5 stars does not do justice for the up & beyond service received for myself & my employees. In most industries Customer Service isn’t given enough appreciation. So I wanted to do something for my girls, remembering what it was like to be in their shoes. I shared this with the very patient staff at Majesty Day Spa. Who spent 3 days trying to iron out and plan all the details. Lots of back & forth, with me being unsure on what to choose. I’m so grateful I chose Majesty Day Spa. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like true royalty. ( it’s my personal belief we all are 😊). Everything from the layout to the practitioners who performed our service it was the perfect day. It created a relaxing environment for my girls to be able to to just be & come out of their shells. We had all of our needs & wants tended to without that feeling of needing to be rushed. The whole day was timed & planned perfectly. One of my girls literally kept saying it felt like she was on vacation because it was so surreal. As if I needed anymore reminders of the Goddess Queen I am but from now on I’ll be sure to go to Majesty Day Spa to treat me like the Queen I am.

It was exactly what I needed to bring my 35th bday. Absolutely extravagant. The staff was the best ever!

Warning - this is one of the most disorganized massage parlors in Fort Lauderdale.I’ll start with the valet service. They don’t pay attention to cars pulling up so you have to park yourself. Once you do that, then they finally look up and realize you’re there. Even though we self parked, they still demanded we hand them our keys. (The only guest parking available is the valet, so there was no choice it seems).Then we get to the receptionist. She’s super disorganized and apparently can’t keep track of the appointments that she sets. Even with a set appointment and coming 15 minutes early, be prepared to wait an extra 15 minutes past your scheduled time.The massage itself was fine, but we had made an appointment for a couples massage with a detox wrap special. Apparently, they forgot that we had a special and tried to make us checkout without the rest of the package. We reminded them what we had ordered and then we’re informed that they weren’t prepared for the service they had scheduled us for. We would either have to wait significantly longer or choose to do a paraffin wax foot treatment. We opted for the treatment, but as there was only 1 person available to work on both of us this also took quite a bit of time. She was lovely, and the work she did was quite nice.As we were finally in line checking out, the receptionist decided to take someone instead of us while we stood there for 15 minutes waiting. Our checkout process was all of 2 minutes, we had to wait for 15 minutes as she took the people behind us in order for them to book a package.We paid for the valet through the spa checkout. When we get outside, the valet literally handed us the keys because our car was so close. So we literally paid them to hold our keys.The massage therapists and the woman who did our paraffin wax baths are the only savings grace and the reason they didn’t get 1 star.There are some incredible and efficient massage parlors around the city. This isn’t one of them.

I scheduled a couples massage for my wife and I and we came out of the massage feeling very relaxed and renewed. My wife suffers from neck and shoulder stiffness and she has contemplated getting an MRI to determine what has been the main cause. She has tried many different medicines and treatments and still has not found relief until today where her massage therapist Caron gave her the relief she has been searching so long for. We know that it wont take just one session to find full relief but that is why we know its so worth it to take a day trip once a month to have Caron help my wife to continue to experience the relief she needs.We were also pampered with a foot cleansing that left our feet feeling soft and refreshed. Not something I would do on my own, but definitely something I enjoyed with my wife.Staff was great, services were what we needed and price was right. Definitely recommend them.

Joey did deep tissue on my back today. It was painful before and she really found my bad spots and worked them out so good that my tension is gone. I feel like a new person ! Such a pretty spot in a pretty location too. Appreciate that they dont push u for memberships and buying things like other places.. they make it easy to do a walk in when you want which is nice when u want the flexibility like I do!!!

I always felt relax the tech ask questions, with what I felt comfortable with during and before the sessions. she made sure I was ok. I think it weird serving champagne in a plastic cup. There is champagne glass that looks like glasses however are plastic or different materials. I like the consistency because I have used the services before for massages. I like how you guys provide the paper to fill out since peoples medical history does change.

Ill start with the good first. The Spa was very beautiful and clean. The Receptionists were nice but I arrived on time and called 3 times to find out where to park and how to enter but no one answered - instead they called me on a different number a few minutes later. I didn’t receive any of the wine, pastries or forms that others said they got (just a small cup of water). Information was also misleading too. I booked a couples massage that was suppose to be “overlooking the water”- what they meant was that the building was overlooking the water. I said I wanted a facial for my my acne prone skin and they added on something called the “20 min express facial” which isn’t even mentioned on their website and no one told me it was 20 mins of doing what I do at home on my face - they just said a 50$ facial - it had no extractions or anything (when lady on the phone told me extractions were included which is why I didnt bother upgrading). I wish I could’ve read through and understood the deals, prices and details of my appointment better. I had to call them back two days after making my appointment in order to receive my conformation information and It didn’t even explain what treatments I actually booked. My massage and facial were rushed (they did both of them together). They put hot towels on my mom during her massage and non on me. They didn’t even look at my skin properly and the facial ended up giving me more acne. I would not come back - the spa was just overpriced and not worth it to me. I haven’t been to many spas before but something just feels off about my treatment received here (it did not match the standard for the price and the expectations I had based on the previous reviews).

