Very nice experience. Went there with my kids and husband and we all enjoyed it. We were treated very nicely and got complimentary tea. My only suggestion is that the soaps in the showers should be labeled so that we know which one is shampoo, which one is conditioner and which one is body soap. I loved the dark chocolate treat on your way out! We will definitely be back more often!

The experience was good from beginning to end. The massage was professionally done and the person giving the massage knew what she was doing and waited until I got dress to escort me to the front. I didnt have a long wait time and was served my choice of tea while waiting. My only wish was that I got to experience the socks and comfy slippers.

My masseuse was INCREDIBLE (ask for Julie)! She was so professional, kind, and gave an ultra relaxing massage. The facility also offers complimentary beverages and provides heated neck wraps while waiting to be seen! 100/100 would recommend.

The owner is a very rude person with 0 customer service skills. Regardless of the issue I had, one thing I expect with any establishment is professionalism. I’m the customer so even if you as the owner did not agree with what I had to say, address me with respect and take my experience into account. At the end of the day it is exactly what it is MY experience and no one can dictate that especially if they were not present when the experience and or conversation took place. It’s just unprofessional to call a customer who was loyal enough to become a member of your rinky dink spa, a liar. The owner never met me in my life and knows nothing about me. The least he could do is respect the fact that I’m a customer and vested money into his establishment. Just disgusting and appalling. He called me to address a concern I called him about and off rip had a major attitude, was combative, belligerent and deceptive. He claims there have been no other issues with his spa, but judging by the other low rated comments I’d beg to differ. One thing that keeps coming up is how rude the owner is. He’s a savage. As a business owner myself, I know first hand this is a sure way to fail as a business owner. No wonder the place is always empty…Anyways I feel comfort knowing what goes around certainly comes around and what you reap you sow. 👊🏿 I’m sure he’ll respond denying this and with rude allegations as anyone viewing would witness that he typically does. It doesn’t change the fact that this is a recurring issue in his business and there’s paper trial of it right here with the other similar reviews. Don’t come here it’s not worth it. There are other way better spas nearby that actually respect and appreciate their customers.

I had a great day having three treatments.The entire experience is wonderful. It starts when you check in and trade your shoes for a pair of spa booties and then get to choose a pair of animal slippers before going to change into a spa robe. (I got the lion.)The staff is fabulous and friendly and welcoming. They roll out the red carpet and make sure you enjoy your visit. The spa has relaxing music and waterfalls in the relaxation room to enjoy before, after, and between treatments. They offer fabulous teas, and you can even order lunch or cheese plates.There is an attached boutique and also a hair and nail spa. I didnt use either, but both looked nice.The treatments were fabulous. I had a massage, a facial, and a body scrub. Each therapist was wonderful and provided a nice service.Im leaving here very relaxed and happy. I regret there are only 5 stars to give as a rating. Id give bonus stars if they were available.

It was a Birthday gift from my co-workers for myself and my husband, the facility itself was very clean, the owner himself and the front desk lady was very nice, however, the wait time was very long, there was another African American couple that came after us and about 4 Caucasians that came after them but was treated before us, the other African American couple left but because it was a gift I stayed for the massage, thinking ok they must have had appointments before us, anyway, because I was at one time a massage therapist I am aware of the proper way to give a massage, I did not make them aware of my past massage experience I allowed them to go for what they know, I must say the massage both my husband and I experience was very disappointing, they asked on the form what areas would you like them to focus on I was specific and advised my shoulders and back and those areas were the least focused on, I understand pressure points but what the massage therapist did was not applying pressure but it was pain, I flinched at times and never did she ask me was it too much pressure or was I ok, she continued applying pressure as if nothing was wrong, there was nothing relaxing about the massage, you learn in schools that when you’re giving a massage to always keep 1 hand on the client so they will always know you’re still there and it wouldn’t be like a shock to them when moving to the next area, she continued to remove both hands and just slam into the next area so there was no comfort in my massage at all, sadly my husband experience the same thing, I’m not sure if they were upset about something or not, or, were not in the mood to deal with my husband and I but once they were finished with our massage they advised us to get dressed and left and we just had to figure out on our own which way was the exit.. I’ve had several massages but sadly I have to say this experience was the worse, I can’t remember if they gave their names or not but I know their service really sucked… I am truly saddened to have to tell my co-workers about this place because word of mouth goes a long way…But I would not recommend this Spa to anyone.Sincerely;Very very disappointed customer.😢

This was one of the most relaxing and soothing massages I’ve ever had. From sitting in the relaxation room to the actual treatment room everything was perfect. They have star lights on the ceiling that put you right in a peaceful state of mind and then the massage therapist customized absolutely everything to your comfort/pressure level. There are a lot of places in the local area but this one is definitely worth checking out. They have good deals and packages and I can’t wait to return.

