Wendy is very nice and can do amazing work with eyebrows. 🥰However, their Pedicure pricing is ridiculous for the terrible job that they perform, no cleaning whatsoever, adding extra fees to properly remove cuticles that they barely removed.🙆🏾‍♀️Nope, never do my toes there again.👎🏾

I used to come here frequently. But the older guy with the sleeve of tattoos is absolutely awful. I left with three of my fingers bleeding because he wasn’t careful at all during my acrylic fill, and he spent the majority of the time on his phone. Even answering a FaceTime call in the middle of my service right in front of me. I’m giving three stars simply because everyone else there really is great, but he’s bad enough that I likely won’t return.

We were not satisfied! I get my nails done on a 2-3 week basis with another business. I decided to try them since I was taking a family member from out of town there. They had late hours and my nail tech was full. I just got a cut down very little off and gel polish change. That was $35 which is expensive compared to what I pay. That wasnt a big problem but the next day my gel polish bubbled on two nails smh. My family members imperfections were embarrassing as well! She had a full set and some nails were small and not shaped well. I have to give them a 2 stat the guy at the front was very friendly!

Came in for 2 pedicures. My daughter and myself. Literally lasted about 10 minutes. No rubbing of feet or legs. I got a French and my daughter got regular paint. My total was $71 dollars!!! Thats without tip. Save your money and do it yourself and find a place that wants you to return.

I have had gel nails done there twice and both times the gel peeled back within 3 days. They are always in a rush to get you out the door and like to do your hands and feet at the same time. I was also chastised for bumping my nail when putting it into the dryer while balancing the machine on my legs while they were doing my pedicure!! She didnt fix the smear either!! Just put the top coat over it and that was that. $75 dollars later and a very unhappy customer. I wont be back and dont recommend.

Basic pedicure, lasted about 10 minutes. I could have cut, filed and painted my own nails in the same amount of time. Cut one toe and left polish on my skin. No massage, just blah! Save yourself the $24 and tip. If you are willing to pay more for a deluxe pedicure as they tried to push, Im sure the effort might have been there, although I will never find out.

I am a former Marine and this was my first time getting my feet done at a nail salon. It was a great experience for me. I was met at the door and directed to one of the chairs. Within minutes my nail technician appeared, adjusted the chair for a back rub and started the water to soak my feet. It was a great experience. I most highly urge you to give this salon a try. Your feet will love you.

My boyfriend and I went to get mani pedi’s together for his first time & as a celebration. The staff was very nice, there was no wait (we made an appointment) and we were seated quickly. The lady who did my pedicure was very good, she offered the deluxe but i declined. The pedicure was good, it was really fast and they seemed to miss a lot of basic things that should be included in a pedicure (at least from what i learned when getting my nail license). My manicure was very good as well, also pretty quick & she was kind of rough when cleaning my cuticles but that happens sometimes. She did a great polish job ( i got a gel manicure) & the tech’s daughter did my rhinestone design. However, it’s been three days and one of my nails is already peeling off.Overall a clean and nice place but possibly overpriced.

I asked her to have it simple and somewhat related to summer. She chose the best color for me and made the design really simple and elegant! Shes really nice and easy to talk to price is very reasonable and her place is really easy to find. Love how the parking lots huge and available (for free)! will make her my usual

The worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. To start, the lady talked to the other person giving pedicures the entire time. She wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing and stabbed the tip of my toe. All of the products used were watered down. She used a small amount of lotion for the massage and continued to dunk her hands in the water basin to thin it out. She didn’t use anything to separate my toes while polishing them and I ended up with a toe nail half polished and half smudged off. I came back the next day to get it fixed. Another lady who offered to fix it didn’t remove the old polish and instead she polished over the smudge. Needless to say, I will never come back here again.

There is no way we are reviewing the same place. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My friend took me here, otherwise I would have ran out immediately after opening the door. You have about 5 seconds to pick a color before they seat you. Sat in a chair for my pedicure and it was broken, so was the one next to me. Did they care... nope. The nail technician barely touched my feet and Im thankful since the utensils were dirty. My stomach turned when she put the dirty pumice stone to the bottom of my feet. I was grateful she hardly pressed it against my skin. When she wasnt touching my feet she was dropping sharp tools on them and of course, the floor. She then painted my entire toe, never mind the streaks left behind. I thought it would get better with a new nail tech for my gel manicure. I welcomed her with open arms until she put my hand in ice cold water to soak. My nails are jagged and guess what, the GEL PEELED OFF LESS THAN A WEEK LATER. WASTE OF MONEY plus I stared at overflowing cans of garbage followed by an UNFRIENDLY STAFF made this experience one of the WORST I HAVE EVER HAD. Why waste your money and your experience here? Dont walk...RUN! This place is awful!!!!!!! NOT SANITARY. Trust me, it wasnt personal my friend had the same experience. RUN AWAY. There are much better places out there.

