They need to upgrade on new designs and colors, pedicures no longer have massage or hot towels. They just wipe your legs down with one hot towel and the prices went up but service didnt improve

Come here if you want rushed sloppy work. The man that did my nails was more focused on the color I brought instead of doing a good job. I wont be coming back, don’t waste your money they don’t care about sloppy work.

I having been going to lovely nails for years and each is different treatmeat some the nail tech have no professional skills they are very rude. Today i went there and 4 nail tech refuse to give me any service. I wouldnt refer anyone to this lovely on Oakland park.

I went here on a Monday morning for a pedicure. There weren’t many people here so I didn’t have to wait. Long story short, I ended up with toe nail fungus on my big toe. They DONT CLEAN THEIR TOOLS!!!! I could see old skin pieces on the tools that they used. It’s UNCLEAN and UNSANITARY. And They don’t have Funny Bunny nail polish. At this point, who doesn’t have funny bunny?!?! They charged me 40$ for rushed, sloppy work. They apply cheap nail polish so thick. I should have known there was an issue when I saw that I was the only person getting a pedicure. I will not be back!!!

They are very unprofessional. they don’t treat people equally whatsoever. i am 18 years old and they treat me like a literal kid. they have “adults” go before me and not going by the list that they have at the little desk in the front. then they stated on the phone many times that they don’t do appointments no more but this lady went before me because she made an appointment. if you are a younger person, i would advise to go in there with an adult because if your in there by yourself, service will not be as wanted. this is really ridiculous. been waiting for an hour now for service.

I got a fungus on my nails two of my nails fell completely off. I am sad writing this because I really like this place but they put me in jeopardy.

I was super hesitant about going here because of all the lousy reviews but I had a friend who went and her nails looked amazing basically I’m so glad I went my nails look gorgeous And my pedicure was great to definitely recommendEdit: after going here for a couple months now all I have to say is it’s great for nails but don’t bother getting a pedicure here. I’ve only had one decent pedicure. And the owner has a nasty attitude if you saw anything.

They have the price listed on the board for FILL $22 with gel $28 and they was trying to charge me $40 for a simple fill.They gave me the manager phone number when i call him and explain the situation to him he told me if i cant pay $40 for a fill dont do it.And hang up the phone.I called him back and ask if the price on the board is not accurate he told me NO.

I am extremely disappointed with my nails. I came to get my nails done for my birthday trip and the entire experience was trash from the beginning. I put my name on the list and the lady who is always at the front allowed 2 ppl to go in front of me claiming they were there before me but I had been watching everybody who came in. While I waited a man who I believe is the owner said he would start putting my nails on ... he did half my hand got up and started loading fishing from a truck outside. He never came back to finish my hands and never said a word just looked at me and left. Then the lady who watched him the entire time started pretending like she couldn’t believe he forgot me once she seen I had an attitude. She finished gluing my nails and put them on sideways. Finally the lady I was waiting for was ready and man I really made a mistake with this decision. My hands and completely different from each other. One hand short and the other long. My nails are bumpy, crooked, uneven and it really put a damper on my entire mood. I left that night so I didn’t have the chance to go back in but I was really embarrassed of my nails. NEVER AGAIN!

So 2/25/2021 I went in to change my nails up I wanted gel polish and the lady was super accommodating she did mine and my sisters nails we were happy well the very next day the gel polish started to lift off of my nails I was completely embarrassed seeing as I had to work with these nails until I could make it in there for them to fix I go in 3/02/2021 told the lady about mine and my sisters gel polish and showed her our nails she seemed annoyed but had a lady fix mine and my sisters nails the lady fixing our nails was nice but still today 3/03/2021 the gel has yet again lifted off of my nails I’m so frustrated because I paid good money to have nice nails just for them not once but twice to come out horribly and they have attitude like if it’s my fault when it’s really about their product it is not good polish I won’t be going there again ever

If you dont mind waiting, go for it they typically do really good with my nails And toes. Go to CECE she for your eyebrows she really good. She usually have a line of people waiting on her. The people up front can sometimes be real rude and loud. Thats why they only get 4 stars.

