This is heartbreaking to write my experience, but it must be said. I wanted to support a black owned nail salon so I chose this one. I hope this review helps the owner to implement the necessary changes, especially if you want to be competitive and profitable. FIRST RED FLAG: If you want to book an appointment you have to make a deposit which was odd to me. SECOND RED FLAG: Once I arrived on time for my appointment, I had to wait another hour due to lack of time management nor were they apologetic for the inconvenience. THIRD RED FLAG: The staff was extremely unprofessional (except for one young lady) where they would stop in the middle of the service to either get a smoke break or to eat. The quality of the service was worthless in my opinion. FOURTH RED FLAG: The pedicure service is actually a little spa foot bath that can be purchased at Walmart, but the price for the service was embarrassing/laughable.Furthermore, I was mortified because I want my black people to win, but they lack the fundamental essentials needed in any business which is CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUALITY SERVICE and PROFESSIONALISM. Ive never had these type of issues at any non-black nail salons (not to say they dont have other issues they need to work on) but the quality service provided is usually on point in South Florida.

THE GHETTO! ugh. Super unprofessional. They don’t look at what u book, their booking site is confusing, and they don’t give u the price until it’s done and you’re forced to pay extra for something you didn’t book. On top of that! They’re racist. It is a salon full of black women and there are multiple signs disrespecting Chinese workers. They went as far to even telling me that they “aren’t like these Chinese folk” and kicking me out. The women who did my nails didn’t even finish them so when I paid and she didn’t get tipped, she WHINED! tips are not requirements and I was DEFINITELY not going to tip a women who didn’t even do my nails right

I have no nails at all so my expectations were low for the outcome. I was beyond impressed when the end result made me feel like a disney princess. Lol no, really, i felt beautiful with the soft pink color and diamonds and sparkles throughout. I asked the tech to just make them look nice. Ive been going back ever since. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. But the nails, ohhh mannn are insanely creative.

Worst experience of my life my daughter is only 1 years old and the owner of the shop told my daughter to shut up at the top of her lungs as a mother and a human this is so disrespectful I’ve never seen nothing so sick in my life and my nails where horrible and the place was dirty this place was so horrible I don’t know how it’s even open the service was horrible if you want bad service and to be disrespected after spending $200 then this is the place for you but I wouldn’t even give my money to a place owned by someone that is comfortable yelling at a child that is not there’s and telling a baby to shut up girl you shut up because everything that just came out of your mouth is discussing may the lord bless you because you need it this is just sad what the world has come to smh