The experience here is pretty special - for the length your stay, youre treated like royalty. To start, Jason at the desk welcomes you and will attend to your arrival needs (Coffee? Drink? Cookies?). Once youre in, its like you stepped into a royal throne room. Fine details adorn the walls, jeweled accents, walls of roses, and, of course, large gold-trimmed thrones. The massage room is fairly standard for a day spa, but the masseurs are above average. Our particular experience was with Reuben and Valentina and they were very good at their jobs. Overall, this was a very nice experience that I look forward to having again

I bought a Groupon originally for a wrap and had a bad chemical/allergic reaction. Couldnt follow through. The lady was nice enough to reschedule me for a massage for the following week to compensate for the Groupon I bought. However, for my appointment, I showed up early 15 minutes like they requested, and I ended up having to cancel the massage because after 30 minutes of later and waiting, the massage person never showed up. No one even offered me any beverage until after 25 minutes of waiting in the lobby. They were going to get more of my business for monthly massages for my mom and I with their Gold membership plan but they lost our business 100%. Dont recommend. Not reliable.

What an immaculate experience! Everyone must visit Majesty Day Spa. From the moment I walked in, I was amazed by the attention to detail at the spa - from the beautiful decoration and phenomenal service, to the cleanliness! The receptionist was super sweet and thoughtful, serving us fresh baked cookies and tea upon our arrival. The massages were amazing! I could tell the therapists were experienced because my wife and I felt like ourselves again! The facials were thoroughly performed while the esthetician explained everything she was doing. We were treated like ROYALTY! Thank you so much Majesty! We will be returning very soon!

The facial was great but the unpleasant massage overshadowed it. I didn’t get what I asked for. I told her I wanted a gentle massage and instead she massaged too hard. She talked the entire time and gave me plenty of unsolicited advice. I would not go back for a massage. It wasn’t relaxing at all. I was so sore the next day I could hardly move.

Great place had a lovely time for myself and my mothers birthday. My aunt was also able to get pampered. The staff where very accommodating and friendly. They allowed us to take pictures wearing crowns that they provided for our special day.

I went there for a girls spa day and I had the most amazing time. My massage therapist Karen made feel so comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely go there again for another day of relaxation.

Today was the first day in 6months since I receive a massage, my partner and I decided to give this massage company a try. Once we arrive they ask us to fill out a paper and explain in details where the issue was that we needed more attention on. I explain my lower shoulder, my neck and lower back and my ankle which I really needed pressure on. They also asked on the paper if I wanted regular, medium or firm, I circled FIRM. when she started the massage she asked me how was the pressure I told her to go deeper because I was not feeling it. She DID NOT do anything I requested, she didn’t pay attention to the instructions on the sheet of paper and she did not listen when I told her deeper. I’m actually disappointed because I was really looking forward to a great massage and to feel good but my back is still the same. I would never go back. HORRIBLE!!

I went in for a couples massage for my birthday and had an amazing experience. We had Fabian and Joey and the service was incredible. We both felt extremely relaxed and would definitely come back.

WOW! Best & cleanest spa Ive ever been to. My wife and I were treated like royalty from start to finish. Ive been to many spas around the world and the attention to detail, cleanliness & customer service at majesty has exceeded my expectations. Cant wait to come back.

The masseuse asked what spots they should work on. I said lower back neck and shoulders. Barely touched my shoulders never touched my back. Skimped on the hot towels. One towel for two legs. My husband got two. Forgot to wipe my neck. Left me with sugar on my neck and my hands were sticky. We werent left with anything to wipe off with. The lotion after was not applied in all the places the sugar was. $25 upgrade fee, mandatory 15%tip and parking came up to $58 after Groupon was $126. The 25 upgrade fee was for the exfoliation massage with two women. We wanted a different massage but they could only do it with two men. The receptionist offered $25 of my next service but I do not live in Florida and I will never come back here. Money wasted. My masseuse was not well trained. Only reason I didnt say something during the service was that it was a couples massage and my husbands first. He was enjoying himself and I didnt want to ruin it

My company went with MDS to have a virtual spa session for our annual retreat, and it was great! I have super sensitive skin, and all the products they provided in their package felt great on. The sunscreen especially smelled and felt amazing on the skin.The 5 stars is for the spa class but also their customer service. They ship the items in a spa box, and my face roller broke in the mail at no fault of theirs. I emailed support and asked if I could buy a new one from them and they agreed to ship one out next day for free!! Awesome customer care. Nice people. Great products.