They use hair glue for eyelash extensions. I asked beforehand if it was hair glue, they said they didnt use hair glue. I had a bad allergic reaction. Adhesive was in a hair glue bottle

I go here to get my eyebrows done because in the eyebrow department I can say that three of them are very talented. BUT I went for a full set and they gave me an older women. She made me believe that she understood how I wanted the shape of my set to be and did a horrible job achieving it. The nails are lumpy & poorly shaped. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

My pedicure and fill set was pretty good but Lala destroyed my natural lashes. Before the application of the strip lashes, my natural lashes were beautiful. Now, my lashes are broken, sparse and barely intact. The other services are great but avoid for lash extensions.

I frequent this salon at least once a month. Usually get my nails done with the same tech. But the facility is always clean and the women and men that work there are very servical. If you dont mind your tech going back in forth with their coworkers in vietnamese, you shouldnt have a problem with this salon. I enjoy my visits there.

I have visited 3 times now. Great service, quick, efficient, never had to wait, walk in only, no appointment and I love that. Prices for their services are very reasonable.

I came in for a pedicure yesterday. The service itself was not bad at all. I have no complaints with the tech. The score is because of their color selection and experience. The color selection is HORRIBLE! I knew the minute they told me to pick a color that I wasnt going to be happy. Theyre all old and outdated colors. Nothing bright, summery, or even modern. The bottles look old. I just picked a mauve purple color (the best of the worst) and got on with it. I wouldnt come here for my nails (they were already done by someone else). I was also bothered that after I got in the massage chair (also old and stiff, I ended up turning it off within 2 minutes, but hey theyre trying) these 2 ladies come in with boxes of supplies that they have to put behind or next to my chair. No problem but my shoes are down there and they got trampled over. I wouldve been mad if my purse or bag had been over there but I just asked the tech to flip my shoe back over and no damage was done. This place is just on my way home and for under $30 including tip, it wasnt terrible but next time Ill probably go to one of the salons on US1 and pay a little more.

I give it 3 stars the black nail Nail Tech was great she was very nice and sociable I love the way she did my nails I have no complaints about that yet however I got my lashes done up there Sunday and now its Monday and its popping off never had this happen to you before the experience was great because I went there early. But people do not have money to waste please get better glue

Since I moved to Oakland Park 7yrs ago, I came in for the first time and they linked new with Linda. I tell you she is absolutely thee Best. Then later I started getting my eyebrow done and I can say the same about Tammy. I will not let no-one else touch my feet or eyebrows again. Ive tried it and it didnt work.

Told the lady I wanted a pedicure and a fill in. First she did not scrap me feet and when I asked her why she said dont need, dont need. Then to me she didnt clean under my toenails properly like she was just learning.Then she did my nails and I am just not happy with them. I dont like conflict so I just paid and left. But will never go there again and would not recommend anyone to go there. I also peeped that they dont sterilize things they on other people.

I get waxing and pedis done here. Its a great little spot with comparable pricing. They offer all kinds of beauty services. Tammy is the best at waxing, and I love that she takes my crazy sensitive skin into consideration. I never usually have to wait long for any service, and Ive never made an appointment. Walk ins are definitely welcome. :)

Went there because my nail tech has relocated here. She wasnt able to do the pedicure so I was serviced by another worker. WORST pedicure ever!!! The finish product looked as if I had only gotten a polish change. Not to mention the pedicure lasted 15 minutes. The tech spent more time talking about my Tory Burch sandals than she did actually servicing me. Will NEVER return!

I got a full set and within hours of me leaving one of my nails broke. I went back the next day and they tried to charge me for fixing the broken nail even though it broke within a few hours of me leaving and it had been less than 24 hours of me leaving. The manager was very rude and disrespectful about the whole situation. The nail techs are rude as well.

Had to do my pedicure over when i got home. Not my nail polish. But bottom of feet. The girl did an awful job.