I came here to get my nails done while on vacation and I must say it was the best manicure and pedicure Ive had since ever. Sam did my manicure she did an amazing pink and white acrylic for me while Jessica gave me an exceptional pedicure. Place was clean and they used freshly opened tools. Very impressed with my overall experience!

Jessica is the absolute BEST she does such a fantastic job with pedicures and gel/regular manicures. She is very professional and always does excellent work. I am pleased with every service I have received. I highly recommend young lady for your nail care needs. As she will exceed your expectations.

I just received the worst manicure of my life. Its valentines day and my wife got me a giftcard to this place. Pedicure was bad but the manicure was worse. How do you cut the top of someones foot? Cut my finger nails down past the nubs. Geez

I’ve had bad gel manicures before and this is definitely one of the worst. My nails looks terrible! The cuticles are flooded on the majority of the nails, she cut me in 2 places, there’s gel nail polish all over my hands in globs. She flung the polish on my clothes as well. My nails are lumpy, definitely not smooth or shiny, and they are filed all crooked and jagged. I can’t believe they still made me pay for something this visibly bad. I will never go back.

This salon is absolutely phenomenal!!! All wonderful staff who work there who always do an excellent job. They also have a great value. For only $35 you can get a deluxe pedicure that offers way more than any other competitive salon in the area - more is provided than the $55 seacret pedicure at venetian. This is the best nails spot in all of south Florida!!

I my mother and daughter have been going to Lucy and the gang here since about the time they opened, about nine years now. As with all businesses you get some excellent staff and some not so good but overall I have never had any issues. My feet can get badly cracked and dry and sometimes I have to wait an extra week or two before I can get in yet all but one technician here does an excellent job and getting my heels back to baby soft every time. They always do my fingernails beautifully be it gel, pink and while or whatever I ask for.

Abrasive manager; they were not very courteous or welcoming towards their customers. Little short on cleaning. My technician was nice, hence my rating otherwise 1 star.

I was freezing cold one day and they not only brought me out towels but warm ones from the dryer. Its these little touches of customer care that are missing from so many businesses these days. Plus the pedicures are luxurious and the salon very clean.

The man doing my nails had blood on both thumbs—not just a spec of blood, but 1/4 of his thumb covered in blood. The entire time I was worried about not getting his blood all over my hands (which I’m pretty sure is not how you’re supposed to spend your time getting your nails done). At the end of my nextgen manicure he had me put my hands under the LED lights used for gel manicures, which I’ve never experienced in my years of nextgen manicures. Thank god I had a gift certificate, because I would never spend money at Nail Safa.

I dont go anymore. Found a better place. But they are really good. You wont be upset

They offer a variety of services and are very good at doing nails. Other places want to take off and replace with a new set, which is more expensive and painful. The techs here can repair damage and make it look new, sparing the cost and the pain of nail take-off.

Everything was alright until last visit, they always were doing their job just okay, but last time when I came for manicure lady just cut my finger and didnt even said anything,like sorry or apologize. Nothing. And then when she were charging me she was like pushing me to leave her tips leave you tip on the card seems like they dont respect customers and dont care about any customer service at allSo, you better to spend your money somewhere else, even if its gonna be little more expensive, at least you will receive better service and respect

These people are so very rude. There is no customer service and they make you feel very uncomfortable. There is no pampering at this salon. They do not stand behind their work so dont bother. I actually had two of these ignorant technicians raise their voice to me over a misunderstanding because of the language barrier. I walked right out and got pampered and treated very well one street over. The way it should be. I learned my lesson. Spare yourself the worst experience ever. RUDE!!!!!!!!!!

Great place to take your lady for nails .

