Been using Parker Air for approx. 14 years with no issues. Had a small issue with one of the owners but the Owner (Dave) called me and apologized. Explained a few things so I decided to edit this review. They will gain additional business from 3 more properties and more to come in the near future. Thanks

We have used Parker since 2006. The company continues to be one of the best AC providers. Owners and office staff are always professional, responsive and offer good pricing. Parker also employs the most courteous and friendly technicians. Jessie J was amazing - talented and super helpful, a real pleasure to work with and extremely polite. Wish everyone was this nice.We purchased two new AC systems from Parker and continue to use them for normal maintenance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The air conditioner in my boat stopped working and it was late on a Friday afternoon. I called several marine air conditioning and either did not get an answer or was told it would take a week for someone to come out and look at it. Parker Air was the exception, they were great! I had Mart here quickly. Matt was knowledgeable, professional, and provided outstanding service. He diagnosed and fixed my problem and was extremely customer focused. I would highly recommend Parker Air and especially Matt as a technician.

When we moved here in 2010, we moved into a new house that had been vacant for almost 3 years. It needed work, and we didnt know anyone. Our realtor told us about Parker Aire. They came in and fixed our HVAC as well as they could. When we decided to replace it, they recommended a system, installed it, and provided maintenance. After 10 years, part of the system had to be replaced. They worked with us to assure warranty coverage, then did the install. Every job has been done completely, and they left the house clean and orderly. Everyone is extremely polite and attentive. We appreciate Parker Aire, and look forward to another 10 years.

My relationship with Parker Air started in 2015 when we moved to Florida we were told by another air-conditioning company that we needed a new air conditioner air handler and so we got a second opinion from Parker Air and Parker Air said you have at least two years left in it before you should you would need to have it replaced, they serviced it.Fast forward two years the air conditioning went out two weeks before the hurricane hitting SWF it went out, so l called ParkerAir and spoke to Joseph the owner, he said maybe you should wait to get a new one until after the system blows through so l did.A few days After the Hurricane Joseph gave me a call and asked me if I had power yet I told him no he said you have a generator I said yes I do he said I will send out a room air conditioner for you or you can plug it into the generator and this way you’ll be able to sleep at night in your bedroom send it onI’ve had small issues with the air conditioner that’s been rectified I have a service contract with ParkerAire.From Service technicians to the owners everyone is excellent I had another incident that happened up with my air conditioner but with my pool heater I punctured a hole in it and was told that I would probably need to get a new one by the people who installed it so I called Parker air in one of the technicians came out and he looked at it and he said I can fix this he said it’s up to you what would you like me to do I said well I said give it your best shot I said it’s better than getting a new one and the technicians name is Matthew, he fixed it save me a lot of money so again top-notch job I couldn’t be happier thank you so much Parker Air .I forgot one other thing, their office staff are great call in there and to see if you had talk to them 100 times even though it could be your first call so I give them kudos hundred percent everything is great thanks to everyone that’s probably where people aren’t giving any kudos or the people who are the ones who answer the phone not only from people who are happy with people who are unhappy I’m not unhappy great job

Aaron arrived and was very professional and courteous. He had his mask and gloves and booties on. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. He took pride in this company, and made me feel like I had picked the right company for the job. He did the maintenance check-up. I was so impressed I asked him if they did dryer vents maintenance and yes I had him clean dryer vents. It was in a tight space but he did not hesitate to get job done. The sign of a good service provider isn’t how they respond when everything is going well. It’s how they respond when there is a problem. We have been using Parker Aire for years and have been extremely happy with their level of expertise and service commitment. We have recommended them to many people in our neighborhood and family. We recently had Parker install a completely new A/C unit and duct work. Initially the system was causing us a lot of trouble, but I have to give the owners credit. They stepped up, committed resources to figuring out the issues and worked until they got it right. It has now been 2 weeks and the system is continuing to function well.

