Pricey, but definitely worth it. The salon has a luxurious, old world European feel. I love the drapes and the waterfall feature. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The foot and leg massage help to relieve so much tension, and the massage chair as well for my back. I love how my nails came out! Ill definitely be back!

I stopped by with no appointment and they took care of me within 10 minutes. Amy took such great care of my dry feet and gave me tips to keep them soft. She was entertaining and funny. Most places you go to the nail tech has no personality. My Mani/pedi came out amazing! Will definitely be back.

I was serviced by Maria. The only thing she asked me was if I wanted to cut down my nails or not. She should have asked if I wanted my cuticles cut or pushed back. She assumed I only wanted a regular pedicure, I corrected her and wanted the pedicure two levels up from the basic. I The massage was lackluster and the towels werent that hot. I dont think she wanted to do my nails. The guy at the front desk wasnt friendly or warm just told me to pick my color and sit down. Im never coming back. You have a lot of work to do regarding customer service.

The staff is very rude and not welcoming. After years doing my nails there for location convenience, I just could not justify giving them a penny more. No wonder all the best nail techs left that place. It is a toxic environment. The young guy in the front desk its really awful. He needs to get off the high horse before he falls.

I literally walked in to treat my big sister to a pedicure and I needed one of my own plus she needed a powder manicure and myself a full set designed gel set at 520p and they close at 7pm but they told us they were booked and could not take us but I watch other people white people walk in and be serviced, I guess they just do not accept people of color MONEY that’s fine with I will never be entering there establishment again in my life

I got my nails done there by MY JOB the first time and I will never go back, they RUN 🏃‍♀️ Customers away when they say theyre ALL booked up wven if you wanted a fill or a full set. What does it matter??? If Im a walk in at 10 what does it matter what i have but I am not being seen because they are ALL BOOKED UP for some odd reason. Girls, if a nail salon wont take you right then and there dont go back to whatever nail salon or spa it is. Its unacceptable and UNPROFESSIONAL. SO NOW I GOTTA GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IM HAPPY TO NOW✌🏽

I have been coming to Venetian Fort Lauderdale since they opened. I have always been more than happy with the service. The nail polish selection is beyond any that can be found elsewhere. I rarely have to wait for my appointment and extremely pleased with all services... obviously afterall I have been coming here for several years.Additionally, the salon has taken precautions since Covid seriously and always maintains a high standard of cleanliness.Their prices may be a little higher than other salons...but, I feel quality and consistancy worth it.

I came here because I needed to get my nails done for an event. I was in and out within the hour but paid more for a gel mani than I usually do if I got acrylics with the same style.The holographic powder I got was done very well with the exception of a particle under the polish and my bleeding cuticle.

Jimmy did a wonderful job on my dip, the last time I had dip on my nails was the first time and the guy prior to Jimmy did terrible but Jimmys work is great it looks so natural Im so impressed, the other guy made the dip lumpy and unnatural near the cuticle Inhad decided that Id never get the service again. Jimmys work is going to keep me coming back. It has location as Bal Harbour but that is incorrect I was in Fort Lauderdale at the location off of Federal Hwy that is where Jimmy works, not sure how it used this location.

Very clean, professional and friendly. They have million of colors regular, gel and powder. I have never seen so many colors in my life! You can make an appointment or walk in. Good thing that they work late and I am able to do my nails after work.

I like the atmosphere . The bathrooms everything was really clean the people will really nice and polite. The waterfalls were very nice and relaxing the complimentary wine was very nice we didnt have an appointment we didnt have to wait they took us right in Maria and lee was very wonderful they took care of us

I got my nails done 9 days ago and three of my nails broke within a week. (Two gel full set nails came off and idk when) I called to see if I can come in and get them fixed, don’t care about the fee just wanted to get them taken care of. I came in after work and they said they are fully booked and I can try again tomorrow. You cannot make appointments to fix nails but they also cannot take me after work. I will not be returning.

When I walked in this salon for the first time today, I thought WOW! It is a beautiful salon. The front desk was so nice. The check in process was so simple. Really love this place. The smell in here was not the overwhelming toxic smell that you usually smell at nail salons. I do think I will begin coming to this salon only from now on! highly recommend!!!

Went in for my first time and Im extremely happy with how my nails turned out. 😍 The nail tech really took his time and made sure to get everything perfect without me even having to ask him to. I didnt have to tell him to fix anything and Im a perfectionist when it comes to my nails. This place is definitely on the pricier side..I paid $68 for a gel acrylic manicure but it was worth every penny!!

The staff here were very unprofessional, and did not deliver the service that I asked. I simply asked for a manicure, but the manager and staff member stated that they could not do that for me because my nail beds were too short. I honestly thought if they were licensed, they can work with any nail bed, no matter the length. The manager was not a typical manager who would try his best to accommodate me as a client. I will make sure that I never return here again. The customer service was very, very poor. I would not recommend at all.