The experience was amazing from the moment I made the first call to make appointments to the warm fresh cookie at the end ... and everything in between. The co-owner Mariah was so gracious and courtesy. She made sure to take care of our every need and then some. The staff and services were amazing too. We planned a girls spa day- my mom and sisters. We had massages and facials with some enhancements - scalp therapy, back scrubs, hand and foot scrubs and hot stone. We went all out. We didnt know what to expect but we knew we deserved a special day of self care. Majesty lived up to its name because we felt like royalty once we were done. If I could give 10 stars I would. We will be back.

I waited a week to leave this review and cool down from my experience. I don’t like to leave negative reviews because I know it’s hard to run a business and every customer matters. In this case, unfortunately, I need to share my warning.This is one of those places where everyone gets a different price and level of service. I don’t like to feel like I am being tricked or not getting the same experience as others. Period.The place is very cute and clean. The staff is very very nice. The problem is the management.

So I got a couples massage package for my husbands birthday. Let me just say, the customer service was actually great despite some of the reviews I read about customer service. Everyone was nice & friendly. My issue was actually with the massage itself. The guy that did my massage must have been new. This was by far the absolutely worst massage Ive ever had in my life!! He seemed very unsure about what to do, & he even attempted to massage my lower back through the sheets!🤦🏾‍♀️ Ive had enough professional massages to know a good massage from a bad one & that was just terrible. Also, at one point instead of massaging my arms, he just kind of pressed really hard on them as if he was trying to break them🤦🏾‍♀️. & to think, I still had to tip smh. I also noticed the carpet runner in the suit was dirty & very unattractive. The receptionist did give us a pastry to share & a plastic mini glass of wine. It was cute, I just expected an actual glass considering the price & location. Overall I gave them 2 stars because like I said the customer service was amazing, the massage was just terrible & the guy appeared to be very... unkept.

It is a very well decorated place, it was like escaping from reality, i dont give them 5 starts because they dont answer their phones on Mondays or Tuedays and dont reply emails,they didnt offer me not even a glass of water and I have to paid for valet parking,Anna was amazing, thank you Anna. Im hoping next time they will deserve my 5 stars

Love this place, I had my first chemical peel done here about 2 years ago and decided I should go last week. I waited to make sure I received some results. Anne was a real sweet heart, very soft spoken I felt like I was talking to a friend. She’s very knowledgeable. I wanted to peel more than my first time going and she made sure my request was met. I’m on day 5 and peeling and smooth skin in my next few days will be revealed . Thank u Anne 💜

My boyfriend and I went for facials and Jina is the absolute best! She really took the initiative to give us what our skin needed. My boyfriend and I bought a Groupon for the couples massage as a valentines celebration. It was above and beyond our expectations. We were lucky enough to have Allison and Manuela. My boyfriend was super nervous going into it considering it was his first massage and Allison made him feel incredibly comfortable. He left saying we’re going once a month so thank you Allison 😉! Had such an amazing overall experience here. We came to Florida for a bachelorette and our original plan was to do outdoor activities, but due to the weather, our plans were squashed. Having a spa day was our last minute Plan B. They were able to fit our party of 10 in on the same day and was very accommodating to us. The moment we walked in, the staff was very friendly and made us feel like we were top priority. The spa had such a nice ambience to it that it makes you feel like a real queen/princess as soon as you walk through into the spa area. I would recommend this to anyone and of course if I’m ever back in the area, I would most definitely return again.

This is the worst spa I’ve been to. The couple massage was poorly done. It didn’t feel professional at all, I felt like they did not know what they were doing. The room was cheap looking for the money I paid and didn’t even have soothing music, all I heard was them breathing and the fan. It felt short and rushed. Plus they ask for tip. I did not even want to tip! They also ask for an extra fee for COVID? Lol. If you want a good place to go to, The Pelican Grand Resort has a beautiful spa and the workers are amazing at what they do.

I took my partner to get a teeth whitening, and the assistant who helped us, Leah, was phenomenal. She was professional and caring. She explained in depth what to expect and was very gentle with my guy. She made us feel very welcomed and we will definitely be back!