My co-worker went here and i loved her nails. She paid 40 bucks for opaque french w coffin shaped...i went in to get the same thing but a lot shorter and more square shape w a little coffin shape. I was charged 50 bucks for a gel coat that i was never asked if i even wanted or not. The nails were crooked (3of them). The way she did my nails, they looked like i needed a fill right after they were done. Other employees were helping other customers and yelling having full on phone convos for 20 or 30 min while she was doing nails. Not nad of they costed 20 bucks....but 50! Hell no. I wish i could insert a pic.

THE WORST AND MOSY UNPROFESSIONAL NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD, BECAUSE THEY TRULY DESERVE IT! if you DO NOT desire quality nor customer service, this is perfect for you. Because they have neither. I am in FT Lauderdale for vacation and I needed a nail repair. I spent an hour waiting on service because i was bounced around between 4 different technicians, 2 if which drilled my cuticles and caused blood shed. The 2nd tech applied the tip and then got up and left. I was told because it was a small job, she didnt care and could go home because her shift was over. I was passed to the 3rd tech who said she couldnt do the design to match my other nails. Said they only do basic there! So she refused to apply the acrylic to my nails told me to go talk to the manager. I go to the front and they have me wait. After anotter 20 min, the 4th technition tells me to come over. She proceeds to apply acrylic while i am STANDING OVER ANOTHER CLIENT IN THE CHAIR! THERE WAS NO PART OF THIS EXPERIENCE THAT WAS POSITIVE. And i was not the only one having issues in this salon. A lady was getting her eyebrows done and rhe tech refused to fix the issue she literally said with my eyes, i dont see anything wrong!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST NAIL SHOP IN ALL OF FLORIDA! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IF THIS 0LACE CLOSED, IT WOULD VE A BLESSING TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE!!!!!!

My nail tech had the nerve to try and over charge for a very RUSHED through full set, even after a decent tip.. when I approached the tech of this matter she had the nerve to catch a disgusting attitude and looked for any excuse as to why she charged me more than she was supposed to. The salon is ratchet, not well kept, and extremely unorganized. I was BEYOND unsatisfied with the nails I gifted to myself for my birthday. Just NEVER AGAIN.

Ive know Lensy and Peter for years they have expanded there shop since my last visit there. Ive always felt like i was at home there full pedi,overlay, eyebrows,and lashes. The people that work there are very friendly and will do whats neccessary to accomadate you. Feel satisfied😊😊😊😊

So many different people telling me different stuff i asked for a deluxe pedi n full set she gave me such a bad pedi my feet started peeling which they have never done when i told her she said ok scratched my foot and shrugged n didnt do everything. My full set the nails are not even n hurt when i told her she smiled and nodded the hurt with every touch worse experience ever

I received gel and it came off the very minute I walked out of the salon. When i returned to get it fixed the next morning, three of my freshly done acrylic nails came off. They are cheap quality and cheap work. I paid over $100 plus tip for horrible work. Never get your nails done here.

All the old good employees have left they do have newer staff not as good.. the owners can/will service you theirselves... Will not trust the new employees on certain services like lashes.. waxing of the brows/coloring...Pedicures you have to make sure its been perform correctly n safely with that been said how can you sit back and relax and know you getting good treatment cause they want to get PAID regardless if you are satisfied or not ..you still get in/out ..the service is too much correcting them on something u paying for and they should already know.. Its about 4 good employees #4#9#11#12 and the pedicure man.. no good lashers r waxers except the lady owner

Dont let ÁNGEL do youre mani and pedi, shes horrible....she sliced my toe made it bleed alot and her mani is horrible also, doesnt know how to file and remove dead skin, and does not know how to paint nails!!! Very disappointed being that others do good. Not even a massage when she did my pedi. Like thats really why we pay to get it done!!! I would give her a zero star if I could. 😡

We came at 3:30 and rhey close at 5pm. After told my daugther and me yes to do pedicure and her hands fill. We wait seat down in the pedicure chair fir like an hour rhey came finally to start my daughters pedi and told us they will clise at 5pm and they can not do her fill. Worst customer service. They should finish with all customers they already have before closing.

This place was very unprofessional showed up at 7:50 for one nail repair and they would not except it I feel like Google as well as the establishment should update their hours so that they don’t inconvenience customers to drive all the way here and be rude
