Called just yesterday, office person was knowledgeable and helped set up a next day appointment. Unexpected surprise. Tony Perez called to say he would be doing the service call the following day. He called the next morning to give eta status, and ask questions. Since I was out of state, he gladly also called the person looking in on the house. They talked, and he walked my friend through some options, preventing us from having the service call at all. First class service, from first contact to resolution. I would highly recommend these folks at Triton fort myers. They could easily have done anything, and I would be none the wiser. An honest shop for sure.

Our air conditioner stopped working during the night and the next morning Triton was there, explained what was wrong(very old unit with a bad compressor), installed a new AC unit and had it cooling off the house by the early afternoon. The installers are professional, respectful, and made us feel confident that we selected the best company during our time of difficulty. We will continue to use Triton Air!

They will not remove and clean-up their foam overspray. More than two weeks of promissory appointments are all no-shows, with no follow-up repair. Lack of responsibility for any follow-up issues. I would not recommend this spray foam Contractor to anyone.

I would not recommend this place . I got a quote for $1,950 to spray foam my attic. When the guys were finishished with the job, I got a call from their office, I was told the salesman made a mistake on my square footage that he quoted me on, he said it will be $2,600. It would of been nice to know this before they did the job. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere.

These guys were amazing!! The ladies in the office were great!!! I was able to get a quote quickly and have the owners come to the house and discuss everything in detail. I got spray foam instillation, new AC unit, returns installed with ductwork in each room and all done within 2 days (MAY 2021). I highly recc this company.

My air conditioning went out in the middle of the night I was up like all night, it was all muggy hot and sticky and I couldnt sleep so I called triton. Like Wouldnt ya know they had me scheduled into there route that very same day. The people I spoke to Destiny and Melinda were so polite. Q Their technician that came to the house quickly diagnosed the problem also seen that it was also missing some caps and had a replacement part and the replacement caps I needed on the van. Triton had our familys home all nice and cool again. I will refer them everytime. Thanks Q Melinda and Destiny!

Hydro-Tech installed foam insulation in my garage. My garage door faces the setting sun and itgets unbearably 🥵 hot in the garage in the summer. Im sure this will not only solve my problem but also lower my air-conditioning thanks 👍 for a job well done ✅ Sally

Crew showed up finally, after calling for service over one month ago. After not showing up for our appointment on Friday they came Monday afternoon to repair the foam insulation that had retracted from the metal studs. The workers, who did not speak English, seemed to have a bad attitude, as if it was my fault that they had to come back to repair their work, when I asked them to cover the windows and electrical receptacles..They applied the foam in the areas that required repair in a careless manner that left overspray everywhere. The building that was insulated is a woodworking shop. None of the machinery was covered or protected from the overspray and when they were done with their work the crew proceeded to get into their truck and left without asking if I was satisfied or without cleaning up.

He showed up for service call. It was only supposed to be an estimate. He looked at the unit took some pictures and the office got back to me quickly. Considering their offer

Spray foam installation. Very messy, chemical smell reckless install. Had to hire out to clean up soffits since they refused to clean them properly. Spray foam leaking out of all my soffits around my home, clearly not done correctly. The chemical smell has been so horrible for two months now I have to constantly keep my windows and doors open since the “closed cell” was done improperly.

Everyone was very professional and they got done what they said they would do. And for the fair price they promised.. I would highly recommend Triton.

Disappointed to learn I was billed for $640 for services not approved. Its been much worse in the past, with a full expectation to hear my system (s) are about to fall apart. Example, the warehouse. Your guy scared my renter by saying the system was garbage, and needed replacement immediately, between the HVAC and the inside handler. Still, not a word of that was said when brand new system was installed the year before.And, ironically, a neighbor just wrote to me asking for a recommendation to have work done, below the surface, from his outside unit and inside the garage...and, to probably replace the HVAC. Id love to recommend you guys, but you are not making it easy. I took my upstairs neighbors recommendation to hire you and then they dropped you. Get it together, please!! Ned

A little over two years ago I needed a old one piece A/C unit replaced for a rental property I own. Triton Air installed the unit the next day after I called. They included a 12 year warranty and a two maintenance contract with the unit. My tenants and I were very happy with the performance and the fast response. A few days ago my tenants called to report a problem with the unit. Thanks to Anthony a owner of the company, he was able to help me fix the problem. And thanks to Jay one the best certified technicians that I now know. My A/C works get again and my tenants and I are very happy with the repair.I was impressed with this company because they proved that they care about their clients and took the time to work with me to fix a problem that required dealing with me, which is not easy all my questions concerning the repair were answered to my satisfaction.