Shopping center where this place is located is dated but the interior was well designed. Couples message was awesome and the staff was very friendly.

I’m giving the 3 stars for the massage. The facial I had was very good. I had a manicure/pedicure twice - the first time was good the second not so good, because of how inconsistent it was I will not go back for those services. Really wanted to try the massage, because I read many positive reviews. My experience was underwhelming. I regret to say that after the treatment I did not feel any real tension release in my muscles, or any real relaxation. After such a disappointing experience even the introductory rate felt like it was too much.

This place is awesome. You are totally pampered from the time you walk through the door until your session is completed. Staff is very helpful, kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Everyone was great. The salt therapy was surprisingly refreshing and the massage was just what husband and I needed on little vacation. I spent 7 hours at Life stream spa and it was everything I needed and more. The staff was always inquiring if I was okay and made sure I enjoyed my time there. The introductory price are amazing.

Friend and I were vacationing on a girls trip and scheduled services before arriving in Ft Lauderdale. We were ushered to a room with comfy lounges and given mimosas while we did paperwork. Then we had wonderful, relaxing massages, followed by delicious facials. The staff are all skilled and friendly. Its pretty pricey but save up, coz its worth it.

I did the Lifestream Total Experience and it was amazing! I got a scrub and mud wrap, followed by a shower, a hot stone massage, lunch and a hydrafacial. Everyone was professional and friendly and it was such a lovely experience. 100% recommended. Alyssa, Isabel and Galina were the ladies who did the different services. Incredible, thabk you! :)

Walking into the salon, I was greeted so kindly and my great experience began. I wanted a balayage which Is hard to find a good artist. My hairstylist was Alexis and she was amazing from beginning to end. From her listening to my needs and desires to creating exactly what I wanted. She is the best and I will always go see her. The best body, spirit, and mind spa in Fort Lauderdale, by far! The friendliest staff makes sure each experience is unique and fulfilling. I got a 60 minute couples massage with CBD with my husband last weekend. This was much needed! We both had a great experience and would highly recommend our massage therapists: Sonja and Isabelle! They were professional and asked us appropriate questions. We will be back!

The chaise sofas and tranquility just soothes all your stresses away. CARLA was my masseuse...she was EXCELLENT!!! So accommodating to my specific needs. Her hands are blessed and talented. She applies just the right pressure you would prefer. Her spirit is so relaxing. She makes every stroke with effort and keeps the momentum the entire massage. Youll never want to leave. Feels like your sleeping on a cloud. They never rush you out. Id highly recommend this spa. Ive been going back for years, and look forward to the experience every time!

I hosted a bridal party at Lifestream Spa and everything turned out even better than I expected. The staff was so professional, the atmosphere was relaxing and we were all treated as VIP. We ordered a cheese tray and it was perfect. Mimosas were given to us prior to our massages to get us ready and relaxed and then afterwards too! The massage was incredible with customized treatment for each of us, individually. The brides mother couldnt stop commenting on how wonderful she felt after her massage. The Bride nearly sprawled out on the floor after her massage and I almost cried when my massage ended. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and we are so happy with the results. Thank you Lifestream Spa for helping to create such a memorable experience for our bride and the rest of us!

I called today to make an appointment as I saw there was an introductory offer of $67 for a 60 minute massage for first time clients. They had completely open availability, however after giving my phone number the receptionist told me I do not qualify for the offer because evidently my number was in the system from 2012. Mind you I have never been here. So although my number was somehow in the system from 8 1/2 years ago they lost my business during a time when everything has been closed for months due to Covid and I am sure the therapists would have preferred to have the business as well as the owner.

I’ve been to Lifestream several times but my husband treated me to a 90 minute Mimosa Caviar Facial. THE BEST FACIAL EVER! Treat yourself to any treatment at Lifestream, you deserve to be pampered! The owners and staff provide exceptional customer service along with the utmost knowledge of beauty treatment. Highly recommend this spa!

I went here a few weeks after a surgery I had and I lucky enough to be treated by the owner. She was phenomenal! Not only did she have wonderful hands she also gave me some great advice to help me recover from surgery. Most definitely recommend the spa for any lymphatic drain massages as well as a great place to get away. The entire staff was wonderful. Also: her spa was on a show on Investigation ID for anyone interested in trivia!

