I called to make an appointment with them and the owner was taking care of me. He is so friendly and caring. His tires were more expensive than Walmart. He still offered to put my tires on from Walmart and do an alignment for me. I still have to pay a small fee but who else would do that for you. It’s people like this you will come to trust when you need help with your car.

I went hear several different times and spent about $500 and got nothing fixed. They actually damaged more than they fixed and could never take responsibility for it. They said my Corolla had a faulty pcm and took over 2 weeks to get the part. It didnt improve anything that it was brought in for. Then they did a diagnosis for a wheel noise I had and said it was a wheel bearing but that didnt clear up the noise, so then they said it was an inner tie rod and said they would replace it for free because of the misdiagnoses. But they didnt tighten it down all the way and now my rack and pinion is leaking plus I still have all the same electrical problems. Not to mention they broke my door handle off and several other interior pieces. The guy working the front dest was named Albert and the mechanic was Jose. This place will ruin your car. And to any owners of this shop, feel free contact me.

It pains me to remove a star. These guys are incredible. Miguel was so attentive; he gave me his personal number, and kept in touch with me throughout the process. Keep in mind that he works about 130 hours per week during season as you continue reading my review.I brought my truck in about 4 weeks ago. I told Albert, the shop manager, that I had about two weeks to get it done, so no rush. I became slightly concerned, however, when they hadn’t done anything with the truck after a full seven days.After about two weeks, they finally got started. However, I had to cancel RV park reservations and stay in a place that we didn’t want to be for longer than we intended. I dealt with a lot of stress arranging a backup car for the extended repair period.In the end, Miguel delivered the goods, and he threw in some parts and labor for free to compensate for the time I had to wait. I highly recommend the dedication and customer service of this shop, but if you need repairs done quickly during season, you might have to settle for a shop that’s less deservingly popular than Superior Auto Care.

I looked everywhere for an honest mechanic with affordable prices and he was recommended to me by my friends. I was very happy with the service he did on my Volvo convertible and my moms Toyota. He was quick too and since I work not too far he drove me to work and when the car was ready he picked me up. 5 star service for sure! :)

Called Miguel on a rear brake issue on my 2015 Ford Edge. Expecting I would have to make a appointment, he said to bring it over and hed take a look at it. Long story short within 3 hrs I had new rear brakes and rotors and back on the road. Without a doubt, the best service at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this shop. Great prices friendly service. These guys are awesome. I price checked several places for replacing shocks and Brians labor cost were literally half of what other places are asking. I bought my own shocks online because I was quoted 500 for parts by pep boys, I found a nice set of prime choice struts for 109. they ride great but most importantly they were professionally installed at a great price. I advise that anyone not wanting to get fooled into spending $1000 for an easy repair go to Brians!! I will go here for anything in the future and I suggest you do the same!

I have a 2006 Ford Explorer with a 4.0L SOHC engine. The engine developed a problem common with this engine at 150,000 miles where the timing chain guides became worn and made a lot of noise. The engine was not burning oil and I just wanted the guides and chains replaced. I searched for a year (not driving my car) for a mechanic that was experienced in performing this repair. Some mechanics I went to would not perform the repair and instead wanted to replace the engine. Others quoted a price that was equal to installing a new engine. After speaking with Albert at this shop, I was confident that they could do the job and the did the quality work for half the price of others. I could not be happier with the result of the repair and the service I was given.

I had brought my 2008 Lexus ES250 to Lexus because it overheated. They wanted $6,900 to fix it. Scared because that is half the value of the car, I called around and came across Brians. When I called, I spoke with a young man named Josh. Josh took very good care of me, and told me that my worst case scenario would be $4,000.I had the car towed over and to my surprise, after a short time my car was running and driving PERFECTLY for $3,400!!!First time I have ever been quoted something and the price came in less.I have since been a loyal customer and will always recommend everyone to go see them!

I took my car to change the alternator and they hit me when I complained, they told me that the car was crashed, I asked to see the security cameras but they told me they didnt have cameras in between and they see the cameras on the wall but they tell me they dont work. If they are so sure that it was not there is the blow of my car because they did not want to check the cameras, the one that owes nothing, fear

Very bad service, they are not careful when working on the cars, they scratched the paint and they are not responsible, they tell you that the car was already done.
