I love coming get my dip nails done here! Mindy always does an excellent job, especially as it’s hard to do French dip nails but they always do a great job. They’re very friendly and welcoming. Pedicures always make my feet feel super soft and last a long time. Even though I live in Miami, I always look forward to coming here!

Dug under my nails and made me bleed. Had a horrible experience with them. Very poor quality and nasty they share the equipment with other guest without properly cleaning they just rinse with water. Don’t come here.

The lady was really nice but my nails started breaking from the tip a day later. I’m soooo mad. $60 down the drain for a full set. My fingers are in so much pain. I’ve never seen anything like this before. My nails looked good when I walked out but idk if she didn’t lay the acrylic right or she used nails that were just not good. Do not recommend coming here

I called to make an appointment and when it was time for my appointment I called to ask if it was okay if I arrived 10 mins late. The woman who answered the phone said yes and I asked her not to give my appointment as I will be there in 10 mins. I arrive and next thing you know my appointment was given away. I had to wait two hours and 30 mins for my gel manicure! On top of that it was three different technicians doing my nails. They lost a client. I will never go back. I dont recomment this place there are plenty of nail salon who are professional, on time, and talented.

They weren’t very sanitary like i’ve seen at other nail salons. ex: using a new pack of pedicure tools per each customer and opening them in front of you so you know they’re sanitary. my manicure was lazy to the say the least. i got dip powder with tips ($40) and the dip came out lumpy. the tech barely even bothered to drill down the powder before putting a thick clear coat on. he also didn’t even out the nails that had tips on to match the rest of my natural nails although i had asked him to. he said “i will later” so i trusted him and left with uneven nails. altogether i paid $72 for a subpar experience :/ never again

Amazing place! Everybody is friendly and nice. You can feel very comfortable. The Chinese owner she did my manicure. She is so careful and kind. Left my nails so nice and clean. I was very happy with the service and all the products they used. I choose the baby blue color. It is so match my skin . I will be coming back a lot.

Very nice, came in for a walk in pedi this evening. Place was clean, my nail tech was friendly, and good job done on my toes.

Great Service. Reasonable prices. Sanitation on point! The salon has been sold to amazing new owners. You should totally check it out. The new owners are much better. I recommend the nail salon to everyone.

Horrible service from the time you walk in the door. If there is one thing I take pride in it is definitely my nails and the service provided. I walked in to no welcoming, had an appointment for 1:45 and have been sitting in water for 30 minutes. When asking questions to the employees you will get eye rolls and aggressive feedback as if you could read there mind. If you want good service DO NOT COME HERE! No tools were even washed as I saw the next walk in get treated before me with used utensils as the previous guest. I rarely do unfavorited reviews but this was such a horrible experience that I had to share.

I tried this place for the first time. Staff was ok, my gel manicure was fine. I did get white and it hasn’t stained, which is a pro. The guy who did my nails didn’t have a light on his table and made me wonder if he could actually see what he was doing. Not crazy about this place, but would go again.

Ive been regularly coming here for over two years now. Theyve always provided quality work and have maintained many of the original staff members from when I first starting coming here. Make sure to make an appointment if you want services over the weekend or on a weekday evening - walking in at those times wont guarantee that youll be seen and your work might be rushed. They keep the place very clean and always use liners in the pedicure tub and open up new tools.

Get place to get your nails and feet done. Clean and staff is very friendly and a lot of fun. Go every two weeks and been a customer for five years. Great place and everyone that woks there is good.

This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The workers are rude and jusgemenetal. Everything I asked for they couldn’t do. They had no clue what the color white was. It took an hour and half to do a full set and I had to tell them to not even paint them because they we’re taking forever and I had to be somewhere. My nail technician was on the phone while doing my nails at the same time. I do not recommend going here

They continually switched us (3) to differemt people to finish our manicures. when finished i got switched 3 times to different people. i asked 3 times for my nails to be straight and not diagonal and they did not fix it.

I was there twice to do filling nail set, both times I did not like the quality of the job. The reason why I came back second time is because its been a while since the 1st time and I thought maybe it will be different - since they are conveniently located from my home. Both times the gel showed cracks in couple of days, and the overall quality of the nails is not satisfying. its a nice atmosphere there, but not the job

Have been going to this salon for almost a year … Im a nurse so usually unable to make appts because Im never really sure what time Ill get out of work. Never had an issue with walk ins until recently, every time I go they are already full and cant fit me in. I have gone on different days and at different times. I have been very disappointed lately and have found another place to go.

Im really picky when it comes to getting my nails done, and so far Im very pleased with the service Ive received here. Ive had a regular mani/pedi the times already, and I havent had any complaints at all. This will now be my regular nail place.

My wife and i had a confirmed appointments today at 4:15 with April for manicure and pedicure. We got a phone call this morning around 10:30am asking if we could change for 2:00pm. I told them NO since we already had other appointments, so they proceeded to tell me that April already had other appointments and they were going to cancel ours and never again to make appointments via de internet since they do not look at them. The upsetting thing is that their confirmation came via email 1 week ago and now SURPRISE!!!. They are a bunch of liars. Do not use these services.

This business has recently changed management and with that their services are now atrocious. The place foes not have the same calming feeing it had before. I had the next gen gel with nail art (flowers) on two fingers. Once I got home I realized that each of the two nails were completely different. Not only that, but several of my nails were of a lighter color than the rest. I went back to have the problem fixed and nail technician, Jack, was rather rude, with comment like didnt you realize that when you were here? and the flowers cannot be the same for each finger cause im not a machine. I had the flowers removed and the other nails fixed, but by the time I got home, the nails were smudged! I will now have to go to another nail salon to have my nail done within the next few days. I would not go back to that salon, not even to use the $10 voucher they gave me.

Zero stars zero!! Negative - if possible. Horrible customer service absolutely horrible. Came in with a certificate for a Mani and pedi and they did not honour it. This certificate was given to me by my husband and they came up with all the excuses in the world including that they had change management not to honour my certificate. $50 flushed down the toilet because they decided to change management and not honor previous purchases made for their services. Dont WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME !! Go somewhere else !! Extremely rude extremely unprofessional and most importantly horrible customer service I cannot stress anymore how horrible customer service was!!! ..

Have been going here for months. Made an appointment for today with Kelly, only to find out that she doesnt work ther anymore. Had a girl named Ivy and boy did she do a number on my nails. I should have known when she started filing my nails with the machine it got to hot for my nail. Then she put my nails on, I asked her to file them round. She did and I couldnt under why they looked strange. My gel nails were pointing up, she tried to tell me it was my nails. I explained to her that I didnt like them and asked her to remove them. While removing them she clipped my pinky finger so bad that I screamed, now I have a very sore pinky finger.Not happy with this place since they changed management.Stay far away from this place.Very disappointed

Me and friends went in for a manicure bc our ussal place was booked. There was a lady in here staring and give nasty looks towards us she talked about us as the staff did nothing as this lady made fun of these young kids.

I went two times. First time they skimped on salt scrub in pediccure because I shaved my legs. They said it would burn. No $ credit! Nails were gel dip! No filing or shaping. Was rushed in and out in an hour. They used the wrong color. I gave $20 tip $10 each trratment. I dont treat myself often. Very disappointed. People arent stupid. Second time tech splashed acetone all over my work shirt. Filed nails uneven. Wont be going again.