Meaning we will wait on each other more then 3 hours.Extremely over priced for water and fresh cookies.Our technician is very friendly and nice.Place looks very nice but it does not over come the disappointed from the service.

First, the presentation is super cute, clean and comfy. As soon as you walk in, youre greeted with a smile, something to sip on and cookies. I received the couples massage and love it. We were relaxed and laughed a lot. Youll definitely enjoy yourself 😄

Place looks like the pictures and was very clean. The pair of masseuse my wife and I had did not do well. One of them had long nails and kept scratching me and forcefully giving the massage, the other one left in the middle of the massage and left my wife wondering what to do.

I called December 18 and Booked an appointment for January 3 at 2o’clock for a couple massage. Me and my fiancé came from Naples. It was a graduation gift for him and they were closed!! Even more disappointed no one called me to cancel the appointment or anything was very upsetting and ruined half of my day because it was supposed to be surprise from me to fiancé.

WHAT A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! so I bought a groupon and this people scheduled me for Sunday and I blocked my whole afternoon to be able to go. A couple of hours before my massage they cancelled on me saying the massage therapist was sick. I was disappointed but I understood, then 20 minutes before the original time, they texted me they could take me ... and I called and I said that I m sorry but I was already busy. The lady very annoyed re-schedule my appointment for Friday 15 at 5 pm. I kept getting messages that day with weird confirmations and she said not to pay attention. Today I received a message confirming my appointment for Friday at 2 pm !!!!! MY GOD it was for 5 pm. so I called and the manager very annoyed told me that because I was already predisposed I should better cancel my appointment. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT FROM A MANAGER? rather than understanding my frustration and re-assure my appointment was for 5 pm she very rudely say she didnt want me to go there upset. Sorry for the inconvenience I guess. they definitely dont value customers and their booking system is completely messed up. Now I am dealing with my refund which they dont take responsability and want me to deal directly with Groupon. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE MANAGER. I am gonna make sure to put them on social media and tell everyone I know not to EVER go there. So frustrated.

Very disappointed in this spa. When booking the couples massage, I asked for 90 minutes and the nice woman on the phone said no problem and that it would be an additional $40. However:- appointment for 11am- arrived at valet at 10:53am- We were inside spa and completed paperwork at 11am- They took about 10 minutes to take us back to the room- Massage started at 11:20am- finished at 12:18pmSo we received a 58 minute massage and they charged us for 90 minutes. When brought to their attention they gave us $10 off and I just paid it because I didn’t feel like arguing.The nicest thing about this place is the girl who works up front. Otherwise, we feel cheated and they know that they did not give a 90 minute. We paid $179 (with the $10 discount) and gave a $30 tip.

Upon arrival of my appointment I tried calling the facility 3 times to figure out how to enter their building, no one answers, just to finally walk in and 2 of their employees are sitting directly NEXT to the phone and when I asked WHY is no one answering, they looked at each other and back at me and simply said ughhhh...sorry. The company also double charged me for gratuity, though i paid in cash they still charged my card and Im currently STILL trying to get a refund. This was my very 1st experience getting a massage EVER and honestly I wasnt crazy about it. Just me though...everybody has room to grow!❤

We had a magnificent experience from the front desk agent to our massage therapist Ruben. The salon is very nicely decorated and the building is right on the river. We did a couples massage and detox. It was very creative and we both left feeling extremely refreshed and relaxed. A definite must try. We found this salon online before visiting the area. We hope to come back when we visit again.

The most beautiful spa and the nicest people. Gus did my massage which was incredible and Ana did a facial for me. Both explained everything they were doing and Ana gave me beauty tips for my skin care routine. Truly loved everything about this little slice of paradise. It was relaxing and enjoyable.

This is one of the best spas i have ever been too. I went to majesty day spa with my husband to celebrate my birthday and we both had wonderful and relaxing time at majesty day spa. Anneta and Ruben were fantastic. They made us feel very relaxed and comfortable during the whole experience. I highly recommend majesty day spa for couple massage and any services that they offer.

What a wonderful massage. The gentleman that did my massage hit all of my points. I feel awesome. The place is very nice especially for girls outings. I had a couples massage. They offer wine, tea, coffee and warm cookies. Oh and one of the highlights was the warm massage bed... plus!

Imagine youre trying to set up a reservation for a birthday gift and get told that they dont have any dates available but will call you back. Never received any call back and they still dont have any availability. I had to take my business somewhere else.

