My dip manicure and pedicure were horrible. The technician doing my pedicure did not know what she was doing she made my foot bleed when she cut two of my toes. The dip manicure wasnt smooth and was way too thick. I walked out of there knowing I will never return.

Karen was super professional and did an amazing job on my nails.However, the lady who did my daughters nails didn’t realize I was her mother and was criticizing my daughter and chastised her about the condition of her nails. I look over to see my 21 yr old who has issues almost in tears. I brought my daughter to boost her self esteem! I had to intervene and let her know, that I’m her mother and she needs to take her hand off my daughters nails. I asked the receptionist find someone else. This lady proceeded to continue speaking in another language obviously talking negatively about my daughter and myself. I had planned a pedicure for us but there’s no way I could give another dime than what I had done. A very nice man did finish my daughters nails and made her smile, but to think you’d allow someone to be so disrespectful at a place where you should come to feel good. All and all, just off of what this woman did I’ll NEVER be back. I passed Karen a $20 tip for how good she was and said my good byes.

Being from Maryland, I don’t think this place was overpriced at all. I got a basic manicure for $18... back home I’d pay $30. The guy did a great job and took his time. The lady who did my sisters pedicure did an awesome job as well. Again, pedicure was only $30 and back home they start at $45! Will return next time I’m in town.

My friend and I really liked the Harbor Nails at first. We have been looking for a good nail salon for us to go to together. We thought this was the place. We got gel nail polish on our hands and regular polish on our toes. Both of our nails on our hands chipped in less than a week. One of my toes completely came off within a week as well. We called and they were so nice and told us to come back. They fixed our chipped finger nails for free! However, my friend’s chipped again within two days and mine soon after. Very disappointed.

I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails. Being a resident of the area for years, I am constantly looking for the person that can do my nails and Ive finally found her at Harbor Nails. Her name is Hannah. Every time I visit with her, I go home so extremely happy because my nails look exactly perfect and exactly how I like them.

Very disappointed 😞. Went to get dip done on my nails. It cracked the next day. Went to get it fixed and then cracked in two days. Then went back to get it removed and just a plain manicure and multiple nails broke immediately or maybe during the filing down process.

I always feel welcome when coming here. The employees are just so respectful of you. If you want to talk, they will talk! If you want to relax, be quiet, they respect that.Always clean. I usually set an appointment before coming. Guarantees no waiting or disappointment of finding them busy, as this is in a great walk-in location! And always leave happy!

I regularly go to this salon and have never had a bad experience. Kim, is very welcoming and attentive to her clients and walk-ins. The nail techs are professional and do great work. I get a pedicure and acrylic fill with gel polish manicure in under 2 hours. They also have the chrome polish, just make an appointment with Danny.

My gel pedi is still perfect after 8 weeks!! Another beautiful nail fill and gel polish this evening, and brows waxed. I have lived within a one mile radius of this salon amongst many others for 6 yrs. I would have avoided yrs of grief had I known about this one. I will be sure to tell others in the area.

This place is amazing by far the best nail salon Ive ever been to. Its clean and the staff is friendly. You immediately feel at peace. It just has that good vibes feel. Sometimes when I go to places I feel uncomfortable especially if its been awhile between pedicures but this salon will put you at ease. You can relax and unwind and enjoy your service without any worries. If I could give it ten stars I would. Im driving all the way from Miami for my appointment because I refuse any other place.

I’ve been going to Harbor Nail LLC for years, back when the name was Harbor Nail and Blowdry (so about 3/4 years). I don’t have a bad thing to say about the staff, I used to drive more than 60 miles, one way, every two weeks to Ft Lauderdale, just to get my nails done here. Kim has an exceptional staff!Karen, my go-to nail tech NEVER fails with my nails. She always asks how I’m liking things and takes her time. It’s worth the drive for me. I’ve been to many different salons, some chain, some personally owned and none of them make me feel the way I feel when I go to Harbor Nail and Spa. I am always greeted by name by everyone there. I’m asked follow you questions from precious conversations. It’s honestly like being with family.Highly recommend this salon for all their services!

