I was a loyal customer but never again these girls have an attitude. They seem like they dont wanna do your hair even though you are paying for the service. I got a sew in and the girl told me that I had to texturing some of my hair and then she was talking so much the whole time that she permanently damaged the hairs that were left out. It has been 3 months and my hair is still bone straight !!! Now I have to cut off my hair! It is crazy that I paid almost 400 dollars for the sew in and am now loosing hair and she didnt even say nun about it. Ladies at the salon just know people go to get their hair done bc they want to take care of their hair not PAY to LOOSE it. I was assisted by a stylist named Jen. She was a very charismatic stylist. She listened to my demands and delivered a fabulous result. I booked the appointment the day of, and was pleased with my style. I got a silk press on my transitioning hair (1 year post-relaxer). I have received many compliments on my hair as it is shiny and silky. The price was also good. Not cheap, but not extraordinarily high. I would recommend this salon to others. If you go, ask for Jen!

Listen! if you’re looking for a good place to get your hair braided. contact shay. she is the only person that has braid my hair and I was satisfied I went to get medium size box braids. she did my hair in about 2hrs.a little tender but it wasn’t tight and my braid didn’t or haven’t fall out.it’s been a month now, since I had my hair did. and it still look good. It was money well spent and i would definitely go back there. I’ve gone to other place where my braid would fall out or it was not professionally done right.I am very pleased with her. professionalism, her work ethics, the convenience and comfort of the salon. each stylist has a work room, with door, which made it very private. also wifi and Netflix.The location is superb. plenty of parking and easy to find.

I have been going to Kay for over 12 years and she is the best hair care professional that I have ever encountered. She has done my daughters hair from early childhood and still does my daughters hair even though my daughter is away at college. My daughter comes home just to see Kay. Hi! I had a really nice experience there when i got my box braids done in February. I am trying to remember the name of the stylist that did my hair so I can recommend her. She had her small daughter with her...help!

I have been to this salon twice so far and plan to go back. The first time I had my hair washed, straightened, and trimmed by Grace. I have natural hair and do not cut nor trim it often. So, I am very particular of who styles it. I needed someone who would not shy away from my different hair types nor would try to convince me to get it relaxed. As a result of this visit, my hair was much healthier and she did not take off too much length. Grace was very friendly and made the atmosphere of the shop soothing. I did not feel uncomfortable at all and it was very easy to communicate the needs of my hair with her. My hair came out very smooth/straight & shiney from the trimming, but I did not see any residual damage afterwards.The second time that I went back, Grace put in a protein treatment since my hair felt limp. I was very afraid to put anything in it and did not want the curl pattern to be disturbed. To my pleasant surprise, my hair was the same look and pattern, but stronger. It needed protein and I did not know it. I would recommend visiting her if your natural hair needs a boost/treatment or a good trim. She will not make you feel like your hair is impossible to do, but of course, will offer tips if you need to take better care of it. Overall, a great experience!

I like this salon alot. They have private suites for most of your services. The plaza is upscale no men hanging out in the parking lot and no drunks or druggies hanging around outside. Its about time we have a classy location where they do good hair nails lashes brows waxing the works in fort Lauderdale and its NOT in a unsafe hood like environment. You must call to make a appointment to be let in they are very Exclusive I like that not just anyone can open the door and come in they miat be let in. They open till 12am. They dont have loud cursing or wild behaved stylists working here so its great for my kids to come get services. The owner has a great attitude. I like the soothing environment. I would like to SHOUT out Exclusive hair care Salon & Spa. I do not live in FL, but came to visit a friend that recommended this salon. I must say I WAS IMPRESSED. The service I recieved from their stylist Angela was one I will speak about whenever I discuss stylist in FL. She was kind, curteous and most of all my hair was done EXACTLY how I wanted it. She put wavy fusion extensions in my hair and the way she layered and styled it was beautiful and sexy. I just want to say thank you to her and Exclusive Salon for making me an extremely happy customer.

