing the debris from all air vents. Using a safe anti-microbial disinfectant they hand cleaned the vent covers and injected the spray into the vents to help kill any mold in the air duct system. This is especially important in that we have a family member that is reactive to mold. We are extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the Lint Out staff. Now we have peace of mind that we can breathe easier knowing that our air duct system is clean. We could not be happier. Curtis was excellent. Our HOA organizes an annual group rate. They get a day set aside for all the addresses. When their van arrived in the morning I asked for what time they would be doing our building. So I only had to wait for a 2-hour window. Curtis came in, got the job done, and left the area clean. It was easy and pleasant! No worries!

My landlord called and set the whole thing up so I can’t speak to scheduling, but they came within the time frame they gave. They were kind and worked together well and efficiently . Brandon and the other worker (sorry, can’t remember the name) did a great job cleaning out our dryer vent. From my first phone call to schedule an appointment, the customer service I received was great. The receptionist was able to get me an appointment within the same week.