Today my A/C made weird noises, what do you do ? I had no idea, look on line or ask my friend? Well, I did both and with no money, I just called to see how it works. The lady on the phone vanessa I think, explained everything. My A/C needed a part and less than $200.00 it is working great. This was better than waiting around or trying to figure it out. Thank goodness for ParkerAire, I needed them for something, they know all about. Thanks again.
Highly Recommend!!! Have used Parker Aire for years for routine HVAC maintenance and eventually to install a replacement system (which was needed after being 20 years old). I had a difficult unit to retrofit and they found a solution that saved me hundreds of dollars. They are honest when making repairs and Arron always spends extra time and care with maintenance which is so important to keep AC working efficiently here in FL!

What a wonderful company. My 98 year old mother lives independently and realized she needed a new A/C unit. They made a call and tried a few fixes before suggesting that it would be better to replace her unit. They didnt take advantage of her and were honest and reliable. I couldn’t be happier with this company. My ac went out on a Friday night 7pm, and I scheduled a different company to come early Saturday morning. When that company still hadn’t shown (or returned my 3 calls) by 11 am, I decided to call another company. Parker Aire was recommended by one of my customers so I decided to try them. From the time of the phone call to request service, to the time the tech showed up, was literally 30 minutes. He replaced my capacitor in less time than it took him to get there. A/C working great making me and my family very happy! Lol. I had a concern a few days later, and the owner Dave took time out of his morning to explain what the sound was and that it’s nothing to worry about. These are the types of small businesses we need to support. Businesses that actually care and show up. That is a rare thing these days. Thank you Parker Aire for your professionalism and promptness. I have a very old AC unit and air handler. Parker Air came on same day, promptly identified the issue and fixed it, all for $163. The company I had called before charged a fee just to come and take a look and had said nothing could be done but to buy a new unit for $5000. Thank you Parker Aire!

I had a boat air conditioner that would work. I had it into a boat repair shop, but they did nothing. I called ParkerAire and they were out the next day. They had the part and fixed quickly. Would recommend this company.
First I want to thank God for putting Joseph Parker right where I needed him to be. My ac had stop working. So I called a company I found on the internet that I will not name.They informed me that the compressor was gone and the company doesnt make that model anymore. So I asked How much it will cost to replace. They gave me three prices which was very high. So I told them I need to think about it. Then my friend told me about a company that sells ac. So I went by there they told me that they only sold to ac dealers. I asked do they know someone I could call. He pointed at Mr. Parker that was sitting there at the time waiting on his order for a job he was doing the next day. So I explain that my ac had stop working. But I never mention to him about the other company until now. He told me he could look at my ac the next day he did. He told me what he had found and said that the company didnt make parts for that brand of ac anymore. He said I need to have it replaced. He said that he can send me a proposal if I wanted him to. He did send it to me and I was very SHOCKED at the price. It was thousands of dollars CHEAPER than the other company. I want to thank Phillip/ Brain for a job well done. I am more impressed for their work. The price was right the quality was excellent and everyone was Professional. THE BEST. Plus Mr. Joseph called me later that evening to see was Im satisfied with everything. I sure was. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that I could trust.
Had an agreement with a different AC company with overly aggressive sales tactics. I called ParkerAire, Aaron O. came out, was straightforward and let me know what he was going to do, and gave me some tips on some very basic maintenance. Great guy to talk to and my BS sensor never went off. Signed up for yearly maintenance.