I called to see if they were open at 2 pm. Woman on the phone assured me on the that they were and told me to come by for a dreadlock retwist and ask for Susie Q or Betty B. When i arrived, the door was locked and had to be buzzed in. I waited for 10 minutes and nobody came to my assistance. I then; out of the blue was told that neither Susie Q or Betty B was at the salon and promptly kicked out the salon for waiting peacefully in the waiting area because i was making them feel “unsafe” by being basically a black man with dreadlocks. Ridiculous! How can you run a business and be scared of your paying customers!? Black people being unnecessarily racist toward other black people. If you’re looking for hair care take your business elsewhere, there are dozens of other salons in south florida. i wish i could give negative ten million stars. waste of time and money. this business is probably a drug front because they damn sure don’t know how to run the business properly!

I have natural 4c type hair down to my bra strap.I am 5ft10 so my hair is long.I had split ends and i decided that i needed to get rid of them.I search and found this place .I called and asked them questions about natural hair, they transfer me to a lady named GRACE and she was like oh yeah natural hair is what i do.I was happy because its hard to find.I drove 40 mns to go that place. When i get there i was kind of surprise because it wasnt what i was expecting.There were a lot of little rooms and everybody was doing their own business.She was late because she had to get her kids from school. I dont mind but dont give me a time where you know you will not be at the place.I waited.Very unprofessional, her 2 girls were fighting on me.I had to move back so i dont get hit. my hair was already washed but she insisted that my hair wasnt clean.she proceed on washing my hair. while my hair is under the drying hood.I witness her washing and detangling her daughters hair.From that point i should have run.I regret this so bad.she was everything but gentle.that poor girl!when my hair was dry she proceed on cutting my hair.I NEVER said i wanted a cut, i said MY ENDS.She cut so much of my hair by trying to make them the same length which was a fail.One side is so much shorter than the other one that everyone notice it.MY biggest problem is now my hair feel stringy as if i got a relaxer but didnt let it set fully.My hair is overly dry and stringy.DO NOT GO THERE.her name is GRACE,the one with dreads and triplet.I will never go back there.I had beautiful 4c hair, now i dont even know what type my hair is.my hair was so coarse and full now its so flat.she cut it so short and uneven.I regret this so bad.MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE PUTTING IN YOUR HAIR.Oh and that supposedly stylist GRACE is such a liar.i cant believe this. Oh so my hair was damaged and infested with dandruff?It’s my fault because i should have run again when your daughter asked where did you learn how to cut and you responded that YOU TAUGHT YOURSELF HOW TO CUT.That should have been my cuePeople, make sure you checked their license.From the way these people respond to reviews,you already see what type of “business” this is.

My hair stylist was Grace. She did an amazing job! I got my hair washed, deep conditioned, blow dried, trimed and flat ironed. Afterwards my hair felt so amazing and super healthy! I have natural hair and she flat ironed it without messing up my curl pattern. When she trimmed my hair she didnt cut off half of my hair either like some places Ive been to before. She just trimmed what needed to be trimmed and made sure I left the salon happy with her work. She also gave me tips on how to keep my hair healthy and recommended products that would work best for me. Professional work from a wonderful person who truly wants you to have healthy hair. Would definitly recommend having Grace do your hair.

If your looking for different hair style method without damaging your hair this is the place. Ive had perms, cuts, swe ins, Brazilian and infusion done to my hair and each hairstyle has always caused people to *Stop and Stare* I love it here... Angela the Hair owner is a true peach in every sense of the word. She offers true customer service. If your hair appointment is at 6pm its at 6pm no waiting for 2-3 hours until the next client leave. She offers light refreshment and it is truly refreshing to be treated like a person instead of anther head to style.

I choose Exclusive Hair Care and Spa becuase of its great reviews. The maanger assigned me to Loyin. I have to say that nobody including my last stylist has ever made my hair look this good,!!!! She is a miracle worker.! I am so blessed to have found her . I let the front desk of the hotel I am staying at make a copy of her card, in case someone asks where to get their hair done.