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and I really enjoy this spa. The one consistent thing about this place (and where my loyalty lies) is the staff of technicians. They are amazing therapists and dedicated and Ive always had a great service with high professionalism. The spa itself is clean, spacious, warm and inviting with great amenities. Creates a wonderful oasis of calm and serenity. You must try the salt room- it’s a very relaxing and therapeutic experience. My only issue I’ve ever had is with the front desk staff. Sometimes I feel rushed or unappreciated as a guest and get a bit of attitude on a bad day. Sometimes not the friendliest experience which sometimes leaves me feeling a dampener on my experience. But, I do love the spa and the services and my overall experience is positive. The owners are lovely people and very dedicated to their business which is fundamental!

This was hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had. Mind you, I only did their 30 min Infrared Sauna session. They truly took care of me from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, and I even had the door opened for me on the way out. The receptionist Olivia was amazing and she met every need/want that I had. It was so clean, smelled amazing in there, and it was one of the most calming experiences I have ever had. I WILL be back! I went to Lifestream for a massage. Their staff was very welcoming and informative. They took such good care of me starting from when I entered to when I left. They have you wear the Worlds Comfiest socks and slippers when you arrive. I was also offered drinks and a warm neck pillow as I waited for my masseuse, whom by the way was awesome!. She listened to me and got to know exactly what I needed and that is what she focused on. She is so sweet and positive, she even educated me on how to better take care of myself in between massages. Will definitely come back! Everything was great about this place.

I went here for a manicure and pedicure because I read on their website that they use an autoclave to sterilize their equipment. When I called for an appointment they told me I had to give them my credit card in order to hold my spot which was only a couple of hours away. They told me that I would be able to relax for a while prior to my appointment when I got there. However my relaxation was filling out a long form questionnaire that no one ever looked at. I got the dazzle dry nail Polish which was an extra charge, because they told me it would last much longer. They also told me that were giving me a first time customer discount. There was nobody in the entire place, I was the only customer on a Saturday. They gave some hot tea, which was nice. The manicure and pedicure took very long. The nail technician kept disappearing. She told me she had to let the coats dry in between. The hand and foot massages were only seconds long. The total charge for a manicure and pedicure with the new customer discount and the Dazzle Dry nail polish upgrade (that was supposed to last a long time) was $75!!! The nail polish only lasted a day before starting to wear off at the tips.

My husband and I visited here while we were on vacation and got a couples massage. It was a great deal! This place is very clean and the staff was very welcoming. We were offered cozy slippers and wine. It was a very relaxing environment. My husband had a great massage, but mine was just ok. I let them know i had some tight myscles and there was no actual kneading done- it was just rubbing. It was very relaxing and the massage therapists were very nice, but I was left wanting more. Overall, you can tell that everyone there wants you to have the best experience possible. I would definitely be back.

This place is so cute and nice. The atmosphere is relaxing and every single staff member was so friendly, from making the appointment to leaving. They were all very accommodating and make it a point that you have a wonderful “Lifestream Experience”. Well my experience was above wonderful and exceeded all of my expectations. I went in at 38 weeks pregnant with my mom for a whole spa day and they all took such great care of us from the second we arrived. The services we received were fantastic and I can’t wait to go back!

I just had the 50 minute couples massage with Sonya. She is a fabulous masseuse and I would definitely recommend a deep tissue with her! The entire process from checking in to checking out was truly pampering. The infrared sauna is a must as well! I will definitely be back!

From the first phone contact with Stephanie at the front desk to the last stop, a purchase at the lovely fashion boutique. . . every staff interaction was welcoming and professional, just the way a spa experience is supposed to be. The deep tissue therapeutic massage was thorough and healing (a real bargain at the intro price of $69.). The free wash and blowout to introduce their newly added hair salon was a great finishing touch. Friends pleased with their pedicure and massage, too. Glad to know they offer infrared sauna. Lovely decor without being overdone. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Driving by, this place looks like a hole in the wall, but once inside it is the most tranquil relaxing places! I have had many massages in my life but have had none that are as amazing as this! They give you the comfiest socks to go into the most adorable slippers and then move you into a quiet room where you have an option of cocktails, tea, water, etc and give you a warm neck pillow. We were there for a couples massage/prenatal for me and both of us were extremely happy, all of our problem areas were worked out and were given a long stem red rose and water. The entire staff was just AMAZING! I would give 6 stars if I could!

