Dirty place. The towels smelled so bad. Like they were air dried in between uses. I’m pretty sure the towel was used in multiple customers. Everything just looked dirty and was smelly. The lady who did my pedi, had no interest in doing a job well done. I wouldn’t come back here

There was a male tech. He clearly had a mental problem. He was unprofessional. He was talking about the manager very badly to the customers. He is very unsafe worker. He yelled at the customer over callous remover. He is very unstable. Only a crazy person will react to words over callous remover and cheese grate. Unfortunately his behavior reflects badly on the company. He needs to be fired. He walk away from the customer and did not finish her nails. The customer was very nice and the male nail tech was unprofessional. Fire him now otherwise the bad reviews will continue!!!!!

I just started going to this nail salon 💅🏼 1- because, I am at Coral Ridge Mall frequently. 2- my Mother In law goes there & her nails are beautiful & 3- I was able to go almost 3 weeks without my nails breaking or chipping. To- May was my nail artist & she did my nails exactly how I like them & is so efficient with time & pays attention to detail. This is my new forever nail salon. #5stars #NailMark ❤️🙌🏼

Once again this place have never failed me it’s clean smelled amazing love the energy I get from all the staff they already know me by name and that’s even better!!!! I have been going here for a very long time and to hear that there have even been a bad review is beside me. These ladies and gentlemen goes up and beyond to please each and every soul that walks into Nail Mark. Now of course you can’t please everyone but that’s alright not every souls belongs in your company and that’s understandable!!! Nail mark is one of the best places to get your nails done. Every time I go there the people are friendly and remember a little bit about what’s going on in my life and it’s nice to have that connection . They always do a wonderful job and if something needs to be fixed they fix it without hesitation. My nails came out beautiful for the Fourth of July thanks.

Nail Mark is one of the best places to get your nails done. Pedis are great as well. They just do beautiful work.The are very pleasant and accommodating. If youre looking for a nail salon this is the place to go.

My experience at this salon was really nice. The pedicure station was clean, all tools were taken from sealed packages, the technician was very pleasant and did a great job. I was in and out in an hour and my pedicure looks great. Nice people here!

Most of the people there are a bit rude but some are nice and they rush the service too much they need to take their time especially for the prices they are charging.

I went here after months of not getting my nails done - no point, I wasnt going anywhere and didnt need to impress anyone due to Covid. But it was time for self-indulgence. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. It is 6 days later. The gel has chipped off of 2, gel on my index finger has peeled off completely, and I can tell another one is going to do the same either tonight or tomorrow. Also, Im not sure if this is the fault of the product or salon, but the day after I got them done (I got light pink), a darker pink was visible on them but splotchy, as id I had been eating berries. I cant think of what caused that, and it does not wash off. Overall, very disappointed, especially after spending over $60. These are supposed to last up to two weeks - Didnt even get one week! The pedicure is fine, but that is expected, I dont use my toes as often as my fingers, and they are usually protected by socks and shoes. I would not recommend.

I paid for gels, 3 nails chipped within 2 days. I returned for a fixture. Surprisingly thewoman asked me to come back during the week. She had no one to do repairs. Meanwhile I see people getting manicures and pedicures. I asked why cant they help me, Im busy too during the week I work as well her reply was I was a repair & not a new service. I paid too - needless to say, my gels were not repaired. I will never give them my business again. Not a dollar!!

Wasn’t to impressed. Went in for a simple manicure and was left feeling like I wasted money. $18 for a plain, NO GEL, manicure. Mall prices. Nail tech did not take her time. She didn’t even wait around for a tip. She was rushing on to the next client. I looked around to find a sign for pricing. Could not find it.

Conveniently located near an entrance into Coral Ridge Shopping Center. Very clean, protective plastic shields at all stations. Pedicure chairs are comfortable, cleaned after each customer, equipped with massage, delightful. Helen is the technician i request, very pleased with her work.

Not impressed at all, and it wasnt cheap. The dismissive attitude and horrendous lack of talent dont warrant another chance. Theres better less than a quarter of a mile away

This visit only garners 3 stars..I had a lady -Ana, I believe. She was NOT very good. I had to keep correcting her on my Acrylic nails..no shaping, polishing skills were horrible..she left a gap between my cuticle and the start of the paint...like I needed a fill-in. And we used ro old side of shop...pedicure chairs arw void of cushion. Next rime Ill wait for my normal guy

I had manicure and pedicure here, 1 day later my nail polish was coming off and cuticles around my fingers were still there and my pedicure was a total waist of money. I went back to the salon and the owner was like there is nothing we can do.I paid $52 plus tip. What a waist of moneyI will never go here again.

The worst and most expensive full set I’ve ever had. Super thick even after shaping them forever, they were ok until the massive layers of gel. I want to get them off so bad because they are so ugly and thick but they were soooo expensive and I got them yesterday 😭😤

Wonderful staff. My 80 year old mother with dementia is well taken care of and has been a client for several years prior to disease. She cant wait to go back.

Honestly, my favorite part about having my nails done is the foot massage and for that I strong recommend Nikki and Ana. Theyre both amazing. Ana is also on point with her nail painting. She makes sure both coats line up, and the last time I was there, the Essie nail color I wanted was too low to apply. She managed to combine two other colors and give me the color I wanted! Thank you Ana!

