This may be a duplication. Recently, I again came here for tire issue. This time, I ordered tires per phone calls. When I arrived, they checked my tires and “You do not Need tires yet”.WOW ! Shocked me. They were totally HONEST.That reveals INTEGRITY. Not always seen in auto/ tire sales.Thank you.Kathryn RN

Reasonable cost for tire repair. They quickly fixed my flat tire, removed donut and installed repaired tire. Very friendly too. I highly recommend.

Dont go here expecting reasonable or conscientious service. I took a tire in for a slow leak expecting a reasonable bill ($10-15). It took three days to get the repair back. No parts were required the existing valve stem only needed to be re-seated. For that I was charged $31. At that price I could have gotten a better used tire. Youd think being they sell tires theyd inform a customer when it isnt worth the price they will be charging for the repair. Do yourself a favor and find a different shop.

Our 4 tire replacement couldnt have gone better. Great prices and service. While I was waiting, I was able to watch them really going out of their way to try and help people. Very considerate.

Bill at the desk in Neenah was super helpful. The crew did a great job getting my tire looked at and offering to find me a used tire and putting it on the rim at a very reasonable price. I will certainly recommend Van Zeelands as I was by my friend.

I took my car to the prospect location today (couldnt figure out how to write a review for that location).The customer service was great! They provided updates and used a sensor model to explain what was wrong with my tire. Ive been there before and have never experienced them up-selling me unless necessary.I was also able to work in the waiting room while my tires were being repaired because they have free WIFI.I would definitely recommend this place!

Brought my gmc sonoma in for a upper control arm replacement and got hosed. Charged me 196.00 for the part and the most expensive i could find on the net was 89.00. And for as little as 69.00 ! Talk about getting taken to the cleaners, never again will i bring a car here !! Gave the 2 stars cause they did actually fix it. WHAT A JOKE !