I went there with 5 other girls for my cousins bachelorette weekend - I cant say enough good things about Lifestream. Becca was very helpful with answering all my questions and organizing the reservations ahead of time. From when we walked through the door to when we left, everyone was so friendly and helpful, and I love the fun slippers they have everyone wear. The complimentary glass of wine was an incredible touch and really set the mood. We all had massages - Liz was my masseuse and oh my god she has magic hands. I have problems with tightness and knots in my shoulders and they felt incredible after she was done. She even sent me a cute little post card note in the mail afterwards! I also had a manicure and I had one of the natural polishes - no additional cost but somehow it hasnt chipped even a week later and usually they only last 3 days for me. Highly, highly recommended!!

My body works hard for a living and Ive been looking for a place that has therapists that work hard too and do more than just go through the motions. The whole experience was above and beyond. Even the waiting room is relaxing because they put you in soft, comfy socks right away and you wait on a chase lounge with a warm neck pillow and a tasty beverage. Yesterday was my first time at Lifestream and it was wonderful. We started with red wine & fuzzy slippers! We loved it. The staff were all exceptional. They were very warm, welcoming and smiling. The spa was clean and the atmosphere was light and relaxing. We had a couples massage with Jessica and April, both were excellent! We will absolutely be back.

Fun experience, great staff, and best couples message we have had in a long time! We came to Lifestream Spa while on vacation in Fort Lauderdale and booked it 2 weeks in advance. When we came into the spa it was so nice! The staff gave us these charming animal slippers with freshly washed cozy socks. We started smiling and giggling immediately, these slippers were so awesome. Then they took us in to a silent waiting area where we were served champagne and given lavender neck wraps. Out therapists came in not long after we finished our paperwork and man were these ladies awesome! We felt so relaxed and they gave us salted dark chocolate when we checked out.When we arrived home we had a very sweet personal postcard from Lifestream which only enhanced our thankfulness to who they are as a family and a business. This place is awesome - book here, it is more personal then these commercial message place and it is so much better!

This has been the most pleasant experience Ive ever had at a spa! Me and my fiance got a couples massage and I have to say Im extremely impressed! From the second I walked into the door and from when I left it was so relaxing and welcoming! They made sure that we were happy and enjoying the ambiance every step of the way. I have visited a lot spas due to my profession. Lifestream Spa was a wonderful experience. I was welcome by the owners Sonia and Michael which are always there and the connection and trust was instant. The Spa was clean, quiet and the treatments were very professional and simply the best.

My wife and I had a couples massage on June 5th during our visit to the area. We typically get massages about once each month so we know the difference between good and not so good massages. The massages at Lifestream were outstanding (as I said in the title to this review).I had Ashely and my wife has Elaine. I can personally vouch for Ashley. if returning, shed be the my first choice for a masseuse.Facility is very nice and they do pamper you there.Very pleased we select Lifestream for our massages while in Fort Lauderdale.

Everyone was friendly. I felt cared for. I love how clean and spotless the rooms looked. The employees were so professional. While the full body massage was great, the mud wrap and facial took the cake for me. Gloria Lopez did an impressive job with the mud wrap and facial. She relaxed me to the point where my mind was floating to sleep (and that is very hard for me with a stranger). The products are also nice ... i liked that majority was natural. So yes i absolutely recommend this place.

The most wonderful experience. My massage was amazing and every person we met was incredibly caring and warm. I highly recommend and am looking forward to returning myself when visit again.

In my opinion management is poor re customer service and while the massage therapists try, they seem to fall a little short. Watch out for price changes/extra charges. Would not recommend in comparison to other spas I’ve been to. Better management would really improve this place a lot. Beware.

Booked a couples massage while on vacation. This place is amazing for massages. Both the massages were amazing, the ladys were very knowledgeable and very helpful with the whole experience. The room was very nice and from start to finish you were taken care of a pampered. This is a must do for anyone who needs a stress relief.

This place is awesome, I highly recommend. Every therapist I’ve been too has hands like magic, very skilled and have their own excellent technique. My go to place. The staff is so nice and very accommodating. I leave here feeling so relaxed.

I went for my second massage at Lifestream yesterday and it was fabulous! My massage therapist, Angel, really did a fantastic job (she really IS an angel). She found and worked on my problems spots (even ones Id forgotten about) and she didnt talk incessantly. The pressure she used was perfect on every part of my body. The negative is the music played in the spa. It is not at all relaxing (I asked for it to be turned off). As I was leaving after my previous visit, I mentioned that to Michael, the husband of the owner, and he got very defensive and rude. Essentially, he told me I didnt know what I was talking about even though I wasnt the first person to tell him that. As someone else mentioned, hes a bit abrasive and full of himself. Sonya, the owner, is very sweet and the rest of the staff I encountered were also nice, attentive and helpful. I highly recommend Lifestream and especially Angel.