I went in with my friend and she got her nails done they look like bubbles on her nails not what she wanted not the color she wanted they’re not even all the way down on her cuticle wouldn’t give her money back gotten a big fight with them try to calm them down when they need to give the money back or very disrespectful pulled her hands cut her cuticles scratched her and I do not approve of this so I would not go here

I have been going to nail mark for a while but this is why I probably won’t get my nails done there. I went to get my acrylics off and legs waxed the lady who waxed my legs did a great job and was really nice. But the reason I give this place one star is because when I got my acrylics removed the guy was very pushy on me getting them painted but I didn’t have time so I couldn’t but he kept asking. Then when it came to cutting my nails I said not to too short but he cut them so short that it hurts and when I told he that he was cutting them too short he said “they grow every day” and it has taken me a while to grow them to around the length I liked them. Later my nails still hurt and my fingers are very red.

I got a gel manicure. There is polish all over my cuticles, edges are jagged, and polish is uneven (needed at least another coat). Definitely don’t take pride in their work.

Facility is VERY clean, efficient, excellent staff and friendly. Also they offer a wide array of services and prices are reasonable. Easy to make an appointment. Well-run business!

Very spacious, wonderful massage chairs at the pedicure station, and nice employees. My sister and I had made a reservation together but she had been rushed through both her pedicure and manicure making the experience less enjoyable for both of us.

My first time going for a full set of acrylic nails, Im very straight forward with what I like, I brought a picture for reference to nails I wanted and Tony was very polite. Greeted me and was talkative. Loved his service the nails were amazing looked exactly like the picture if not better. Definitely see myself coming back soon.

The man who did my nails (Paul) was nice but he made them so thin that two of them broke off in two days, he also cut me while he was filing my nails with the motorized file. The woman at the front desk who painted my nails did a really good job. I would spend more money to get them done better next time

I had the very worst experience EVER at this nail salon. Not only was my technician running behind but the WORST AND GROSSLY thing happened mid way thru as my feet were still in the water and after she used the so called grater to remove the dead skin she then put the grater in the same water and with a brush. She then cleaned the grater. OMG...I thought we were done But that wasnt so. My feet stayed in that now extremely dirty water for another 10 minutes.I was APPALLED.How disgusting and shame on me for not complaining, However I couldnt get out of there fast enough.

This place told us that our nails would cost $6. We sat down and they took 5 minutes to do our nails, which was way to short. The nail job was uneven u can see the layer of polish and it chips very easy so when we got up to pay the lady she raised the price to $8 without telling us before we got our nails done when I asked her why she didn’t give us an explanation I will not be ATTENDING THERE AGAIN she also buffed my nail down to the skin. And also they are very un sanitary because a lady massaged a guys foot and didn’t wash her hands then came and did my friends nails!!!

My mother before passing went here every 2 weeks religiously for Years. I have been going for probably 15 years myself and am very happy with the services. Great prices too... So dont be afraid to tip. Thanks.

Looks like Helen Keller painted my nails. Service was fast and friendly but the lady who did my nails painted them so messed up.

Love my nail tech Thai but management is horrible got a pedicure and fills picked out my color and the blue on my toes was royal blue opposed to the light baby blue on my fingers. If I pick out a color its what should be applied not being happy I bring it to the owners attention who said she would give me a credit next time she was determined she wasnt gonna correct the toe polish to match UNLESS I paid another $15 for polish after seeing the difference in the outside light I come back into salon to take my credit and the damn owner had the nerve to say she never said shed give me a credit thank goodness the lady standing behind me when shr offered the credit was still in salon because within 10 minutes the owner denied she offered the credit after spending $84 for services I can say I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SALON AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THE OWNER NEEDS TO LEARN PEOPLE SKILLS. oh their $27.00 pedicure you get same pedicure but better service at nail salon on dixie across from Publix called FAMOUS NAILS $20.00 Pedicure yet nail mark is $27.00 bit expensive for the place. Im in the restaurant business if a customer is unhappy with their order we replace it and correct the problem immediately and trust me food cost a hell of a lot more then nail Polish . the owner should stay home and let her staff deal with the customers to waste 20 minutes arguing with this lady about the polish not matching was totally unprofessional of her she should have corrected the problem and sent the customer home happy but she wasnt gonna rest until I paid another $15.00 for the polish I guess to the owner collecting as much money is more important than collecting happy customers

Ive been there like 3 times already but only Suna makes my Nails really pretty . I highly recomment this place look for suna she will take care of you and give you a beyond service . She is really kind and will listen to the customer wants. Great Job!

I have been coming here for a few months and always see Zina, she is excellent and takes pride in the work she does. I have convinced my mother to get a pedicure with her and she fell in love, its been about 20 yrs since she let anyone do her feet because she was always embarrassed of her corns and dark shade toenails but Zina made her feel comfortable and took her time without any pain. It took me awhile to find Zina, I did some jumping around with different techs but always came back because I love how clean and sanitized everything is.

Place is..ok. If you are looking for a quick last minute job, this is your place to go. They always have someone available, prices are less than $50 for mani-pedi. If your looking for that spa experience..go somewhere else.

The guy there that did my mothers pedicure went off on my mom when she asked him to remove the corn and callous from her feet, a service she paid extra for that he didnt do. When she noticed he didnt do the service properly and pulled him to the side to tell him and show him his work, he started screaming obscenities at her F***k you Im not doing it again! Etc. I would never recommend going to this place ever.

Avoid this place. I got a fill from the rudest man. He didnt greet me, he was rough and rushed through the whole process. I got a french and the white tips were crooked and he caught an attitude when i asked him to fix it. Im drying my nails now and have white powder all over my hands from the nail file. He doesnt deserve a tip, he deserves to be fired.

First time n last time my nail polished literally starting colors and my full was horrible it’s been two days n one broke horrible place it’s nice inside but it’s not worth wasting ur money in there
