These nails were done two days ago they look like they were done 15 days ago ... my cuticles didnt even touch me .... the woman who did my nails spoke another language all the time and I felt uncomfortable ... too expensive .

Very friendly staff. They did a great job and I highly recommend. Also, its a properly priced nail salon that doesnt overcharge like most nail salons in Florida.

Called the day before to make an appointment since i didnt get my nails done before i left for vacation anyways went on 3-25-21 its my anniversary and had to pick a place fast loveed this place so relaxed feeling and loved my nails and color definitely recommend

Very rude. The staff speak their Vietnamese language among themselves (very loud). The worse thing was after many times using them, my friend came with me. That day the 2 sisters in charge pointed at me. My friend translated that they were rudely talking about me and my illness!

I went in to get a pedicure with my sister, I totally understand when people are busy and I had read other reviews of the place saying that they were unkind and rude. They did not acknowledge either of us when we came in and we’re very rude.

So I walk in I only had three nails to remove and no one wanted to even take care of me as I walked in no one even greeted me or said hello I showed the lady at the front the nails that I wanted to remove which only required a soak she didn’t even offer me a soak didn’t look at the nails but looked me in my face and told me that she didn’t want to do it she couldn’t do it....just say you don’t want the money because apparently customer service means nothing to these people, It’s only because I came in to get my nails removed had i walked in for a full set including my nails being removed prior I’m sure someone would’ve took care of me. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.

This is very great nail salon!Staying across the street from this shop for a few days visiting from NYC and decided to get a fill in since I missed my appointment back home before my flight. I came in at 6;15 (they close at 7) so I was so happy that the owner (first chair) took care of me. I was expecting a rushed job since they were due to close in a few minutes but she thoroughly took her time and did a great job and still finished by 7. The prices are great! She was very friendly and I would recommend this nail salon to anyone in the area!

I waited to post a review until I visited the salon at least twice. This post is reflective of only my less than favourable interactions with the staff. This post is not reflective of the service I received as unfortunately, both times I visited the salon, they were unable to accommodate me. I wanted simple services: repair and a polish removal. I understand being busy, but the person who greeted me was extremely rude, both times! Rude enough that I waited to post and remembered the interaction. I would have been happy to wait or come back and was basically told not to bother as I suppose they deemed my request not worth their time. In the future, as convenient as it would be, I will not be returning even for a full service manicure or pedicure. Owners, I know you are not in the business of kindness, but a little goes a long way. Taking the time for my small service would have definitely guaranteed my return for something more worth while. If you are looking to pop in for a quick service, don’t bother, as they are unable to book appointments for those. But for other services that require an appointment, you should be good!

My nail polish looked terrible, my acrylic is all over the place and bumpy. The nail lady saw what she was doing wrong and still managed to charge me $45 dollars. I am not a “professional” but I have done my own nails before I can assure I do them better. It was not about timing, they had lots of time since I arrived right when they opened, the place only had two clients (Myself and a woman) throughout the whole time I was there. They were all eating and talking as my nails dried. I believe her ‘name’ is Jenny although the certificate said otherwise. Nice personality- unless they were faking it, but no nail salon quality.

I was referred here by my friend and she recommended Kevin. KEVIN IS AMAZING!!! He shaped my coffin nails beautifully and he did it fast but without missing any detail. And the prices are really good. I thought I was going to pay more near the beach and its actually cheaper than when I go to pembroke pines. This is going to be my new regular place for nails. Im going to ask him if I can pay extra to extend the foot massage because that was the best part!!! Thank you Kevin!!!I almost forgot the google map location is wrong but I sent a message to google to fix it. Hopefully they fix it soon. Its right next to mcdonalds!

This is a wonderful place. They do a wonderful job, are professional and friendly. My wife would not go anywhere else. The whole staff is just outstanding

Took several days and miscommunication until I was able to come in for a repair. But the nails were done exactly as I requested and 10 days later still look great. Even with all the hand washing and hand sanitizers. Very pleased. Will return for french acrylics and pedi next year...I am a nail technician and recommend this salon for service. Its not a spa so prices are great.

Their customer service was horrible! I could barely uderstand what they were saying and the lady at the reception was extremely rude. The guy who did my nails was nice, but he charged me 45$ instead of 40$ like the other nail technician told me it would cost. Anyway I dont recommend this place unless you wanna be treated poorly and pay for overpriced nails.

Nail tech was so awkward, I couldnt wait to leave. My gels looked great that day but started chipping at 1 week (I can typically keep my gels for 4-5 weeks). They are very reasonably priced, but clearly you get what you pay for.

Lily Lily Lily! My nails are healthy and sexy, but on top of that I love her personality - shes the perfect combo of sweet and silent so you can actually relax during your manicure and pedicure as the chair massages you.

Very rude I went in and needed one nail fixed and they said they was busy???? They were doing each others nails I was in from out of town and had chipped my polish it wouldnt had took no more than 2 minutes I just found somewhere else to go

This place is clean, smells good no funky nail polish smell. The people are very nice AND the nail tech kevin did a great job on me pedicure. You have to really look for it. Its kind of small in the front.

Husband and I got delayed here due to weather back home and just walked into this place for the fun of it. Really good service. Nice pedi’s. Kinda expensive for the atmosphere and pedi but enjoyed it.

I never write reviews but I feel obligated to after my experience!!! Extremely rude!!! I called this morning to see if I could get one nail fixed and they said they werent busy! I walked in and the lady screamed at me saying come back after 5! I called to make an appointment after 5 for the one nail and she yelled again... And then hung up on me! Are you kidding me?!? Worst customer service ever. Definitely dont recommend this place.

Horrible! I asked how much was French nails she told me $28 so at the end she charged me $30. Well I gave her $3 dollars tip she roll her eyes like she wasn’t happy. Listen I wasn’t happy either and telling you the truth I never payed more than $25 dollars for a French toe nail. Your service was horrible plus she did not want put the color I want it. I want it clear white on top but she want it white and pink lol. This is Crazy !!!! Never go back everrrrrrr. I never write reviews but this one I had to. Don’t go there!

Also the worst manicure ever received. I came in for a polish change on toes and gel fingers. I should have just kept my old polish. uneven coats on my toes and they used a paper towel instead of a toe spreader thing. My flip flops were too skinny to put back on so I had to walk across the dirty floor bare foot. Also had to opt for a color choice i didnt really want for my fingernails because she couldnt read the numbers or was out of the color on the sample .she was extremely rude when i saw that I didnt like the color she put on my nails and wanted it off. worst treatment for a paying customer and expensive. waste of time

Rushes through the nail session, as well as my sisters... asked another employee when we walked in if she wanted to take clients ans she said no and went to the back. There was a younger guy that seemed to be personable and it seemed he had regulars. But the ladies that rushed through me and my sister werent good. And all the ladies acted as if they didnt want to work and it was annoying that they had customers come in. The one lady said they dont do designs or anything when my sister asked for something simple. They overcharged me, 85$ for 2 sets... when they quote 27. Of course i noticed that when i started driving back home and i dont live very close, but definetly disappointed. Shouldve stayed away after reading all the other bad reviews. My lady asked of i wanted to pay her before she painted my nails.... i said no, confused... and replied im paying with a card. And she started painting my nails, frustrated because i didnt pay her before she started painting. WHO DOES THAT?!

They were super sweet and did a good job.

They have a shellac manicure for $30, its not the real CND brand but it lasted pretty well. She did a really thorough job on my manicure and I was pleased.
