Ive been coming here about 3 years! LOVEEEE Vanny ... shes AWESOME. I get pink/ white. At other salons, they lift after two weeks or break, not with her! Highly recommend!! I always get compliments on my nails.

My sister and I went to Vanny’s and absolutely loved it! Great atmosphere, very relaxing and calm. We both got gel manicures and they turned out fabulous! Great prices. And they were very open to working with my design requests! Helped me pick up the perfect look. Definitely recommend going to Vanny’s!

This was my first time visiting this Salon and I’m so grateful and happy I did. I called ahead of time and made an appointment. Walked in early and they were ready for me. Victor was a delight!!! He had only been there 3 days!!! I was shocked he acted as though he’d been there forever, personable, friendly, clean work station and tools and very professional. The Salon was a pleasure to visit and I will definitely be back there again.

Vanny nails is amazing!!!Paul took excellent care of me after I went to a new nail salon because everything was booked. BAD DECISION. Paul fix my nails more than anything I’ve ever seen before they’re absolutely beautiful exactly what I asked for perfect. He’s an absolute perfectionist and the whole atmosphere is amazing. He did a wonderful design with light pink under, and a heart with the almost stiletto style acrylic nail with gel polish. I recommend Vanny nails all of my friends family and coworkers.

I really have stared to enjoy getting pedicure and manicures at Vanny’s. David is a fantastic pedicurist and I find it a relaxing and calm atmosphere.I usually go about once a month. Since I’m a guy I don’t need any colors or painting just the procedure. The massage chairs are a plus and I always find myself more relaxed when we are finished.A nice addition to my current lifestyle.

This place definitely deserves more than 5 stars!Ive been coming here for the past 5 years and have never had an issue! I usually do gel with tips and they last far beyond 2 weeks! (And i am rough with my nails) Vanny and her husband are both always friendly and i never have to wait even when i go as a walk in! (Early mornings are fastest though) and all of the techs take thier time, i never feel rushed and the pedicures are amazing! The floors always look freshly buffed and the cleanliness is over the top ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I needed a last minute eye brow wax and I’m new to the area and I left with a new nail technician too!! Not only do my eyebrows look and feel fantastic...it looks like she spent much longer than 5 minutes on them. Quick and efficient! Vicky was absolutely a life saver!!

Horrible experience. Over the phone front desk lady told me it will be $25. I was surprised and told myself well I wont expect anything perfect..I walked in and explained in details that i want a ballerina shape nude gel. And showed her the picture!! The lady sent me to the first guy and after 5minutes he started painting my nails with nude nail polish. I complained and the lady sents me to another guy and I start explaining again and show a picture. I was very clear I just want liquid gel as like I was doing for the past 5 years. The guy takes out the plastic tips. Now I was already pretty upset so after 10minutes of explaining him how to do gel only, he takes out sticky papers for it. He didnt know how to use those!!!! Since I already spent too much time and didnt have any nails, I agreed to put those nasty plastic tips. He said it will last 4,5 weeks. At least Im only paying $25 right? He was pretty slow with it and my skin was stuck to the glue. At the end nails were not even equal, had missed spots, dirt and looked pretty thick. I was so sad and just wanted to leave. Then he tells me the nails should last 3weeks. I ignored it and went to front desk to pay. The lady said $45. I couldnt hold in the anger and disappointment with this place and when I said it is not worth the price I wasnt told about, she asked me how does $40 sound? I was sick and tired and with heavy heart I decided to pay just so I could leave... And all these positive reviews..How??

Went in yesterday to get my eyebrows done since I was at nearby Sally’s. I was hardly acknowledged and waited fifteen minutes. I ended up walking out. Customer service is everything and there is absolutely no excuse why anyone should wait over fifteen minutes for a not even ten minute service. Period.

Amazing service! My nails look fantastic. I hope my technicians name was Jenny because she’s amazing and I will be back to request her.

I went today, Sunday, had David as my manicurist, he was very nice but very bad at doing perfect nails. My nails were uneven, he missed half my nail. After they were dry I looked down and asked him if he could fill in the other side of the nail. All in all I’d give it a 4 out of 10.

Great service but I wish they had more color choices for OPI gel.

Got a mani and pedi. I feel as if I just woke up from a very painful and expensive nightmare. My toes are bleeding from where my cuticles were trimmed and she scrubbed the sides of my feet so hard that skin was torn and bleeding, water was boiling hot. Nails uneven, horrific paint job and the mani.....I was wanting to leap out of my chair but didn’t because the girl was sweet, but the work.....horrible. $112 for two gel BAD mani/pedis..... no thank YOU. Don’t walk, run!

I walked in and was guided to a table. The nail tech next to mine had no shoes on and had her feet up on the nail tech’s chair in front of mine... yuck...My nail tech started my nails, then would stop to text a PARAGRAPH before getting back to my nails. I get my nails done often. Every time I’ve had them done, there is a step every nail tech takes to clean under the nails. There’s a pointy tool they use to get the hard to reach dirt off. The nail tech tried to skip that part and when I asked her to do it she said no because it would make the acrylic nail weak.. what?! No it won’t, it never has for me at least. How do you say no to general cleaning?? I will never go back there. Lazy and disgusting techs.

If you want to get a full acrylic set done, make sure you are aware that they have now messed up not one or two of my friends nails, but 5 friends on separate occasions where theyve left us with nails that look like rumble strips leading up to a stop sign. And when they try to repair it, theyll charge you full price when they didnt make it any better, but actually managed to make it worse, all while calling you names and saying that you must leave because youre causing a scene... Do NOT go here for acrylics.... I dont know about other services, but stay away from a full set here.... Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing and refreshing, and instead, Vanny Nails has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will be spreading the news to all of my friends that currently go there...