Overall service was good, i was in and out in an hour and a half. I got a full set of acrylic gel and a french deluxe pedi, the pedi price was great ($35 + $5 for french) and the massage was excellent. The set on the other hand was very speedy and im not sure if i love the shape of them. I wanted to get some diamonds on my ring fingers and she told me an extra $20, $10 per finger. Way too much on an already pricy full set ($50) The cleanliness is horrifying though. Flies throughout the place, i didnt see any of the tools come out of blue plastic packaging. The towels were spotted with red, which i didnt know what that was. The staff is friendly and the only complaint is the cleanliness. 3/5

Wendy did my nails great the first time. Last week when I went it was as though she was not listening to what I was asking for. I asked for thin layer of acrylic, she made it thick. I asked for round nails not square round and ended up with square round. This was all after waiting for someone else to complete my pedicure (was waiting for Lucy for 45 mins. to cut my ingrown toe nails)I had brought 2 new customers with me that day and 2 a few weeks before.I have been very unhappy with my nails, but have not had time to go back there. Im hoping that they will make a good business decision when I return and re-do my nails at no charge.

I came with my husband to do a manicure. I was told that the price of manicure its 35$ when I sat down for service while she was already starting to work she changed the price to $ 45 when I told her that I never paid 45$ for manicure She did me a favor and lowered the price to $ 40 when I asked why when I asked the price she told me its $ 35 and now it has changed? Her excuse was that its gel and it was more expensive. I asked her why when I first asked you said $ 35 and now its different? In the end, she told to pay 35$.My husband and I brought each one them $5 tip. When we told the owner that it was not a matter of money, it was the principle that had to be told to us from the beginning. She started yelling at us . Do not recommend and expensive service.

It is very rare that Ill leave a 1 star review, but this place is well deserving of this rating. I normally get a pedicure every 3 to 6 months, this is by far the worst pedicure I have ever received. The service was horrible the people that work do not care. They advertised a special for $21. I called on the phone ahead of time and asked the girl who answered the phone if that included removing a calluses and dead skin, she assured me that it did. When I got there they wanted to upset me, I agreed for the better package, however I still have dead skin the same as when I first came in they barely removed any. Instead of having a relaxing pedicure I spent the entire time arguing with someone who didnt care one way or the other about my happiness or my pedicure. Not recommended stay away

I used to come here in high school and stopped coming. I came back for the first time in almost 10 years, and I was reminded why I decided to never return. The quality of service is garbage. They dont clean up the edges or cuticles on fills. There was gel polish overlapping my cuticles and the job looked messy. All the while, every nail tech, owner included, yelling across the salon having conversation. To top off the already terrible experience, one of my nails popped off the very next day. I would much rather spend the money and time to go somewhere else than put one more dollar into this place. Never again.

This is the only nail place I have ever been too. They are very friendly and it is clean. Ive never had to wait.

Horrible service. They made me wait over an hour. I went in for a mani-pedi & eyebrows and they stated wait time was 20mins. They didnt attend me for the entire wait time while there were people available; they sat at there desks without helping anyone.

My gel polish started peeling after one day, and bubbling under the surface. I went back and the work was redone, before the end of the week all of my nails has peeled, breaking my long natural nails also.Not pleased and not returning.

I did a walk in in a Saturday. By all means I was expecting it to be busy but it was slow. Asked for fills and a matte black polish. They told me a 15 min wait. No problem.30 mins later they said 5 mins more mins. Now I dont mind they wait but dont set the false expectations to me. So I walked out . I was shortly chased after stated they could take me now. Cool fine. So the girl who did my fills did a good job however they switched on me and a young woman who seened preoccupied with everything but painting my nails. I had to ask her to put a 3rs coating as the color was not even and did not cover the entire nail.Now once again I asked for matte black. As she pushed me to the dryer and I am looking at my nails and notice my nails are still shiny... Lovely. They notice. They try again. And attempt to fix it however they left parts still shiny after they did a quick coat a left me to dry. At this point I am mad I already tipped and paid before I had gotten my color done...However theres light at the end of this tunnel. I ended up going across the street to Omni nails and they fixed my nails to my likings in a timely fashion. Correct color and the entire nails were fully covered and completely matte.

The service was great. I got gel nails and a gel spa pedicure. It looks and is superb. I really reccomend the spa pedicure. They took their time and exelled everything. Even their massage chair was on point. Defitnetly will be going back.

I was with my son there for two hours and they kept messing up everything. they were all so rude and talking behind my back it is a disgrace this place is in business. with people like that. PLEASE do not go here.