The time he took to thoroughly inspect the old AC unit, ask us for what our expectations were and to patiently explain all the things we needed to know, was greatly appreciated as well as invaluable! The quote(s) he provided were more than reasonable!. In the end, we Chose Parker Aire toReplace our AC unit and went with Joseph’s recommendation of the American Standard brand! From the Moment Joseph Parker cameto our home for his estimate, to the moment his installation crew left and the AC was in place and running (perfectly, I might add) My wife and I have been completely happy and satisfied! Parker Aire IS a SHINING STAR in the HVAC industry and anyone who asks for an AC company recommendation will hear me sing our praises for Joseph Parker and Parker Aire!
Finally, an A/C company you can trust. Parker Aire are prompt, courteous and most importantly, honest. Aaron and John have been delightful to work with and at no point did they try to push unneeded repairs or a new unit. Thank God for Parker Aire! My daughter and her husband, who own a place up the street from me, was told by another company that they needed a whole new AC system with many additional costs - permits, line sets, all new pipes, in a never ending list of extras. What I know about air conditioning would fit in a thimble, so my plumber, who happened to be working in my condo, pulled out a card and said you have to go with Parker Aire - there is no one better. Parker Aire, is a family owned business, with fair pricing, and great knowledge of air conditioning. So I called them and starting with Amber, who answered the phone so nicely and set up the appt. quickly, to meeting Joe Parker, who came to inspect the system, I was immediately impressed. I thought I had entered a graduate course on how Air Conditioning works! Joe gave many choices, and explained. it in a way that lay people can understand. He took way more time assessing everything so that when he was finished we got my daughter and her husband on the phone and Joe explained to all of us everything he found and what choices they had.- Luckily they are both teachers in Pennsylvania, who had a snow day, and had time to ask all their questions directly to Joe. Joe then sent them an itemized copy of all choices he discussed with them, including financing so that they had all the information they needed to choose a system that worked for them. The next day they decided to go with Parker Aire and promptly canceled the other appointments to get estimates when they come down over Easter.In the meantime, after listening to Joes air conditioning in the state of Florida Knowledge course, I had decided to switch from my current company that does yearly servicing to Parker Aire for my condo. Today Aaron came to service and inspect my air conditioning and he was wonderful! I was referred to ParkerAire, and called them for an a.c. check. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and clearly and carefully presented me with options. I ended up choosing ParkerAire after considering other companies. Joseph Parker was a true professional all the way through the process. They even went the extra mile and attempted to deliver a portable unit during the time I had visitors to my condo and the a.c. wasnt working. My guest was away from the condo, so the ParkerAire technician couldnt install the portable unit, but ParkerAire took it in stride. I highly recommend ParkerAire.

Long story short after being told that both inside and outside units were non-repairable By Best Home Services, called ParkerAire based off a truck outside my window. They were there within 20 minutes and both units were fixed and we continued on with our day.
What a NIGHTMARE! A Parker Aire techs came and installed our brand new air handler in 2016. Told us there is no heating element in the handler, not a problem in SW Florida. Everything seemed fine. A year later our A/C stopped working. Told by the same Parker Aire tech a new motor was needed. Didnt question his expert diagnosis. He brought the new motor and installed it. Within hours the a/c was blowing 10 degrees hotter than it ever has. Called the tech, was told thats normal. Got our electric bill- it was $100 more than its ever been. Called Parker Aire tech and was told it was normal for June in Florida and next month would be lower. Sweated all month, got our bill- it was more than 2 times our highest bill has ever been- over $550!!! Called Parker Aire and was told we could pay to have a tech come out. NOPE. Come to find out the air handler DOES have a heating element and was miswired from day 1. The tech LIED about the heating element and just cut some wires thinking that would do the trick. Well, the heater was coming on along with the a/c costing us over $1200!!! There are many a/c companies in SW Florida. Stay FAR AWAY from this one. Edit 8/31/17: ParkerAire is correct, the BBB could not do anything, however much they wanted to because we werent formally invoiced as we are FAMILY of one of their techs. We WERE CHARGED and WE PAID close to $1000 for their service, but we werent invoiced, and that is the ONLY reason nothing could be done by the BBB. ParkerAires tech COMPLETELY screwed up the wiring of our air handler and I am looking at a disconnect notice from LCEC because instead of the $240 July bill we have had for the past 5 years, the bill is $565!!! Their tech ignored our calls and still believes he did nothing wrong but the FACTS ARE CLEAR. ParkerAire wanted me to pay them $85 to have a competent tech come out and fix what their other tech screwed up. I just cant. If this is how they treat FAMILY with CHILDREN who dealt with an entire Florida summer with malfunctioning A/C....you decide if you want to deal with a company like this. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. What goes around comes around!!
ParkerAire staff was professional, curtious, explained everything thoroughly, gave tips & tricks for maintenance, were extremely thorough, documented everything for my records, effective and easy to do business with. I just cant praise them enough. We will be using them for all our future HVAC needs. The person who served us was Robert Jakomeit and I would recommend him highly to anyone that asked.