I had my nails done by a very friendly technician, I had gotten gel polish. Only one week later I noticed the edges of the polish on my nails bringing to turn a different color. I went back to see the same woman but was greeted by Kim who offered to help repair them right away. Very professional and kind people.

I went about a week and a half ago to get a replacement set and the man said he would just do a fill that it was better that way... then halfway through said I should have gotten a new swt... thats what I had originally asked for. He then took over an hr and half to do the fill and polish I asked for rose gold and ended up with bubble gum pink chrome that has bubbles all over it. Everytime I tried to say something he said dont worry I know what Im doing. Now about 10 days later 4 bails have come off and one broke all the way down to the point where my fi get is bleeding. I havent been working since I am 7 months pregnant so there is no reason for them to have broken. I also paid over 60 dollars for a fill? Do not ever go here and expect quality work or to even be heard as a consumer youll just be ignored

LASH & BROW TINT - The woman had no idea what she was doing. Painted my lashes on the ends only. I looked at the result to find blonde lashes after her attempted Black tint. Shocking!

Me and my husband were from out of town visiting. They did a great job on my nails and pedicure. The staff was very welcoming and very friendly! Would Highly recommend!!

My dear friend and I were desperate for pedicures later Sunday afternoon. I dont know why this place has such low ratings but not only did they see both of us when 2 other places already refused us before closing, we got great pedicures and I had foot massage unlike any other Id ever had. The tools are sanitized and packaged separately prior to use. The *only* reason I didnt give a full 5 stars is because they dont use tub covers in their pedicure tubs. So thats a bit of a sanitation issue, but other than that, I have zero complaints.

Dip mani: ive been getting dip manicures consistently for about two years now so ive seen my fair share of manicures. while the atmosphere in the salon and the removal of the old polish were fine, the application was uneven and the buffing was atrocious. my nails looked like wood carvings before i repeatedly asked my nail tech to smooth them out. my nail tech was also very short with me and i felt stressed when asked her to smooth out my nails. overall, i would not recommend this salon and i personally cant wait until my nails grow out so i have an excuse to get them redone.

I just had my nails done at this salon. The worst service ever! I live close by so I decided to try this salon out. It was the most unprofessional service. My nail tech complained the entire time about how my nails are too short. I’m sorry you don’t know how to do your job! When I got my pedicure I asked her to please clean around my big toe a little more because the polish was on my skin, she said my nails are too short and that is why that happened. Ok, why can’t you just clean around it? I was super exhausted after I had my toes and nails done. As I’m getting ready to pay I asked her if I could leave the tip on my card, she said why don’t you just give me cash? I said because I don’t have enough. She ran my card and there was no place to leave tip! I said why didn’t you just tell me I can’t leave tip on the card? Some other woman who was standing behind the reception desck said, we’ll all the technicians have agreed they want their tip in cash. I asked why don’t you have a sign? Didn’t get an answer. Then they suggested I should use their ATM machine to get cash. If this wasn’t enough reasons to not ever come back here then I don’t know what is. Also as I was getting my pedicure done I saw them arguing with another client over their bad services, after that two of the employees were arguing out loud, in front of everyone. I would defiantly not recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for nothing.

Went for a pedicure on October 20th and 5 days later my toe starting swelling. Came to realize that I was infected by the nasty tools which was used. I nearly lost my toe and even my foot. I’m still battling this infection and it’s already a month. The manager never got in contact with me but I’ll be getting my lawyer. I took loads of photos!!! BeWare!!!

Three of us went here on Sunday, Sept. 20 to get a pedicure without an appointment. They were very busy but they worked us in and did an excellent job. They were really friendly and we enjoyed our pedicures

The quickest pedicure Ive ever gotten....and I was not in a rush. By the time I sat down and got the pedicure the woman next to me was still getting her legs massaged. They also told me the nail polish I chose (not a gel) was going to be an extra $7.....no signage about that. One of my toe nails wasnt actually really cut that much either after I repeatedly asked for them to be cut short. The only reason I went there was because they were open until 6 on a Sunday. Ill be sure to plan accordingly next to and go to my regular place in Fort Lauderdale!