Blake was my technician today. He was professional and cordial in every way. He gave my A/C unit a clean bill of health. I use Triton Air regularly and highly recommend them. They follow up with me to schedule my routine check ups, which I appreciate as it keeps me from running the equipment into the ground, so to speak.

Bought a AC unit and price was good. The reason for 2 stars versus just 1.Tried to keep the maintenance service and could never get anyone here when they said they would be here. At least twice for that last year.Gave them another chance this week and still a “no show”, no call, no text, no nothing.Waited an extra day to see if anyone would call to explain and that didn’t happen either.

My parents just recently had their air conditioner and water heating system replaced. Triton heating gave them a very comparable price and very efficient on-time work. They enjoyed using this company so much that they asked me to post this and recommend this company to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning work done.

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only did they send a tech to work on my heating, he was here for almost two hours and didnt fix it! He also dented the top of my dryer by kneeling on it. The company will not return any of my calls as promised. They finally sent another person, (unit under warranty) and he fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Beware of this company as they do not care about their customers at all. I will NEVER recommend them nor would I ever use them again. Heed the warning out there stay far far away

My A/C went out. The same evening within after hour I called I had a tech at my home. I needed a new unit I got call next morning I thought I would have to wait I had my new unit installed by that afternoon Very honest and professional and fast service. I could not be more pleased Thank You! Much appreciated! I had called other companies as well could not get appointment until three days later.

At 8:00 pm they came out to check on my screwed up AC. Vinny spent over an hour and a half working on it and getting it working the best he could, upon finding out that my aunt lives her, she is elderly, disabled, and confined to a bed right now, he helped me look at all my options. After they all failed the team there put their heads together and told us today that they will be donating a unit to her very soon. It is great to have a company full of people who truly care.Another update, Vinny, the Superman of air conditioning got in touch with me, he came out this evening to see what can be done, I have 100% faith that he will help us.

We had both units installed in our house. We got a great deal on the units and are very happy with the quality and service. They were very nice and professional I highly recommend them for all your ac and heating needs.

Absolutely stellar service. My house was built in 1957 and they had no trouble coming within the day of my A/C being out. Living in the dead of south Florida there is no bigger dread than having no cold air. They showed up, removed the old units, installed the new units, and came back for a follow up to ensure proper functioning systems. Thank god for Triton.

They let several different people use a non existing license number to do work under their name some of witch has open cases on them for stilling from peoples home while there to do your 20 point check up 😉 lmao. Cold Call Telemarketing. Some one from their office called me, I did not answer as I am working. However, they immediately called back, so I checked to see if it was something important. 1:30 of bs. I politely said no thank you, for the telemarketer to continue to try to sell me. I hung up. Dont use a company that is doing so poorly in business that they have to cold call random #s.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had two employees from Triton showed up no one could speak English they tried three times to get the foam to work did not seem to know how to mix chemicals correctly for the foam left one hell of a mess did not clean up and then the company wanted to charge me to clean up the mess they made I would never hire them again or refer them to anyone.

Company got my name and phone number off of a database called to set up a routine inspection of my AC unit for a certain price I believe 5995 or something like that appointment was set for week later the day prior to the appointment they call and cancel tell me the tech is sick and can they set up for following week I say sure no problem the day prior to the appointment time they call me back wanting to run my credit to see if I qualify for a new unit yeah like youre going to get that information the day of the appointment no one shows up I called the company ask to speak to a manager what a joke that was I speak to someone they say Ill call you right back a few minutes later the tech calls me the one thats coming to the house we have a difference in opinions on time schedule he hangs up with me I called Triton back they in return tell me we dont want to do business with your kind thank God with all of the other things that Ive read about them Im glad they never got the opportunity to touch my AC unit believe me this is one company you do not want to deal with

They installed a new system in my home less than a year ago. It has broken down 6 times since. I have called every time and as told they would be out and look at the system. Every time they did not show and we had to fix it ourselves. In fact Im sitting in a home that is 82 degrees and rising and again they are a no show!
