Gulf Shore Cooling provided exceptional service during the last ten days. Our AC unit needed a part that was “back ordered” for who knows how long. Keith, the service manager, always answered all calls, talked honestly with us and provided top notch help during a time when we were without air conditioning. Keith advocated for us with Lennox and he resolved our problem most satisfactorily.Keith and his staff always answered all calls and kept us updated as to his conversations with Lennox until our problem was resolved. His office staff and his technicians were knowledgeable, hard working and respectful.

Robin came to our home to give us all of the details about a new AC system. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with us. We decided to move forward with replacing and upgrading our system.Amado and Jaciel were our installers. They were friendly and professional and did not leave until our unit was working perfectly.Its been a week since our installation and we could not be more pleased! This unit functions so efficiently with its humidity control that we are able to set the temperature higher than we used to and have a cooler, more comfortable home.We look forward to contracting with Gulf Shore for our maintenance as this company is top notch!

A few months ago Mr. Dave Rojas came to our home for an estimate on our AC. He informed us that we needed a new unit since the one we had was 38 years old, it would cost more to repair. He was very polite and super informative answering all my questions. Because of him, we decided to go with Gulf Shore Cooling after having a few quotes from other vendors. The way he answered all our questions without hesitation, without getting angry or offended and all his answers made sense to us. This was important. It made us trust him and the company he represented. He was so professional that we thought he was the owner of the company.After explaining what we need, he gave us a few payment options. But we decided to wait until we gathered the money. I was happy that we were able to make a budget based on the quote he gave us because to my surprise, after 3 months they still held the quote for us and didn’t increase the price.The appointment was easy to make and Mr. Rojas was very accomodating.On the date of the installation Mr. Ambiorix came to my house to make the installation with Mr. David Jr. Both of them were very knowledgeable of what they were doing and made the installation an easy breeze. They both were professional and rapid to respond to any concern we had on the spot.They installed a new thermostat and installed a bigger vent inside the house for the AC to obtain more air. The job wasn’t easy but Mr. Ambiorix got it done great. Without taking credit away from Mr. David who finished the connection of the AC ducts sooner than I expected and his work was impeccably clean and well done too. You can tell they are proud of putting their name on what they do.To future customers I would say: ”I would definitely recommend this company”. And to the owner I would say: “These 3 people are an asset to your company”.

Mathew Kim was a super fine young gentleman, who clearly explained what he shall do and in the end confirmed that everything was in deed performed and functioning. In addition to his obvious professionalism he proved to be a friendly and extremely polite individual. As a customer one simply expects every service provider, regardless of their field of service, to be on the level which Mathew demonstrated. Unfortunately that is not the case always. One can only wish Mathew luck in his life and career. and congratulate his employer company for having been lucky to employ Mathew.

Before the service tech arrived I received a text message with his expected arrival time as well as his name, bio and a picture. I was impressed before he even arrived!Robenson did a fantastic job. Drain line plugged & oddly both safety switches failed …..causing the drain pan to overflow. The repair work itself was well done. I have a problem with the $200 charge to replace safety switches that I can buy for less than $20. Especially since the system was serviced only 5 months ago and they say both were properly working. Yet BOTH failedGulf Shore has indicated they would adjust the $369 bill somewhat.

Following a brief power failure, our A/C stopped working. I called Gulf Shore Cooling to check it out and they had a repair tech at my house within the hour. He was pleasant and explained what he was looking for on my system and was able to fix it promptly. I was very happy to have my system up and running again so quickly and efficiently. Mike was my tech and he was knowledgable and worked quickly to get to going again. I am very impressed with his ability. Thanks for wonderful service!

Was out of town on a holiday weekend. The system went out while we were out. They had it completely repaired by end of day when we returned.

Erica was very pleasant and seemed to do a thorough job. As always your people do a great job of selling. The system has been running well, but by the time she left, I needed $1600 worth of work. She will send me a breakdown. It is uncomfortable for me to stand there with her waiting to hear how I felt about her proposal. I will give your proposal consideration.. I would recommend Erica.

Brian Huffman was excellent. He called when he was on his way and was prompt arriving when he said he would. He was able to diagnose our issue quickly and get the AC working temporarily while we wait for the parts to fix it. Our pockets didnt like the outcome, but it could have been worse. Now to pray the parts come in soon for the final fix.

Zach and Mike (different Mike) came out and did a difficult lineset install and changed out the evaporator coils. They did a great job.

Zach was great! He was polite, friendly and professional. He was very thorough, when he installed the AC, making sure to put down a drop cloth so as not to make a mess. He also explained how to use the new thermostat, what size filters I need and how to put them in the new drawer under the unit. I will continue to have confidence in and use Gulf Shore Cooling.

Adam was on time, called ahead, checked the system, cleaned and did maintenance, including changing filter, recplaced UV bulb & battery in thermostat, informed us of our systems performance using snapshots, and explained his recommendations for peak perfornance. Adam was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend him and Gulf Shore Cooling. Unsurprisingly, costs of materials keep going up, but this is beyond their control. The crew arrived on time, asked a few questions about access etc and went right to work. 3.5 hours later the installation was complete and Yausmel was instructing me on the new thermostat. Then with everything clean and organized they left me with a great new system.

Technician dispatched almost immediately - from time issue was discovered to repair completed was 2 hours!! What INCREDIBLE customer service!! He was very prompt, once he located the problem he showed my exactly what was happening and gave me recommendations to fix the issue. Marty returned to repair the unit on the day we had agreed on. Very reasonable in price and the workers are very professional.

Had a unit put in 14 months ago, original unit was out of stock and they swapped it for another. Unit quit working, day 2 no AC waiting on a quote because apparently the warranty was only good for 12 months. Do yourself a favor, stay away.

I had both Carlos and David here to install who were very amazing, efficient, and well mannered. They both gave me information through out the install. Another, thing is robin came as a consultant and I had all info needed. Dustin came by with the utmost understanding and respect.

I’ve had both repair and maintenance performed on my HVAC system. When my system went out last month they were there in 2 hours, repaired the system and saved me a few bucks in the repair.