Please don’t trust those bad reviews. I have been coming to this salon since they opened and always treated like a queen. They have the best customer service ever! I don’t have a go to nail tech since all of them are my favorites. I’m not an easy going person, but never get disappointed with my nails here. I barely have appointments due to my job but the wait not so bad all time. Well, it will be up to an hour or so wait time if you come on holidays, so try to make an appointment days before cause they are the busiest salon in town all year round. Disposable liners and tool kits are used for both manicure and pedicure services to ensure your safety which is a huge plus compared to other salons. I love love live this Venetian so much! Highly recommended if you need to pamper yourself. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Horrible experience. I will never go back. I never post a bad review but this was too terrible to NOT post. BEIN was his name. He was very forceful and cut me many times during the process. I bled twice bc of him, but yet he asked me if I was sensitive. I kept pulling away due to his aggressiveness. My fingers are still burning hours later. My daughter and I got 2 simple gel manicures and it cost us 91 dollars total. Ridiculous!

Questionable if the staff is actually certified to perform these services. No refunds if a situation goes wrong.Why?: I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and left very unsatisfied and with pieces of my eyelid skin waxed off. The wax “professional” seemed nervous and confused. At the time I exited the establishment my eyebrows looked about the same as the time when I walked in. I paid and left straight to the pharmacy to purchase supplies for my newly waxed skinned eyelid. I didn’t want to address this at the moment of payment because I believe in politely and privately contacting the establishment and dealing with the situation rather than costing them potential waiting customers. The staff responded quickly through their communication service but they do not issue refunds once the transaction has been made, they only offer a gift certificate for you to return to the establishment; Which with my experience I really do NOT want to go back. It was very painful and upsetting to go in for an eyebrow wax and get my eyelid skin ripped off. I’ve gone to the Venetian nail spa in Coconut Creek before and I’ve never had such a negative memorable experience. Needless to say I will not be coming back...

They are doing great with having screens between customer and employee and were also very nice. However, My sister had to point out several issues with her nails which were quickly fixed, their prices on their website are not updated, and was expecting a hand massage with my dip manicure but once my nails were done, that was the end of the service.

Do yourself a favor and find a different nail salon to spend your hard earned cash. My best friend and I have visited this location on several previous occasions, but never will again. Front desk representative is extremely rude and acted as though we were an inconvenience to him. I had arrived ahead of my friend and signed us in for a pedicure. Was told that it was a first come first serve situation and informed the front desk representative I was fine waiting however long once she arrived so we could get our pedicures done together. She arrives 5 minutes later and as we’re looking at colors, a nail tech approaches us and informs us he can take one of us back, but not both. Front desk representative then proceeds to tell me we’ve misunderstood him and that we cannot have our pedicures done together. This has never been an issue before as my best friend and I have been there during busy hours and waited as long as needed so we could sit together. I understand this could have been a slightly different situation this time due to the holidays, however when you proceed to interact with your customer in a condescending manner, you will lose business. Not only will my best friend and I never set foot in this facility again, we will tell all of our friends and family not to do so as well.

The son of the former owner took over but is ruining this place to the ground. He is rude and lack costumer service manners. I had being going there for years as the technicians are pretty good but I keep seeing new faces so I guess he is not too friendly with the staff either. Luckily there is another Venetian not far from them that are ten times nicer and the place is even prettier. I’m Happy to take my $65+ biweekly business to them where I feel welcome. For now this location just lost another loyal client, me.

Extremely expensive for the area. I dont live in Fl, I came with my daughter who comes to this place often, but to her surprise (and mine) they have increased the prices incredibly high. I believe they blame it on COVID 19. My nail place in the DC area raised the prices by only $2 per service.Ill never comeback to this place!

I really enjoy coming to Venetian. Ive been a customer for a few years now and I mainly get pedis here and I think they always do a fantastic job. The higher end pedis are $51 which IS steep but you get an amazing experience with fresh fruit, mud masks and exfoliation so I think its worth it. Ask for Tina, shes a sweetheart!

I have been going to this nail salon for years and overall have had good experiences BUT I will never again step foot into this place. My best friend and I meet up there often to get a pedicure to catch up. We have never had a problem sitting next to each other and going to the chair at the same time. This past Saturday we were there without an appointment so we understood we would need to wait. We didnt mind since it gave us more time together.The receptionist was already grumpy when we walked in and told us we would have to wait and it seemed like he didnt want us there at all. A technician came over and told us that one of us could get started and we asked politely if we could wait for a second technician to be available. The receptionist came over and very rudely started telling us in no way could we wait to have a pedicure together. They had other people waiting and we couldnt wait. We told him the other customers could have our spot and that we always get a chair together. I have NEVER been spoken to the way he spoke to us in the service industry. We put our colors back on the wall and told him we would be going to another salon. He never apologized and got even more defensive.I will happily never be back there and will make sure to tell others to never go there.