Although the facility was very nice and well kept, I was very unsatisfied with my services. I got a package that included a hot stone massage, facial, and champagne. I did not get my drink until after the treatments and had to ask for it a few times. They told me they usually cant give the drinks because of Covid (which makes no sense if theyre open and in close contact with people during Covid). I ended up chugging my drink while checking out.When I booked over the phone, they said I would get a male masseuse, but I ended up with a petite older woman who seemed to struggle with applying pressure. I asked her at least 3 times to apply more pressure and I think that maybe she was just incapable. The whole thing felt like she was just gently rubbing oil on me.The woman who did my facial, Jina, was very nice and I considered going back to her until the next day. Im assuming shes not well versed with handling melanated skin because my skin immediately looked bad and even worse the next day. All of the dark spots (that I mentioned were my biggest issue with my skin) got even darker after the treatment and more popped up. I was required to leave $15 tip for each of them which would have been perfect if they did a good job.

I just had a wonderful experience with this spa and wanted to give a shout out to Jason who made it easy to book appointment and very professional. Gina did my facial and was not only informative but it was my first facial and I felt like she was warm and caring and my face feels wonderful. Christine was my massage therapist and she was warm and thoughtful not to mention her magical hands. It was my first day spa experience in many years. So many of us do not take time to spoil ourselves and this experience was so wonderful for me mentally as well as physically. I will be back with my daughter and friends. Thank you staff🌻💛

Jason was super welcoming; both over the phone and when we met on our appointment day. I was offered either wine, water, tea, coffee, and cookies. I had my first real massage experience here with my partner as a belated Lupercalia event. I was surprised by how comfortable the staff made me feel, as I am pretty anxious when forced to be in close proximity with strangers. DO splurge for the hot stone massage! We will be back.

I enjoyed a full spa day at this lovely location. The valet parking was super convenient. The staff was courteous and friendly. The decor definitely makes your day special. Overall this was a very positive experience, I recommend this location for a beautiful & luxurious relaxation day! Perfect for any couple to make their day extra special! The environment and decor is really nice and calming. The staff is so friendly and warm. Jason was so welcoming and acquired great customer service skills . Jina is so professional and really takes her time to ensure you are satisfied and well taken care of. I definitely would recommend anyone to go to this establishment and I definitely will be going back at-least once a month.

This is one of those places thats a undiscovered treasure . This place is super cute and stylish and the staff is the sweetest people you can meet especially the front desk he was the sweetest person you can meet . I would recommend this place not only for style and cleanliness but also for its variety of treatments and perks, they do facials specifically to cater to your face type by taking a small questionnaire. I will be coming back to this place and recommending it to all my friends .

I work a lot of hours each week and I needed to reward myself for a change. Majesty Day Spa was the perfect place! I had a fantastic and relaxing massage with Ruben and after that I had a wonderful facial with Wioletta. Both Ruben and Wioletta were so professional at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely go back.

I had a dip powder manicure and pedicure with Violetta. I’ve been doing dip for bout 1 year. She is very meticulous, there are no lumps in the nail color and it’s nice and thin. I would definitely recommend having her do your nails!

My wife and I went for a couples massage this afternoon. Great massage, great sauna wrap treatment. Very relaxing. Would recommend highly.

Jason and Ana are fabulous!!!! I got the massage and facial for mother’s day. Jason did everything possible to give me an appointment the same day and also a time that will work for me!! I had my first facial ever with Ana. I felt so pampered and well taken care of and Ana gave me an excellent facial massage. Thank you guys, I will be coming here more often !! This was my first time at a spa and Gina, Sheryl, Jason, and Sally all made the experience so great. My skin looked amazing after my facial and the massage was so relaxing, I fell asleep! This is the cutest spa ever! Jason is absolutely amazing. Not only did he call me back and leave a message after missing my phone call to inquire a few questions ( I never had a business call me back after just a missed phone call) but he was able to squeeze me in 2 hours later for a facial! I was greeted in such a friendly/welcoming manner! And GINA omg, she was the best! I came there with a damaged dried up face and left looking like I spent $2000 on a skin treatment! I HIGHLY recommend this establishment and I will most definitely be returning😄

A beautiful salon located in a gorgeous waterfront building with valet parking. I had an awesome massage, fabulous manipedi and the best facial Ive ever had. She even removed nearly all blackheads painlessly. My only suggestion is to plan on extra time for the nail services as they are meticulous and give you Perfect results. I highly recommend Gina, Lisa and Felicia.

He did everything he could to get me the perfect appointment. Andressa was my massage therapist and she was awesome. Great relaxing massage and wrap! Sally was my manicurist. My toes are super happy! I will definitely go back!

Beautiful setting inside and out. Friendly staff. Jason is a great front desk receptionist! Valet only parking and kinda hard to find the first time so plan extra travel time.