Went here, Vanny Nails, a couple of weeks ago for the first time and got my nails done for a special occasion. I read the reviews and took my chances. Needless to say the quality of work on my nails was bad. There was nail polish around my nails, they weren’t filed properly, at one point the nail tech allowed me to try to fix them myself. The toe polish was worse. I was expecting professional work and that’s not what I received. More training is needed here to improve quality of work. If you all are offering a service, people will expect professional work when they are paying.

Get my eyebrows done here. Nice people, nice environment and great prices.

Paul can’t do nails and his wife acts defensive instead of sending him to school to learn I spent $80 in their salon 2 days ago and most of my nails are lifting already I love my pedicure though and the tech who did it but Paul needs A LOT more experience.. waste of money ... never again I don’t recommend anyone go here..

This nail salon is the worst. I took my stepdaughter in to get a regular Mani/pedi. The tech acted like she didnt want to do it so I questioned the receptionist about it. She makes up an excuse and I ask for another technician. These people have the most sour attitudes for their business to be reliant on customer service. We wont be back.

Ive tried a couple of places near me. I like this one the best. Its family owned and they have a lot of great employees. However, one or two employees may not be perfect. If you find the right one and make appointments with them, you will love it. I sat down next to a girl who has been going there 5 years. She drives from west palm I believe to go here now that she moved. They did a great job and ando the one guy was a perfectionist about my pedicure.Just try it. I also better if the owner is in and you say you will write a good review he will give you a discount. I got 10%.

A mess.My two thumbs are different whites. I have bubbles all over and they just threw a top coat on you can tell exactly where the top coat is there’s creases poorly done. I got a acrylic fill paid 25$ and then to find out it’s $18. Then the owner keeps telling me I needed gel. I told them I’m taking my nails off next week that’s why I didn’t get it. Then they said they won’t give me a refund and I have to go back to fix them after spending 2.5 hours there

Prices are good, but service is horrible, told the lady that she left a spot of nail polish on my finger and got aggravated when I asked her to remove it. Been in there several times thought it would get better,if I gave them another chance. Always feel very rushed like shes getting through with me to go to another customer. Not enjoyable. will not be back.

I have been here a few times and never had a complaint, but today was horrific! I came in with my daughter who goes there often to get a mani and a pedi. The receptionist who is always nice asked us to pick our colors. I stated that I wanted the color I had on my nails, she didnt recognize it. I told her that the tech who I believe is the owner knows the color,we proceeded to her table as she was working on someone and asked her if she knew what color it was. I nicely asked her if she remembered it from two weeks ago. She bursted out that it was a natural color and had it on her table. Now here is when everything goes left! I sat down to wait patiently for my turn and she commences to talk about me,saying why would she remember anything that happened 2 weeks ago! I laughed it off, but she continued to give me dirty looks and blatantly continued to make me feel like I did something wrong. I told her ok I get it but enough. I told my daughter lets go. The receptionist asked what was wrong,I told her that she was being rude to me,the tech came out and said very loudly that she was talking to her customer (as if that made it any better) she said an expletive word, and I told her we would never come back. She then said go and dont come back it isnt going to hurt her. I told her have a good life and walked out the door,whilst she responded that she will and something else. I know people have bad days, but she was disgusting! And believe me, I see she has loyal customers but she showed her true colors, note to her: you may be doing great now but God forbid your business should take a turn,it will be because Karma got you.. you do not treat people like that! EVER!! No matter how successful you are!

This place needs to be fixed up asap!! And the people that work here need to go back to school they dont know what there are doing..

The place was clean and visually acceptable BUT the service was awful. I took my mom to get a gel manicure and it was hands down the worst manicure. The guy didnt cut nails, didnt remove hard skin from around fingers (even after asking him to do so). At the end my mom was left with her thumb nails long and the other 4 fingers with short nails. Just terrible. Wont go back again, not worth paying their mediocre services.

I went to this shop on Friday 5/4 and am a VERY disappointed customer. The guy that gave me my pedicure was extremely rough the entire time, wouldn’t listen to me when I said it was hurting and honestly couldn’t wait to get out of your shop. He was rushing so fast that he didn’t seem to care and wanted to just get done and move to next client. He scraped my feet so bad, they are cut up now on the heels and very painful to walk on. Not a good pedicure experience and a waste of money as I was not happy with this experience.

I am so upset.I am a regular here, I always sit with Paul or vanny and they are AMAZING.So today I came in AND I brought two friends.I made an appointment with Vanny, and for some reason she wasnt available.They put me on the other side, on a desk that was completely unequempt, the woman that did my nails was extremely inexperience .My dog couldve done a better job.Not only was she inexperienced and had no clue how to file nails, she was being rushed by another employee to use the gel light and he stood over me staring at me while my nails were drying and the receptionist kept coming and staring at me and the woman doing my nail.It was closing time, so I understand... but still.And Im not high maintence at all, but that was just too much.So I just paid $30 for a manicure that Im extremely disappointed with, because its bumpy, the nails are filed crooked and jagged, my cuticles are covered in nail polish. And left uncomfortable because they keep rushing me and then made a comment to my other friend okay your massage is over nowWhile we still had a friend we were waiting to get finished. And there were other people there still.I would understand if I was the last person there but I wasnt ...Idk Im really disappointed