Absolutely a warm atmosphere! From the front staff to the wonderful ladies doing the massage we received wonderful customer service (even though I was few minutes late) We actually almost asleep during the couples massage. Everything was very inviting and I cant wait to go back for a facial or something else.

I went in to get an introductory 1 hour massage, and had an amazing experience. My knots in trap/shoulder area definitely feel smaller afterwards. The staff were all professional and friendly.

My fiancé and I came here for our first spa together and this place is simply amazing! Our bodies felt so refreshed at the end and we didnt want it to end!! Everyone there is so nice and polite and the price is very good! Like I said earlier simply amazing!!

This place is AMAZING! All the people that work here are the best at what they do . While still being warm friendly and accommodating. The spa is beautiful, clean and relaxing. The Hydro Facials have transformed my skin .

My wife and I have enjoyed the lifestream spa experience every month for the last two years. Todays massage with April as always was the best! We are now moving to San Diego and I seriously doubt we will find someplace as great as life stream spa. Sonya and Michael run the best spa we have ever had the opportunity to enjoy. After just moving to this area, I was in need of a spa that offered Hydrofacials. In my search, I found Lifestream and am SO glad I did!! From the moment I called to inquire, I felt like like a valued client (and I hadnt ever stepped foot in there yet!). All of my questions were answered and an appointment was made. When I arrived, Becca (front desk) greeted me with a smile and a welcome. She was very personable and friendly. She is a true asset to the front of the salon, as it set the tone of how people are treated and valued. I felt a sense of relaxation the moment I arrived. The hydrofacial with Alyssa was absolutely fabulous! I left with a smooth, clean and glowing face. I will most definitely be back!

Very relaxing environment. Massages are great! Ive had 3 different people every time and they were all fantastic! Especially love the Sea Salt Chocolate at the end too!

I have been a member of the LifeStream Spa since August 2017 and I am extremely happy.The owners, Sonya and Michael are extremely conscientious of providing the highest level of customer service and excellent at inquiring as your specific needs to make sure they provide a practitioner to give you the utmost support and assistance. All the services are exceptional and very well priced. The membership makes each and every service even that much more valuable. I am definitely an experienced spa customer and I would highly recommend LifeStream for any and all services.

My boyfriend took me to the spa on Valentines Day it was the best I love my masseuse she was hot and she was a Chinese girl love it love it love it I think my boyfriend so much and I also think the people who works at this place 100% recommended for sure definitely would come back soon

Ive been to this spa several times since 2014 and up until today it was always a lovely experience. Well that changed today with my introduction to Michael one of the owners. Myself and my husband had booked several treatments for our spa day. We arrived and even though we were on time the young lady who greeted us made a big deal over us not being early. She never went over what was booked for us. This turned out to be a major mistake. This is a common practice at most spas to ensure no misunderstanding take place. We were just rushed into the salt room for our first treatment. We had been given a locker for our belongings and a robe on previous visits also but that didnt happen today. Michael never checked my previous visits he just said it never happened. I know what my experience was here and yes I was in a robe and didnt carry around my purse. I had to drag my belongings from room to room. This was very disappointing to say the least and not relaxing. I in fact have never been to a spa where I wasnt given a locker for my belongings and a robe. Its just standard for the spas Ive visited. Id never come back to a spa that that didnt provide this. I travel for a living and frequent spas often. Ive been to spas in Asia, Europe and all throughout the US. I come here because its close to my home. I otherwise go to the Heavenly Spa at the Westin. If Im in Miami The Fontainebleau Miami Beach is my choice. So I know about spas. Ive also been in customer service over 30 years and the owner Michael is horrible at customer service. It was a small misunderstanding about what services were booked for us. It was a small problem that would have been caught if the young lady who greeted us had went over our spa day upon arrival but she didnt. Michael for whatever reason decided he wanted to fight about this with us. He was argumentative and confrontational towards us. He completely over stepped while talking to me. The verbal attack was so bad that we decided to leave instead of be treated badly. He kept saying he taped me like he was the FBI. I just kept thinking this man is really out of sorts because this isnt a big deal but hes making it out to be. I never said I wouldnt pay for anything and I still cant believe he was so disrespectful. I only said I didnt recall booking one of the treatments that was on my booking. It was the worst spa experience Ive ever had. I will NEVER set foot in Lifestream Spa again. They have no idea how to provide a true spa experience. The first thing you must have is an ounce of customer service which they do not. I have no reason to lie about this. BEWARE

This place was amazing!!!From the slippers, to mimosas, to the deep tissue massage. The staff was super friendly!!! Very clean and great atmosphere! I highly recommend it!!!
