I just moved here so I was happy to find another Toi spa (I always did my nails at the Toi spa in Parkland).I did my nails here 3 times before and I was always happy with the service. As shown in the pictures (nails), my nails are on point. The nail techs are amazing!This time I decided to try waxing (eyebrows and lip/chin). I felt the wax was so hot and warned her not to pull as hard as she is pulling the wax strip but her response was that “oh no, it [my skin] will cool down” and put proceeded to put aloe vera on it. I leave hoping that it [the burning feeling and redness] would be gone as usual but here is what I am left to deal with! ( see picture)I go back to show her but she denies any wrongdoings telling me that “my skin is too sensitive” and it will go away by tomorrow. NOT EVEN A SORRY! But you know what a burn looks and feels like, right! My face is still burnt and I can’t even eat properly because the skin around my mouth and jaws is too tight! So...The owner asked me to come back for a free chin wax. The audacity though!**This is not my first time waxing. I have been waxing for a long time and I have never experienced this.The two stars are for the nails but I do not recommend this place unless you want to be left with first degree burns on your face to deal with. Most importantly, because youll be blamed for their mistake.

This picture is the next morning after manicure. Asked the lady three times to co my cuticles and she just wouldn’t. I feel like she was in too much rush. This is shellac on my own nails but looks like these are fake as she put so much layers and you can clearly see they all look different and ugly. Absolutely the worst nail job I have ever had

Kind nail artist, but work very fast without attention to details.Had my appointment at 15:00 and at 20:00 it’s already chipped, when I did nothing physical to get this to happen.And the right hand chipped the next morning. The nails didn’t even last 24hr …

I believe his name was Andy, he did my dip manicure! He was funny and did a great job doing my rhinestone design! He was really patient with me and doing his best to make my nails look beautiful for my wedding day! And it’s been over a week and my manicure is still going strong, no cracks or chipping. Quality is really good!

I have been going to Toi Spa Fort Lauderdale for years. In the past, I drop in whenever I have time in my schedule and an available Nail Technician would provide me with a pedicure service. Some were good at what they did and some were okay.I met Athaliah during one of my “drop ins” and loved the QUALITY of work she provides and the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. She remembers what nail polish colors I gravitate towards, asks about my family, and knows exactly what type of pedicure service I enjoy during the little bit of free time that I have. I am notorious for not booking appointments so I started making an effort to book appointments with Athaliah.Ask for Athaliah when you are looking for an excellent and personable Nail Technician.

Omg a miracle place!!! David was my nail tech and he did the most gorgeous job. My nails look picture-perfect and the price was amazing. I paid $65 for a job that other salons were quoting me $120 for. Cant recommend this place highly enough! Also- super duper clean!!!

I got my nails done here for my wedding upon the recommendation of two friends. Suffice it to say the quality was not what I expected. They claim to be able to do jewels on the nails but they cannot; the nail technician did some haphazard botched work on my nails and they looked messy. My mom ended up developing a small skin infection from her basic manicure. If you want your nails to look great for a special occasion, dont go here. If you dont care how they turn out, this is the place for you.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had. I had a male pedicurist and he was great at really getting in there and making my nail shape clean. The scrub and massage were soooo relaxing. I also added a wax soak that adds moister. Place was lovely and clean and quiet. I’m already planning on going back for facial and massage.

Adriana was amazing she took her time and really made me feel like a goddess. She was very detailed and listened to me. I am sensitive especially with my feet and she didn’t hurt me at all. The place is clean and the front staff always answers the phone immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Toi Spa is my favorite place to get my nails done. The employees are always so serene and kind. The experience from start to end is super zen. My nails always look lovely after and they all do great work.

From the moment we walked in, the staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. There were three people in our party and we all had a fantastic experience. Pricing was reasonable and the quality of our experience was wonderful. Amanda was extremely friendly and helpful. She did a wonderful job on both my manicure and pedicure and was extremely professional. I would definitely recommend this place for your relaxing spa day on vacation.