I dont usually take the time to do reviews, but I have to for this. Ive gone twice here as I dont actually live in Florida but come down to visit family usually around 2x per year. Over Christmas I had the opportunity to get an appointment for my hair with Cecilia and she did a color, style (which is the best cut ive had in forever. It feels like she just did some amazing magic because all of a sudden I had wonderful shape to my long hair which I have been growing back out. She did a karatin treatment as well and here it is over 3 weeks later and I still cant stop staring at my hair and Im able to run my hands through it as its so soft. I never wore it down because it was so frizzy and now its beautiful. I will absolutely fly back to visit family and schedule my hair appointment when Im down there. Amazing!!!

My sister and I came in here to get our nails done. We both always get a dip. We walked in and everyone seemed nice enough. When I sat down and the lady wrapped my nails she asked what color I wanted and I told her. She walked back with gel polish. That should have told me getting my nails done here was probably a bad idea. I had to switch chairs so someone else could do my nails because apparently in Florida only a few people know how to do a dip. Anyway. First she does them wrong. And I say this because Ive been dipping my nails for years and have never once had anyone do them the way this girl did. Secondly, the barely filed them! They are SO thick! Uneven! They are bumpy and just looked awful! Lastly, she trimmed my cuticles back so far my fingers were sore then had to nerve to tell me I have to use this thing (talking about the trimmer) because your cuticles are baaaddddd. What?! Who says that?! I had 3 nails break 2 days offer having them done. My nails never break and last a good 3 weeks!I was never so glad to get back to Texas to have these things fixed!

Scammer!!! She helps her husband run his trucking company. She tells their logistics company they accept credit cards just to take your vehicle, once the husband takes the car she makes a fake attempt to charge your card through this company Harbor Nails LLC. Which should not be charging refit cards for MYT transport. Scammers! My Amex card notified me and sent me a copy of what she was doing. Real nasty lady too.

Hot wax burns and pink eye!!!!I was in desperate need of an eyebroslw was and stopped into Harbour Nails for a quick wax. When the the woman applied the wax to my eye rows I helped in pain because it was so hot. She ignored my obvious discomfort and continued. After the wax she applied a gel that burned my skin even more (to the point that I cussed out loud).. I was told the burning would stop and it would be fine.. Well 2 hours later the burns were worse than ever and have now scabbed over.. But the icing on the cake is the very next morning I woke up with a severe eye infection and after a visit to the doctor found put its pink eye! Needless to say I will never ever go back to Harbour Nails for any services; a $10 wax has now cost me $200+ dollars and the possibility of scars on my face..

I’m not ever going back. I asked for dip nails. And while the lady was lovely and kind, it was overpriced and my nails started literally crumbling apart in less than a week. Not sure about their other services, but I would not recommend dips.

Awful service. These people are SO RUDE. I must admit I came a little late, 30 minutes before closing and they denied me service for something that I could have fixed with the nail polish. This rude man didnt even look at me he just shouted CLOSED. When I walked out they laughed and JUST SAT THERE. If I went anywhere else they would have fixed it. I wasnt able to get to another salon because of them. They lost a valuable customer thats for sure. Disgusting workers.

I asked for Nexgen nail service. I had tips on my nails, which were not replaced. Which I can deal with. However my nails were all different lengths, I had nails that were not all coated 3x as they should be with the next gen powder. After 2 days, I had two broken nails. My nails never break, with or without tips. I am always very careful with my nails. However the nails that did break where the ones that were not coated properly. I paid 50.00 for a horrible service and will never go back. I am driving the hour to Wellington to have my nails done properly at my old salon.

