January 2021. Michell was not attentive at all. I had to call her off different cell phone numbers for her to answer. She would rush my wife and I off the phone and we could barely ask questions. She knew she wasnt being professional so she always apologized when she called us. She is always unavailable or mobile and doesnt have the info In front of her. All in all it was a headache dealing with her. I wish I wouldve read the reviews before going ahead with this company. All the negative reviews you see are legit. They take your money, stop answering the phone and only pick up if you call off a different number or she decides she wants to call you. I can go on and on because Im so disappointed but I truly hope it gets better.

The service here is excellent, Michelle is one of if not the most attentive realtor that I have ever dealt with. She listens and gets you the best deal possible. I have and would recommend this business to all my family and friends that need real estate services. Thank you so much to your entire staff

CAUTION about giving your social security information to this company! They will take all your information and application fee, and avoid contacting you further. There will be no explanation as to why the application isn’t moving forward. NOT a legitimate company.

We were discriminated against for our age and form of income during the pandemic. Michelle the rep dodged our phone calls and then got back to us and told us a bunch of nonsense for why they were rejecting us. We would win the lawsuit but have no need or want to go after the owner because my girlfriend and I have not point to prove.

I really do not understand how anyone would allow them to manage their property.I dont even know where to start describing how bad they are.I would NEVER recommend anyone to rent property that is managed by them. And the maintnence people ... I am just really out of words. I think you are just better off doing repairs yourself (including structural work). Its not like they would know whats happening on that property any ways.Interestingly enough they call all bad reviews fake. Not to mention, than they personally complained to my husband about my review.

I love Creative, they had a really nice listing that i had to rent! The staff are friendly and quick with service and moving-in. I highly recommend them if your looking to find a place.

Dont ever move into their units as is because they will take your deposit even if you found the unit with problems. I lived in their unit four 7 years, if theres any repairs thats needed dont ever contact them because they will charge you for it.

We contracted a commercial space from this broker. Took over a month and half. We signed contracts as well. When I reach out asking about an update, he rented it to someone else! It was leased after all of the time we waited- contract was already signed and awaiting an update. Communication with Sebastian was very poor. Go someone where else where the staff can be trusted and respect your time!
