I haven’t found a good nail tech for designs in a long time! She was fast but worked with quality care. I’ve been here for about 10 sets now and I refuse to go anywhere else. This is my spot now!

I came today to do a pedicure for second time after Linh did a dipping powder on my nails yesterday. She was very nice and pleasant. I had a broken nail and she treat it me with a lot of care. I definitely recommend this nail place. I’ll be coming back again.Congratulations!

Linh is absolutely amazing!! I’ve been going to her for over a year and will not go anywhere else. My dip manicure last 4 weeks!!!! Her pedicures are super relaxing and last. I love the color choices and how clean it is.

Helen the owner was rude and not welcoming. I requested a particular technician and she put me with a person that seemed to be new and did a terrible job. I had to correct her several times! From leaving the cuticle unfinished to messing up the nail polish. She could not even put my slippers on at the end, she had trouble assembling their disposable slippers! Oh vey! The place lacks cleaning! Bathroom shows they have roach infestations as you are welcomed with several roach traps in a tiny bathroom, the stations were dirty and even the entrance counter is disgusting! Beware!!!

I got a mani/pedi and eyebrows done here for the first time and they did an excellent job. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent!

I have been going to this Salon since they were originally opened about 20 years ago! Let’s just say this: when the plaza was under renovation, I couldn’t see them from the highway and thought I’d lost them for good. I was sad and disappointed that I had to change and start over building rapport with new techs!!! Much to my surprise, they reappeared 2 years later (when they were never even gone in the first place...silly me) and I resumed going back. Helen, the main owner is amazing, always friendly, pleasant and very accommodating, along with all the other staff members. Each time I visit for nail fills or pedicures, service is great. I always see repeat customers in there too which speaks for itself! GIVE THEM A TRY and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Linh is my favorite tech she is vary creative and attentive! A definite win for me!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to recommend this place to everyone!! You get the same quality as you would if you went somewhere far more expensive. The prices are more than reasonable and the outcome is always great. They can always make time for me and are extremely friendly.

I just moved to Wilton Manors and cant believe I didnt look at the Google reviews before I went to this salon. Thats on me. If you read this, dont go. I got a dip manicure and it looks terrible. She was so aggressive with the drill and rough drill bits that my nail beds are a mess under the dip. She cut my cuticle with the cuticle trimmer that came out of her drawer instead of a sterilized pack. I wont be going back and am terribly upset about the result of my manicure and the worsened shape of my nails.

This is the only nail salon I have been to for eighteen (18) years. Helen does my gel and white tip nails and Kelly gives the best DELUX pedicures 🤗. They are flexible with appointments and always cater to your needs.

Worst full set with gel I’ve ever got(mani). The supposed shape of my nails was square and round, and the guy did a horrible job. My nails didn’t look any shape at all just messy. Also, it started to hurt when I had one week with my nails done, I decided to remove them and the guy stick the nail to my skin not to my nail and it hurt like hell. Therefore, I paid $40 for this mess. I’m so disappointed. And the worst part is that the staff wasn’t friendly at all, they were talking and laughing in another language the whole time and it made you feel uncomfortable. DONT GO. IM GIVING IT ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE NO CHOICE.

Horrible customer service.They employees simply have a nasty attitude to clients. The owner (at least she acts like the owner or manager) is super rude!! Honestly no one should condone a business with people as rude as them. I have been going here for a while as it’s super close to my house but am completely over their horrible client services.

The funniest thing was to hear “be careful don’t touch anything your nails are still wet” hahaha I think my 2yo son can do my manicure better than this . TERRIBLE quality.

I have been going to Polished Nail for about 10 years. I use pink and white acrylics as I am a professional calligrapher and must have clean nails with white edges as I letter thousands of envelopes and place cards. Helen is the owner and does my nails. She is prompt and does a beautiful job and is gentle.Prior to Polished Nail I used other salons since acrylic nails came into fashion about 40 years ago. Other salons have charged more and take a lot longer for the same service. Also their nails have popped off once in a while. With Helen, I have not lost a single one. Also, other salons have filed so close that my cuticles bleed and are then too painful to work.On occasion I get a pedicure by another tech. Always nice and relaxing. They use disposable plastic liners in the foot tubs.I would highly recommend this salon.

Decided to try this place on a whim. Went for the deluxe pedicure. Pointed out to the nail tech that my polish was uneven and her colleague restated what I noticed in their native tongue, but this is still how I left. Going to see if another tech will fix it. Will update this review based on the results.

Very friendly staff, but my nails came out terrible. Not sure if the tech was new, or just not a great nail girl, but my nails are uneven, have streaks of paint, there is a dent in two of them. I paid for $45 and I am extremely unhappy, shame because the girl was really nice.

Love this salon! After moving to South Florida a few years ago, I couldn’t really find a “go-to” salon until I found Polished! I’ve never had trouble booking a same day appointment, the prices are very good, and i’ve gotten full sets by sooooo many people, but Lynnie at Polished is one of the best! My nails can last around 3 weeks without any breaking or lifting, and before I was lucky if I could go 2 weeks. Very friendly atmosphere and very clean. Plenty of free parking as well.

Owner is very rude, my nails kept breaking every time I went to get it done. And when I go back, she never wanted to fix it for free. She will tell me I had to pay, for nails less than a week old. She talk about me in her language to the other workers. And was very rude, and said some prejudice remarks. I stop going about a year ago. Her workers are nice, but after I was treated like that a few times. She will not get my business.