Go here to FEEL AWFUL afterwards! Who needs to get up in the morning and write a bad review? Well, when you are so upset and have paid to be upset, thats when. I used to go here a few years ago I guess when they first opened. I had a couple of good experiences. Then I went last year (I visit Ft. Lauderdale from NY), and I had a girl who so obviously hated her job I think she wanted to spit on me. She was dressed up like a tart in heels, thought she was too pretty to be doing the job, and treated me like dirt. I vowed to never come back. Then, in a hurry to prepare for my mother-in-laws birthday party & not knowing where else to go (anywhere wouldve been better), I said, give it a try, maybe it was just that girl.Unbelievable! Yes, the minute you walk in the door they yell Pick your color! I had a manicure & color change on my toes. This girl went so fast it was like she was on speed, I was so afraid I was on High Alert while she cut my cuticles. She kept rushing and rushing and rushing, then when we went over to the pedicure chair she said Sit down! I said Should I take my sandals off? and she yelled Sit down! I said I asked you a question, you could answer me and WHAT IS THE BIG RUSH HERE? WHY ARE YOU IN SUCH A HURRY? Everyone heard of course. She wouldnt talk to me. She made me so nervous I touched my toenail to the machine and ruined it and of course she was mad she had to fix it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WHAT do they think were coming there for, to be treated like a conveyor belt of fast food products? Really nasty place... they even have a bunch of young boys running around doing nails that look dirty & unkempt. Yuk. Find any place but here. They should be in business. NO one even says thank you.

Went here on vacation to get my nails done my pedicure was great I came looking for a overlay with gel polish they talked me into dip (prob bc it’s more expensive) and it looks chalky and so bad. Waste of money

Harbor Nails is very relaxing...there are no televisions and always has good music on the sound system. Hannah does an excellent job on my nails but gives the best hand massage ever!

Clean but the the lady that did my nails didnt seems like she wanted to be there. When she lift my foot for the my foot massage she just droped it down. She was going over my nails very quick and the shortest massage I ever had defenetly had better treatment for the same money. Sorry but not going again. Did not feel relaxing to me.

I just left this place at the start of my pedicure as soon as I notice the lady was using used equipment the nail filer was so used up and disgusting I can not believe this, I wanted to take a picture of the nail filer but they got rid of it I am calling the department of health tomorrow this review is documentation of this incident I hope I dont become sick because of this incident. To the owner please do not just respond to good feedback this incident is unacceptable you will be held responsible for your employees incompetence.And they did a not use sterile equipment.

The nail guy rushes through like hes on crack, shaking the whole time. He actually CUT THROUGH 2 of my nail beds with the grinding tool! Wtf?! Ill probably lose these nails. Worst place ever.

It was AWFUL!!!! From the moment I walked in the door. She asked me if I had my colour I had just walked in the door! Then when I sat down to the water was ok a, I said no I want warmer she just left unsaid warmer but that nothing about it. Then she proceeded to give me the worst pedicure ever! She didnt even look at me most of the time she was concentrated on laughing with the girl next to her. When she rubbed my feet she wasnt looking at what she was doing she was exfoliating my arches. I kept staring at her to see if she would notice but she didnt because she wouldnt even look at me. Then when was all finally done she kick me out of my chair saying okay youre gone get up and demanded payment. As if that wasnt bad enough everyone that works there was too busy partying as the lady next to me put it and talking to each other in their own language. It was extremely loud and not relaxing at all! I will never go back! They were rude and inattentive!

The first time I went here was great got a mani/pedi the woman who was my pedicurist was good went a 2nd time yesterday had a man it was not relaxing and I felt like he rushed through my pedi, never massaged my feet only part of my legs even after I said something to him. He said yes I did. Lying to me pretty sure I would know. I am on my feet for hours on end I was looking forward to this to relax . It wasnt a good exper6 I dont think I will go back there.

Place wasnt professional at all. I was busy getting a pedicure and rest of the staff are spread out on the pedicure chairs next to me where they give you the pedicures . Services were very rushed and not well done. My nails hurt for two days afterwards as I got a gel full set, my natural nail was filed to much and just very poor effort wouldnt recommend it or go back there .