Had an appointment. Knew I would be running late. Called & got a new appointment. Got there and asked for toes only since the girl couldn’t do what I wanted with nails. She just said “we’re all booked”. Salon was empty. I drove 40 minutes to get there. Just unreliable & unprofessional.

Lovely and clean salon. I’ve had fantastic brow and underarm waxing and pedi from Yessica, and John is my go-to guy for dip-powder manicures with extensions. Prices are very reasonable and nail repairs are only $5!

I have been going to David for quite some time now for dip as well as Pink & Whites. He is an amazing artist! I always receive compliments from people whenever he does my nails. A+++++

I used to come to Toi Spa every two weeks when i lived in Lauderdale a year ago. I always spoke highly of them & always recommended my friends in the area to go there for their nails, even after i moved an hour and a half away. I went there again today, i was utterly embarrassed by bringing my friend there and i can promise you that i will tell my friends and family in Lauderdale to stay away. David did me and my friends nails, he was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. come to find out he’s actually the manager. our nails look as if they were done by a preschooler, he definitely acted like one too. i complained about his work, and how disrespectful he was to my friend and I. we weren’t offered a refund or anything of the sort. the sweet girl at the front desk kept me from losing my cool, she was kind and respectful unlike her manager. Again, i won’t be returning to Toi Spa, and i won’t be recommending it either. which pains me because when i was coming for over a year, i was always astounded by the work & professionalism of their staff. i will he going to Nails by Cindy across the plaza. they seem to know what their doing.

Too expensive for 2 days last!!

This place definitely didnt live up to the hype for me. Went in paid 60 something dollars for manicure and pedicure before going on a cruise but after three days my manicure begin to chip off while I was on my cruise. Also my nail tech talk entirely too much and I think that maybe made the job suffer a bit. Too much money for what I got and I wont be returning if you want a decent pedicure and manicure go to Nails By Cindy right up the street. It cost much less and the job still looks good almost a week later.

I was so excited to visit after reading many positive reviews but was highly disappointed. The spa is very clean and hygienic. I think my nail tech ruined the experience. He wouldnt stop talking and his work was worth way less than the expensive price tag. After less than a week on my cruise ship my nails had already started to peel and chip. Since he didnt cap the bottoms of my nails they probably would have lasted a bit longer. Pedicure was okay but my nails were unevenly polished. Also the tech said he didnt designs and the spa was super busy so he couldnt find someone to do designs either. The glass of wine was a nice touch but based on this visit I would not return. I did go down the street to another nail salon and they did a very thorough job. Ill give them my money next time.

I tried this location after work two weeks ago and I am so pleased. Excellent service from Angie. She was patient, pleasant and so neat. One of the best pedicures and gel manicures I have ever had. The polish on my toes still looks like new and the gel polish on my nails has not chipped and looks like new except for the new nail growth. I definitely recommend Angie!!! You wont be disappointed. I will be going to this location after work as long as the time is suitable.

Quite possibly the best salon Ive been to. Admittedly, Im a very picky customer (I do nails myself) and the quality, selection of products, and service are EXCEPTIONAL! Very relaxing atmosphere and ambience. Melissa and Julissa are my fravorite technicians. My pedicures always come out impeccable with them It is also very hygienic and allow you to bring your own products if you wish. I would HIGHLY recommend .

Wonderful atmosphere and service! Book early and ask for Yesica! Yesica did my waxing/pedicure/manicure, she was so incredibly pleasant and nice and did a wonderful job on everything! I will come back here any time I am in town! The reception was great, we showed up at our appointment time on a busy day and they got us started immediately.

Place was clean. Paid $60 each for a pedicure. Had to ask them to clip and file the nail corners. Also paid for extra massage time and my wife didn’t get any massage at all. They are pretty lazy. Over priced for what you get. There are a lot of other places that are better for the price.

VERY ANGRY THAT I WASTED A 100 DOLLARS ON A PEDI AND MENI. I COULD HAVE WENT TO A CHEAPER PLACE FOR BETTER QUALITY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