I scheduled an appointment for an amazing gel nails. I did have an good experience with this nail salon. The color rarely chipped, even still natural and smooth. I also recommend these high level of staffs here. They really professional and always have a good, surprise end. The price is good. Whats else do you want? For me, its just enough. Im pleased with my nails and I definitely introduce the salon to my friends

Visiting the area for vacation. Looked up nail salons on google....Polished was open on Sunday so we gave it a try. My sister and I were seated and seen quickly. Great service. It was explained that basic pedi was $25 and deluxe was $42 and given the choice without pressure. Opted for the deluxe...wonderful. Atmosphere was nice, salon appeared clean and staff was friendly.

I really like this salon ! My first time and I am really impressed. I would say it is very different from the reviews. Actually very much different because I noticed that they took their time with me. Attention, to detail and great with communication. I love their decor in the store and their very amazing comfy pedi chairs.

I went here for a gel manicure. My nails were fairly long so I asked the man if he could file them back a bit. He ended up making them completely uneven, so I obviously asked him to fix them. He filed my nails all the way down to my skin to the point that it hurt. I thought about asking for a different person at that point but felt awkward so I proceeded to let him paint my nails. He got the gel polish ALL over my cuticles (it looked like a 6 year old painted my nails!). The worst of it is that he made me BLEED as he tried to CUT the polish off my cuticles. I asked for a manager and she offered for the gel to be removed and for someone else to re-do them. At that point, I had already been there for over an hour and wanted out. She still made me pay the full price for the manicure, and told me I can come back to get my nails done for free. But NEVER never will I go bad to this horrible place. Avoid at all costs.

I made an appointment for NextGen/powder nails with a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Location is in a nice shopping center next to Whole Foods. It is clean and up to date with nice spa chairs. Staff was friendly. Price was reasonable. If I lived in Ft. Lauderdale, this would be my regular salon.

I have been going there for over 2 years and Im done! They do a pretty good job (depending on whos doing your nails, the lady on #2 is always doing a quick job and rushing you out!) but the owner is so rude, Ive never seen someone that impolite with so little respect and education!Most of them have no problem pointing at you and talking in Vietnamese to their co-workers, the owners wife herself set in front of me to do my nails and started working without saying even hi/hello or even looking at me, I thought that was pretty rude and on top of that she refused to shape my nails the way I wanted AND she Overcharged me!!! How unprofessional toward somebody whos a customer for over 2 years.I never complaint before and didnt want to do it, but the last time was just over the top.

My gel manicure didnt last for more than a week without chipping. From what I was told from the staff, they usually dont chip until 2-3 weeks afterwards. I went in there 3 times within 1 week to fix the same problem on 6/10 nails. The 3rd time, Ive had enough of driving back and forth, so I asked them to just redo the set to make it all even again. I even said I would pay again. I didnt think this was an unreasonable request.Unfortunately, the girl who redid my manicure didnt feel the same way.From the moment I sat down in the chair, she openly expressed her dislike for me. She made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience for her. She was rude and nasty. Not to mention, speaking another language in front of a customer who doesnt know the language is just plain rude. Especially when they know youre talking about them, but dont understand what exactly youre saying about them. It seems like everyone knows English, so why not speak a language most of your customers can understand?She was so rough, and forceful that she actually hurt my hands a couple times during the visit. She tried forcing my hands to move in a way theyre not usually supposed to... it almost felt deliberate... even if it wasnt, I dont think Ill be coming back again.

Dont go there. The person doing a simple manicure was carless and acted like she was in a hurry even though the place was empty of clients. She managed to cut me even after I asked her to be careful, and offered no apology... She did such a bad paint job that she had to de one hand over again... Not recommended.

Weve gone in many times over the years for mani pedis, 2 or 3 usually, sometimes more. We went in yesterday and it was horrible. We left with rough, uneven nails, bleeding from fingers and toes, feeling as if we were more than rushed. We all wanted the nails smoothed and buffed. The woman working on me did neither. Two of the manicurists cut our fingernails straight toenail clippers while we were sitting in pedicure chairs, not the usual side nippers and not after soaking our nails at the manicure station. I only saw a few of the regular nail techs, so dont know if they had a huge turnover in staff or just a very off day. Service had ranged from good to great over the years but the last several times has gotten worse. For us, yesterday was the final straw. It was also the slowest Ive ever seen it in the salon. Best advice, go somewhere else for your nails.

The young man ruined my nails. Took an hour to fix and they tacked on an extra 10 dollars at the end. They said dipping powder costs 35 but some how I got charged 45. Ridiculous. I will be going back to nail safa down the road from now on.

It depends on who does your nails one time I went they did a great job, next time I went she did a horrible job and was very rude.

I have been going to this salon off and on within the last couple years, mostly for a mani/pedi.The last couple times have been by far the worst. The first pedicure left me with horrible hang nails on my toes, this last time left me bleeding from most of my toes and the start of hang nails.I was with a group and they all got similar treatments, they were left with rough cut nails, hang nails, and missed steps that the other techs had given to other customers.They were even starting the manicure in the pedicure station which was by far the oddest thing Ive seen.Service has been declining over the years and every subsequent time visiting has seemed rushed and incomplete.Part of me hopes that this treatment isnt because we were men, the woman in the station next to me got the expected treatment including a nail tech that was friendly and chatting with her, our techs spoke mostly amongst each other, with little interaction with us.

I stopped in to have my toes done before we left on a cruise. Everyone was very friendly, and my nails looked great.

Horrible. Went in for mani & pedi. Manucurist kept twisting my toe and causing pain. When i flinched from the pain, he told ME to stop moving! What an idiot. I left after the pedi & went to another salon for the mani. The employees were unfriendly, unwelcoming, constantly chatted away in their language.. laughing away and ignoring their customers. No wonder the place was empty on a Friday evening...