Pretty much waste of money because thats obviously all that the lady who did my nails cared about. My nails were rushed and sloppy even though I had made an appointment. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she actually said no. Mind you, it was a cute simple french manicure design. I am very kind at heart so I didnt argue, I just let the professional do what she said she knew how to do. I asked for a simple french tip acrylic set. She even kind of snapped at me for telling her how I wanted them shaped. She charged an entire $10 more for a mediocre shiny coat of gel that the entire bottle probably costed itself, which on some was not even applied to my entire nail. A total of $40 for a French acrylic set which didnt even include a manicure. She didnt shape them how I wanted, because clearly she knew better than I did about how I wanted my own nails to look. Upon leaving I even noticed that they look like theyre already growing out about a milimeter far. Which doesnt happen with my nails for about a week. And they even were uneven on the sides. It was entirely too unprofessional. I hadnt had my nails done in about a year and I was excited to get them done. When I got home I had to reshape and fix them myself, I believe in the art of nails and I didnt even bother after a while caring because I know that I can do them myself. I still tipped her and was very nice to her, but there is no reason to have an experience like this. She was very disrespectful to me at first and had I not been the person that I am things would not have gone so smoothly. She is lucky that I am laid back enough to not call her out publicly, but I will not have my nails done by this particular lady ever again. I have never written a review but I was very dissatisfied. Got my nails done here last week- they have plenty of seats to accommodate a rush, and the mani/pedi combo is a great value. They take their time with you and when I was done I felt so relaxed & pampered. Great way to spend a rained out beach day! (manicures are only $12) and they have a huge array of OPI and Essie colors. Great first visit & will definitely go back!

Ive had both my nails done and recently a blow dry here - I had an appointment straight after and so was in a big rush and the girl got my extremely thick and long hair washed AND blow dried straight in 35mins which for my hair is unheard of!the prices are great and the staff friendly :-)

Worst experience I have ever and I mean EVER had at a nail salon. Im not the type of person to ever complain but oh boy was it bad. I brought 4 friends here, made reservations and all, and each one of us had a bad experience. Not all of the staff were horrible but one lady in paticular is the reason Im here complaining today.Not only was she not friendly but she was extrememly agressive, man handling my hands and arms, barely 10 minutes into her doing my nails and i had at least 4 fingers bleeding. Not to sound dramatic but i literally had to hold back from crying. She ignored me when i talked to her. A friend of mine came over to check on me and she had the nerve to pull off her mask and said what do you want?!.I attempted to tell her what i wanted through pictures and she just shook her head as if she was extremely annoyed that i wanted extremely simple manicure.Now to get to the job she did on my nails. The acrylics were so poorly glued onto my nails that the sides of my acyrlics bend. She put a single layer of nail polish on my nails and i can see right through them. Three days after having them done my fingers were so tender that i could barely use my hands.I get that we all have bad days and just dont feel like dealing with people sometimes, but even on my worst days I make sure im never taking it out on others. I was kind to her and did not deserve how she treated me and my friends.

HORRIBLE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I overheard the lady at the front desk talking about a customer with another customer and how she has money problems and is crazy going on and on. I couldnt believe that she would do that!! She even named her place of work!! Very disappointing! Plus it was the worst Pedicure I have ever got!!!

What an AWFUL experience. Not only did my sisters manicure chip within 1 hour of being done, my pedicure went horribly wrong. While clipping my cuticles, she pulled back my nail and I gasped as it hurt quite badly. Once I got home, the skin surrounding my nail swelled up and hurt, I had hoped that it wouldnt get worse. Later on the next day my toe was swollen, red, and seeping with pus. Now I am covering up my pedi with neosporine and a bandaid over my vacation here. When I went in to ask for a refund, the manager Kim Nguyee, REFUSED to even give me a refund and threatened to call the police when I complained. Her response to my unhappiness? Put some neosporin on it or go to a doctor yes, thats exactly what I want to do on my vacation. NEVER, I repeat NEVER go to this terrible salon. Not only do you get less than expected service, their employees are extremely rude. What a HORRIBLE experience...

After making an appointment for myself and my husband for Mani-Pedis. I asked the if they can do Half Moon Manis. And the woman was very nice and said yes, no problem. After all its only 2 colors and just like a reverse french mani. I get there and the guy says pick a color and I tell him I would like a half moon mani, and he says he has no idea what that is, so I show him several photos on my phone and he still says he doesnt get it. so I show him a how to do photo and he was very rude and rolled his eyes, so I said just forget it Ill take one color. He was laughing back in forth with the lady next to him and it was the WORST Pedicure I have ever gotten! When I got home I was so upset how I was treated and Noticed my nail polish is completely bubbled!!! I couldnt believe how unprofessional this place is!! And before I left I still tipped them 10% and the guy was rolling his eyes and very rude! With this horrible service I shouldnt have left anything but I wanted to be the bigger person!!!!