I had appointments set for my daughter and I today. I went by the salon a few days before because I had decided to treat my MIL to a manicure since shes never had one and shes been ill. Shes in a wheelchair so I went by to make sure they could accommodate her. I was told yes but that they werent making appointments for regular Manis. I was told to just bring her and there would be someone available. We get there and its a different story. I realize its a holiday weekend, but in my opinion thats why an appointment should have been made. After going back and forth, the gentleman actually got sassy and asked what did I want him to do, theyre all booked up? Sir, I dont want you to do anything. I can take my money elsewhere. Youre overpriced in my opinion anyway. And Im not a new client. Ive spent alot of money with this salon. I expected a little more consideration.

I called and was very clear that I was trying to get very specific and detailed nail art, they told me they could do that and gave me an appointment late night the day before Halloween. I drove 15 miles out to them and they said they could only do pumpkin or bat stickers.

Prices are also very reasonable. I don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews because at least from my personal experience I have not once encountered any problems and I visit about twice a month.

I was completely caught off guard when the nail salon asked my son Steven to leave. When I explained he was not able to leave on his own and asked if he could wait in an open seat until I was done, I was aked if there was someone I could call to pick him up. After I insisted he was not leaving, trying very hard not to make a scene, they allowed him to wait in an open chair. By the way, I had already asked our nail tech if it was ok for him to wait either in his pedicure chair or next to me and he said either way was fine. We have been going to this nail salon for years. We pay for Steven to get a pedicure every visit whether he needs one or not. I followed up with the front desk after we left because I was so upset thinking for sure once they understood the situation they would at least acknowledge it could have been handled better. Sadly they did not. They maintained their position that everyone must leave once their service is done regardless of the situation. When I mentioned there was a little girl sitting at the nail dryer waiting on her adult long after her nails were dry they still did not acknowledge it couldve been handled better. Not much gets to me but this definitely did. Needless to say we will never go back to Venetian Nail Salon in Fort Lauderdale.

This is my first time here as i just moved to the area and i was so impressed. The salon is really nice and clean. They use liners for pedicure tubs and disposable nails kit which is really hygienic. The front desk girl was so sweet as she answered all my questions to make sure i understand all the options. They also have complimentary water, sodas and WINE. This salon will definitely be my go to from now on!

I had an amazing experience at Venetian Nail Spa at the 1634 Federal Hwy location in Fort Lauderdale. The staff is friendly and accommodating, I was able to get a same day appointment no problem. Since it was my first time here, I didn’t request a specific nail tech, and while I’m sure the entire staff is great, I feel fortunate to have been paired with Brooke. She’s extremely thorough and talented. Her knowledge and love for the industry make it an even more pleasurable experience, I definitely recommend her I will be returning to see her for her full body waxing services as well. Overall, it’s was a 5 Star experience.

I used to come here all the time and always had a wonderful experience. However, I recently returned and had a horrible experience. My dip manicure chipped less than 24 hours after my original appointment and when I called to see if I could quickly come in for a fix (one one nail only) I got a run around on how they were so busy and couldn’t help me. I called another local Venetian, and guess what?! They told me to come right in and someone should help me immediately! I’d give zero stars if I could.

Very upsetting when you pay over $100 to have your fingers cut, the nails done so bad that you have to go back to get them fixed. And then the person who did your nails the 1st time acts like he doesnt want to listen and leavesyour nails worse. Wth, they said they could fix but with the same person. Come on really??? Give me my money back

First and foremost I went with my mother to get a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. The person who assisted me was Tina who was AMAZING, very patient, kind and skilled at what she does. On the account of Tina, this would have been a 5 star review but the one who assisted my mom whos name is Jimmy ruined the entire experience. From the pedicure which we did first to the gel manicure, he was rushing, sloppy, and when we tried to ask him to fix his mistakes he was rude in his response and did not make the adjustments. We mentioned this to the manager and ever he saw the difference between my nails and my mother. I say all that to say that although I would recommend this place, I just wanted to warn you.

Ive been going to Venetian for 6 years my technicians are Tommy and Mimi I could not have better people working on my nails. They are very professional and are very good at what they do I would never go any place else and I wouldnt have anybody else do my nails and waxing. They make me feel very welcomed and part of their family. If I have a question about my nails Tommy always knows what to do and Mimi actually Ive never had a better person do my eyebrows, they are always perfect. The manager is a very kind man and is very good with people I would never change my nail salon.

It is not easy to find a nail place that truly knows how to take care of your nails, and this Venetian has never disappointed me. I love this place. Ive always had a positive experience here. The place is so nice and clean. Price is a bit higher than some other places, but you get what you pay for. Everyone is so kind and friendly here, but I love Ashley the most. She always takes her time to listen to what I want and does truly take care of my nails. If youre looking for a clean, customer service oriented nail salon, then come to this place and ask for Ashley.

Wow - Amy is amazing! She is the best ever! She is so good, her manicure and pedicure carry a five star rating for Venetian though the internet service is very bad. She is friendly, funny, welcoming and provides the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. She is very popular and you have to book her in advance or you have no shot to see her.
